What can I say! He was totally accommodating! We would hands down stay here again! The ease, location, dock all great!The owner also is so responsive and every thing!

This was a great last minute booking. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. The view from the place is beautiful especially as the sun comes up. Everything was as pictured and we enjoyed our short stay!

We visit the Ozarks often and have stayed in the different colored houses by Performance Boat and love staying in all we stayed in so far!

We had a relaxing stay with our two dogs. We went on a beautiful hike in Ha Ha Tonka Park. Even though it was a hot day, there was plenty of shade. And the dogs loved all the attention from kids at the park. The porch and dock were perfect! I loved waking up with a cup of coffee, beautiful view, reading a book. Very clean and welcoming! I highly recommend!

The stay was perfect for my 3 day conference. The property was very clean and had everything that I needed. being by myself I felt very safe here.

We had an amazing time staying at these houses. The location is a perfect middle ground for our favorite bars/restaurants on the lake and still just a 15 minute drive to shopping. And the dock…I can’t say enough how wonderful it was for us! Even with the really hot weather we had, we used the dock as our living/dining room. We cooked/grilled all our meals on the massive island and ate around the tables on the dock. Having the fridge for drinks, TV to watch the Olympics, and ceiling fans overhead kept us all very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful as well!
