We had a lovely 5 days in Fraser and were very comfortable in this home. While the home was wonderful the backyard was an excellent place for our dogs to enjoy all week! It is hard to find nice properties that accomoddate our needs and those of our pets and this one was truly five stars on both accounts!

Wonderful property! Very clean and modern home! Quiet neighborhood and the view from the back is to open space.

Location and views are incredible--you can walk to several yummy restaurants (Sharkey's and Fraser Distillery to name a few). Hiking and e-biking a hit with all! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here with a group of 11 for a weekend & it was perfect!Very close to Winter Park (10 min drive) & closer to restaurants/shops.We rented vehicles but there is also a bus stop on the same street as the house. Parking is ample, we were able to fit 3 rental cars in the driveway/Garage.House itself was wonderful- very clean, plenty of beds and full size bathrooms. I have never seen bunk beds with full sized mattresses but am now obsessed.Hot tub was great after a full day on the slopes & it’s positioned with the best view of the mountains - great at sunset. Concrete leading out to the hot tub had warming pads, so you weren’t sprinting towards the door.Kitchen has all the necessities you may need to cook meals in, if you would rather not eat out. Washer and dryer available, which is always a plus.Terrific selection of board games & large TV rooms for group movie nights. Living room was like a scene out of a movie- automatic fireplace with the morning sunrise, a cup of coffee and snow slowly falling off the large back deck was simply picturesque. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful! All in all 10/10 stay!Could not recommend enough!

The location of this place was great!

Very nice, modern condo. Very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay there again!
