Imagine a quiet getaway enveloped by the surrounding pines. The morning song of the local bird will heighten your senses as you sit back and relax. Be completely at home as the entire family is welcome in this spacious abode. And by family, we mean your furry four-legged friends, too! We welcome you to our Summit County haven.

Goldenrod is complete with five bedrooms. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level with the addition of access to the main deck. Open the wall of windows and greet the fresh mountain air. Explore the many characteristics such as high vaulted ceilings in the living room, a toasty ambient fireplace, plenty of dining seating, and best of all, a gourmet kitchen with all the essentials for the chef in the family.

Embark to the upper level that opens as a loft to the living space. You’ll enjoy cozy seating and two bedrooms for your sleepy nights. One bedroom featuring a second master vibe with an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom, sleeping two to three, with a queen and twin daybed. Best of all, enjoy the top deck of this upper level with a private hot tub to soothe away residual soreness from those adventurous days.

On the lowest level of the home entertain your guests with a game of fuse ball, or find endless fun with board games and cards around the lower seating area with a TV. Sleep additional guests in the queen/bunk room.

Most importantly, just leave the worries behind and enjoy your home away from home. Bring Fido and the kids, and don’t forget your swimsuits! In addition to your private hot tub, you have exclusive access to the community swimming pool at Keystone Ranches. If you don’t swim, take advantage of the superb golf course. Abundant hiking trails surround this home. Don't forget, it is nicely situated with a short drive to all the ski resorts of Summit County, too.

Great stay for Keystone skiing

The location and property was great for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and a very beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful property and home. Very spacious and clean . Accommodated our family well. Easy travel to Keystone skiing. Sledding nearby . Quick responses from property manager. Suggestion for future needs new frying pans and a large roasting pan. Food was left in fridge we just moved it to one side. Those were minor adjustments. The hot tub was absolutely perfect and well maintained. The Keystone restaurant very nearby was excellent for dinner . Beautiful drive into the property. Highly recommend and would stay again.

A snowboard squad’s dream house!

My friends and I rented this house for a weekend trip to Keystone and had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and in a great location (only about 10 min from Keystone mountain/resort). The kitchen is huge and comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and appliances necessary for cooking. The bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of closet space, and the beds were super comfortable and well clean upon arrival. The house also had a great selection of games, which were a perfect way to end a long day of snowboarding. The hot tub wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, but Karla was very accommodating and had it serviced for us within just a few hours of contacting her about it. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect mountain getaway for large group

Very nice property back in a quiet neighborhood. Backs up to forest. Easy commute to town or slopes. House has everything you’ll need, but you’ll need to get extra paper products. Hot tub, TVs, appliances all work. Plenty of bedrooms for family or multiple couples.
