Es un departamento Nuevo! en zona residencial de rápido crecimiento y de alto poder adquisitivo. Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos del aeropuerto y a 15 minutos de la zona hotelera de Cancún. Cerca está la Avenida Huayacan, que tiene una ciclopista muy larga y está llena de comercios, restaurantes y bares de todo tipo! Este departamento tiene todo para que tengas una estancia super cómoda. Nos inspiramos en la decoración con toque playero pero elegante.

Te sentirás en un Resort con 3 albercas, 2 de ellas son "infinitas" largo de 50m (medida olímpica) y están en el piso 10 de cada Torre, en donde podrás disfrutar de amaneceres, atardeceres y vista a la zona hotelera de Cancún en el horizonte.

Tiene 2 gimnasios, 2 solariums, estacionamiento techado gratis, seguridad, Internet de Alta velocidad, etc.

Este departamentos el lugar ideal para quien quiere sentirse libre y sobre todo para los que quieren explorar Cancún y sus alrededores durante una corta o larga estancia.

Las recámaras son muy cómodas con closet vestidor la principal y un closet de buen tamaño la segunda. Baños muy espaciosos.

Hay dos sofa camas en la sala de 3 posiciones ya sea para ver la tv o dormir (1.25m x 1.8m cada uno)

El wifi es de alta velocidad (200mbps)

Bueno, cada lugar tiene su personalidad. En este departamento tratamos de darle una decoración tropical pero elegante y a la vez desenfadada. Es muy cómodo, tienes todo cerca tiene 3 albercas, 2 en el piso 10 con canal de nado olímpico, vista a la ciudad y zona hotelera. Tiene dos gimnasios, estacionamiento techado, sala de Co-working, etc.
