Royal Sea Cliff holiday lettings

The property itself is in a great location and perfect for our trip. However we were unable to get in after a long flight and tried several times to phone and e mail to pay for early access but no answers so had to sit in reception for 6 hours. Eventually got in after difficulty with temperamental door code. Entered to noise of a pneumatic drill above us and a JCB digger outside. Also upon inspection there were big mould patches on the bedroom wall and sand on the floors. Numerous phone calls to Grand Welcome to get moved but couldn’t as Island was full for the weekend for world Ironman. They promised to get us moved on the Monday but never bothered getting back to us. We were awoken before 7am with diggers, cranes and builders outside the apt every morning. Such a huge shame as the location was lovely. We got engaged whilst here and after a celebration evening with friends were woken at 6.50am by the diggers. We are experienced travellers and have never written a poor review before this sadly deserved one. Very dissatisfied on what was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime. No doubt I will be sending all the photos and videos to the company and owner for them to assess. If these issues are corrected I would recommend what could be a perfect holiday location.
