Florida Pines holiday lettings

Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely property. This is the second time we have stayed here, returning for the second year was a no brainer. House is 3 bed with 2 bathrooms. Master bathroom has a large shower, bath tub, twin sinks, a separate toilet and walk in closet. Master bed is very comfortable and is huge. Family bathroom has a shower over a bath tub, sink and toilet which services the second and third bedrooms. Bed 2 has a comfortable queen size bed, TV, and ample storage including walk in closet. Third bedroom has twin beds, TV and ample storage, again with a walk in closet.Kitchen has everything you would need, including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery.Lounge has 2 recliner sofas that are very comfortable to kick back in after a day in the theme parks.The pool is awesome, one of the biggest pools we’ve seen in a Florida rental property. The pool decking has a large section undercover and there are plenty of chairs and loungers to use.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the location if you are doing the theme parks is perfect with less than a 30 minute drive to Walt Disney World with easy access to the 192 and i4.

The Villa was as described, very comfortable and quiet. Full of useful utensils, towels and generally well stocked. The games room was a particular highlight for the kids and the pool was ample. All in all we had a great stay and more importantly it was easy to use as a base for our trip and clean. Thank you

We searched high and low for the perfect villa for our family home, and came across this property. I have to admit I’m very picky when it comes too a clean home and finding the perfect one for my family, I could not fault anything, on entering the home walking around it was so breathtaking I almost felt emotional haha that’s how beautiful it is, and too see the joy on our children’s faces blew me and my husband away. There was absolutely evreything and the vibe in the house is so posative and welcoming, from the moment you walk in the owner’s have thought of absolutely evreything , large light spotless clean rooms, The beds was the most comfortable I have ever experienced and we always stay in the higher end accommodation, these was the best by far we have ever had. The home was in a excellent location near to the club house, before we had checked in here we did the first part of our holiday in a Disney hotel, when we got to the villa for me that’s when the holiday really started. Thanks so much for creating such a amazing home and it’s gave us a memory we will never forget as a family, we was completely blown away.

First time renting a property in Florida and not disappointed. I made contact with Rohan before we arrived as I had a couple of questions and he always responded promptly. Lovely touch too that Rohan telephoned within a day or so to check we were ok. Villa had everything we needed and had a supply of toilet roll, kitchen roll, dish washing liquid and washing powder. It was great to be able to wash our towels and tumble dry them quickly. I needed to call a local number and Rohan had no problem with me using the phone at the property. Property was very clean and spacious and the living area was equipped with new furniture. Each bedroom was extremely comfortable with new linen and there was a large tv with Netflix in each room too! Main bedroom’s balcony was small (but as we expected - Rohan had informed us of this) but it was still nice to sit out and eat breakfast as the sun was always shining in the morning on that side of the property. We were less than a 5 minute walk away from the pool area which was kept clean. Always plenty of free sun beds whatever the time of day. Everyone has to wear blue wristbands and this was strictly enforced. Always had a good mixture of music playing too. Pool is open until 11.00pm (weather permitting). Only negative is that you can’t take your own food to the pool as there is an on site tiki bar and pub selling food. We had no problem taking water bottles though and there was an iced water dispenser at the bar which was always available. Due to the location of the property however it was no problem to walk back for something to eat. The local shopping centre is within a 10 min walk of the property and had an Applebee’s, Ihop, Burger bar, Pizza and Chinese takeaway, There is also a couple of bars and a Publix. We found a Walmart and an Aldi within a 5-10 minute drive and a great pizza takeaway about a mile away. Travel times to Universal and Disney varied greatly on the time of day - one early Sunday morning, it took us 28 minutes to Universal’s car park as there was no traffic. It was usually about a 40 minute journey. Disney was about 25-30 mins. Great holiday, and excellent value for money. The deposit refund was also returned before we had got to the airport. My family and I have loved staying at this villa. Lots of room for us, great pool and the themed rooms went down a treat with my kids. Close to restaurants and shops on 27 and 192. Many nice extra touches such as the prams, car seats, cool box etc to use. Quiet neighbourhood and the pool was really private. About 20/25 minutes drive from Disney. I would definitely recommend staying here. However I wouldn’t recommend staying here in July as that is when I am most likely to return next year and don’t want the villa to be booked by someone else. Keith was very good to deal with and made sure everything was ok for us. See you again soon hopefully, Be Our Guest house. Missing you already.
