South End holiday lettings

Coming from the UK, we typically spend most of our time in Central FL and for the past few years have ventured to AMI but we've also wanted to experience the Naples/Marco Island area. Having just spent 5 nights at this fantastic condo on Marco Island, we definitely made the right decision and choice of property, owner, and location. Right on the beach, the this apartment has a 7th floor front row seat to the amazing Gulf sunsets, direct access to the beach, and the atmosphere of Sunset Grille right on site. The condo itself is just as the images portray, in fact, they probably don't do it justice. It was ideal for the 2 of us looking to relax on a late winter sun vacation and had everything we needed. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions we had on the area. It was also our first experience of spending Thanksgiving in the US and had the surprise of an amazing hamper waiting for us when we arrived to help us celebrate. Marco Island Thanksgiving experience was a million miles away from our perception of family time around a cosy fire. The beach was full of families enjoying the winter sunshine (and it was mid 80's all week during the day). Our only regret is that we decided to spend more time in Central Florida on this vacation than Marco Island, but next time we'll be heading straight to Marco and most definitely, this property! Thank you for allowing us to stay with you for our first experience of our new favourite place in FL!

Amazing property with all amenities - great location for beach & bars/restaurant. Highly recommended

Having rented for 18 years on Marco Island this is probably the most well maintained and cleanest property we have rented. We had a lot of fun on the bikes and kayaks and spent many an early evening downing cocktails in the hot tub. The property is in a great location and relatively quick to access most areas of the island. Jean and Eric are very responsive owners and quick to come back on any questions. We will almost undoubtedly book again.

we had a great time in this condo but it was smaller than what we were expecting. The photos on the web make it look bigger as does the cleverly installed mirror wall.No big deal though.Out of the 10 days we were there we saw dolphins on 7 days.The Sunset grill underneath was very good.24 dollars for a lobster meal .great cocktails and about 12 draught beers and 2 wine on draught.We did try other places but we preferred the Sunset Grill. We really liked the beach cuboard which had everything you needed. A kettle for the kitchen is all I would have liked as us Brits drink a lot of tea .We would like to return in a near future. 2 families from the UK, enjoyed 2 weeks of relaxation and sun with this property being the base and focal point of our stay. Our host left a welcome basket, to get the holiday started, called us to welcome us and then we settled back and all enjoyed being by the pool, competitions in the pool room, using the paddle boards in the canal, riding to the shops on the bikes and watching the sun set on the beach. We visited all the local attractions, Air boats, Naples, tiger tail beach, and Miami, to name a few. There are a great variety of restuarants locally, that take less than a 5 minute walk, with more a very short car ride away (5 minutes). We recommend DaVini's if you want the authentic italian welcome and great food. The home was well set out with everything needed to make our stay a pleasure. This was an holiday that every member of our party enjoyed, with the kids not wanting to go home and it was the house that was at its core. Great property and great location.

Never have we been to such an amazing villa, high spec throughout, spacious and very well equipped, Omar and Kelle have thought of everything. The little touches of wine, fruit, items in the store cupboard and fridge, bathroom items etc were much appreciated. The location was perfect, you could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Having kayaks to use and all the equipment you could need for a day on the beach was fab. So many happy memories created on this holiday, it was wonderful from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone (indeed already have!) wanting to holiday in Marco Island. Will definitely be back. Diolch yn fawr iawn
