FYI: we live on the 16 acres with this cabin, and we are currently in process of permaculturing our property into a small homestead. A large swathe of the front yard has tall Marshall rye ground cover summer of 2023. We are not neglecting our property.
We are working with a professional permaculturist to build healthy, loamy soil where there was dense clay. We have the area around the cabin weed eaten each week on the side yard and around the house. If you come back in 2024, we will have fruit trees, nut trees, native plants and wild grapes.

PETS: Pets are allowed for a $75 fee that will be charged upon reservation. Limit to one pet—no exceptions. Any evidence of pets on the furniture will incur a $100 additional cleaning fee. Service animals are by law not charged for their stay, but also by policy require documentation and are NOT ALLOWED to STAY at the home ALONE at any point.

NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. We will and have called the police on guests who were using our property illegally, inappropriately, or otherwise in violation of the agreement. Be advised.
