Hale Moi vacation rentals

We had a wonderful week’s stay in this super well-equipped villa which has many more amenities than most vacation rentals we’ve visited in the islands over the years. It’s also situated in a fantastic, peaceful location which gives the feeling of being in the middle of the Kauai jungle, complete with wonderful bird song. In addition you have a beautiful view of the mountains and a lovely glimpse of Hanalei Bay in the distance. It’s also just across a small road from a popular gathering spot from which to see the perfect “Bali Hai” sunset view, and is walking distance to the gorgeous 1 Hotel, the (steep) trail down to Hideaways beach and Hideaways Pizza restaurant. The bathrooms are both newly remodeled, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed and the living/dining area were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the decks to soak in that view and watch the rainbows and bird life. One caveat - you have to carry luggage down a steep flight of steps and up another one to enter the house, so just be aware!Our hosts Joe and Linda were communicative and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a real feel of the North Shore of Kauai.

Loved staying in this beautiful property right near the 1 Hotel in Hanalei Bay. It was the perfect place to come home to after exploring Kauai's beautiful scenery. Hope to come again soon!

Overall, the stay was lovely. The owner was VERY responsive when we communicated via email and text regarding any questions I had. Check in and out was nice and smooth. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooks a foresty area and the balcony wasn't much in view of other balconies, giving a comfortable privacy feel. Place was very clean with some basic amenities stocked. Accuracy was a 4 due to the VRBO map is slightly off regarding it's location (by like a 10 min walk to a side area); it was only noticeable to me as i had specific requirement looks when I was doing my search. Overall, it did not impact my stay too much. The pizza place that is recommended in the description was VERY good and that was convenient being across the way from me instead of a 10 min walk :) The neighborhood was very quiet, which was relaxing and I was able to fully disconnect from life. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful time in this condo in Princeville. It was exactly as advertised, including the lanai overlooking dense trees full of birds with mountains in the distance. It was fully equipped and the king bed in the main room was quite comfortable. (We didn't use the loft.) There was an ocean overlook a short walk down the road and a pizza place a short walk across the road. Princeville has a good grocery store and it's a short drive to Hanalei and points west along the coast. Convenient and beautiful - we loved it!

This condo is so beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the lanai every morning. All the furniture and beds are comfortable and cozy. I saw a couple other units in the same complex that friends stayed at and this one is the nicest by far. Loved it!

We loved the studio, it is very accurately described online. The views from the balcony are awesome, I couldn’t wait to look each morning to see what the mountains looked like. Also a very short walk to amazing lookout over the ocean and Hanalei bay. Very close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope to return, probably the best deal on the north side!! Thanks again.

The condo is spacious and features a lofted sleeping area. The location is a great with quick access to beaches and the road to Hanalei and beyond.
