Whiteface Club & Resort vacation rentals

This cabin is so fun for our family. This was our second time back and we will definitely return. Thank you for the memories!

It was warm with no AC for a few days but we made the best of lot. The views are lovely as everything else is.

My husband and I had a lovely stay! The space is newly renovated and it is simply stunning. The views are spectacular. We enjoyed nice quiet walks at nearby trails, read by the water’s edge and listened to the loons at night. Short drive to the village around mirror lake. The property also has beautiful gardens to walk through. We didn’t bring our children but there is a beautiful built in bunk bed as well.

We had a great time and found the manager responsive and helpful.

We had a very nice time at Whiteface club condo Chillax. It was comfortable, inviting and relaxing. Beautiful snow covered golf course view. Falling snow and wood burning stove. We liked it so much that we did not want to go skiing (but we did).The condo was well kept and clean and everything was in working order. We enjoyed our stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding weekend at the whiteface resort. It was perfect! Walking distance to the venue and short drives to everything in town. Beautiful condo with a balcony. Would definitely recommend for a fun weekend getaway.

Overall this condo is great for 3-4 people. It’s a little smaller than expected but it made up for that with location, amenities and an amazing view! Despite a rainy week we were able to make the most of Lake Placid since the condo is in good proximity to town and hiking trails. Owner thought of everything you might need. This is definitely a great option for a small family or couples.

My family and I have been visiting Lake Placid every summer since 2005. We started renting in 2010 and rented every year since. This was our first year staying at Camp Bearberry. I was a little worried because we had always rented from a local real estate agent and rented some of the homes several years in a row. I decided to branch out using VRBO this time. It was my husband, our two boys (10 and 12), my sister and brother-in-law, my parents, and our Goldendoodle. We were all blown away by Camp Bearberry. The house has old lake charm yet was extremely clean and very comfortable. The house sits right on Lake Placid and the views are amazing. We grilled several nights and ordered in for a couple because there was no reason to go out to eat with a beautiful lake view right in your backyard! We definitely made use of the kayaks and paddle board. The pontoon boat was available (for an extra fee) and it was WELL worth it as we went out on the lake every day! It’s a short drive to Main St if you do want to visit Mirror Lake, the shops, and dinner (our personal go-to’s are Lisa Gs, Smoke Signals, LP Brewery, and Big Slide). Kathie and Gary (the owners) were absolutely amazing. We were able to contact them if we needed something. The entire process from when I first rented through our entire stay was 100% 5-star quality. We highly recommend the home and would absolutely rent this house again!
