We really liked the place and the location. Loss of stuff to do within walking distance. And the rooftop deck Wow, we loved it!!!

The property was as advertised and suited the needs for their visit well. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable for everyone. Communications with the manager were excellent as well and much appreciated as we had a few questions along the way. The only things I would add is that it should be noted that it is 3 stories high with 2 steep staircases and if anyone has mobility issues that should be taken into consideration. Also probably not the best setup for young children as there is an opening in the wall of bedroom #2 that allows sound to travel up and into that space despite the door being closed. Otherwise it was a wonderful property and location and it fulfilled our needs. I would recommend it to others looking for a downtown/central place to stay.

Our family had the best experience at this quaint and quiet townhome! We only wish we had found you sooner! Perfect accomodations with tons of extra touches including a surprising snack cabinet filled with something for everyone! We were able to prepare a gourmet quality pasta dinner for Graduation and have a relaxed evening in! Great communication and support! We stayed at the mansion on Monument for University of Dayton’s graduation weekend. The property is a perfect place to stay for a large group. The three apartments allow everyone to have their own space. Each apartment is decorated wonderfully with every amenity imaginable. My only regret is that we didnt know about this property when my son started his college journey four years ago!

We chose this property because of its convenient location to wedding related events, and things to do in downtown Dayton. We are very happy with our choice! The title of this review says it all: clean, modern, safe, convenient. The towels and bedding were very soft and we enjoyed having snacks and coffee ready for us when we arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfy and the location was good. The architecture and decor was fun and we would definitely stay again.
