A special place to stay

Private, quiet, close to town, and plenty of reasons to stay here. Host was courteous and quick to respond. The property is amazing for a tourist like myself- right in the heart of Florence. 5 min walk from the heart of the city. Highly recommend.

True Italia

Perfect charming stay so close to everything you want to see! I felt like we were in our small Italian neighborhood behind the gate- but leaving through the gate you go downhill one minute to find yourself in Florence and can walk EVERYWHERE- BEST LOCATION. The home is exactly as shown - a renovated hothouse perfect for two. A gifted bottle of wine and fresh rosemary too. Would absolutely do again!

Short but sweet!

Lovely location just minutes from downtown...literally. The property was clean and well maintained. It had an interesting shower with plenty of hot water. It was tight accommodations for two people, but we managed. The walk from the gate to the property was short and on a rocky drive path, somewhat difficult to navigate with luggage but perfect on foot. The kitchen was adequate and we utilized the hotplate, fridge and sink. It was great to have wine glasses to share an evening glass if wine. We loved having the open ceiling and only closed them once when we wanted to sleep in. A definite great find!

Cozy and quiet!

Rocco's place was incredible start to finish. Behind the heavy metal gates, the countryside path to the listing was nice to walk in at night and refreshing to walk in the morning. The listing is as described, and communication was great. During our stay, Rocco went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything worked as expected (heat, window shades, etc.). If we're lucky enough to return to Florence in the future, Rocco's place will be on my list to stay at again!

Great place

This little property was just perfect for our 6 day stay in Florence. You could walk to anywhere in the city and surrounded by restaurants and cafes… Rocco was always helpful…..The property was like a park in the city…..would definitely recommend to stay here Not big but perfect for 2 people.

Under the stars in Florence

I loved my stay here. Rocco’s place is SO beautiful and so quiet, outside of the noise of the city yet I was able to get everywhere I wanted on foot. It’s close to everything. The inside is so clean and all new. It’s just beautiful inside and out and Rocco was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Amazing stay and I can’t wait to come back.

Quiet stay and great central location

We loved staying in this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by a beautiful green space with fruit & olive trees, plants and flowers. It is within walking distance to all the popular tourist spots, cafes, gardens and shops. Our host communicated efficiently & even provided a booklet giving local tips on restaurants, shopping & things to do. We felt very safe & if we had questions he was quick to respond. I would say our only complaint would be the bed is a pullout; not a traditional bed so not quite as comfortable. But we slept fine and would stay here again.

Florence Oasis

A beautiful garden studio tucked away, but close to several great restaurants and patios. We enjoyed our stay, but be careful of the cobblestones! My ankle is still recovering! Our host, Rocco, was so helpful and kind. Grazie Mille, Deanna & Gary 🇨🇦❤️🇮🇹

Oasis in the heart of Florence

Rocco’s place is a true gem! Perfect location and a quiet and peaceful spot, especially after battling tourist crowds all day. The apartment has everything you need — and the bed was so comfy! Rocco was also an amazing host, helping us to make dinner reservations and book taxis. Hope to return here soon!

Picturesque views and cozy place to stay

Rocco was a wonderful host! Super timely on communication and very helpful and friendly. The little villa was quaint and charming, perfect for two people who are going on a romantic vacation in Italy!!

Florence Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the location! Very close to central Florence. The property is lovely and the hosts were very kind too. The washer wasn’t working so they arranged to have our laundry done for us. There are some ants within the unit and some of the kitchen utensils need replacing. Overall, a good spot.

Schönes Appartement mitten in Florenz, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig

Wir waren 4 Nächte in Florenz und das Appartement hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal, um sich nach ein paar Stunden Sightseeing von dem Trubel zu erholen und um dann später noch mal wieder loszugehen. Das Appartement liegt im Grünen, was man mitten in der Stadt nie vermutet hätte und ist für die kleine Fläche sehr durchdacht gestaltet - es fehlt an nichts.

Das Apartment ist ein gemütlicher, ruhiger Ort im Zentrum von Florenz inmitten eines Gartens. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen Urlaub benötigen, gastfreundlichen Gastgebern und nur wenige Gehminuten von Museen und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung entfernt.

Private oasis

Was a perfect spot far away from the summer crowds! I loved the outside space…especially taking my afternoon nap under the big shady tree! Easy to get to everything and very quiet! Check in was a breeze. It does get pretty light inside super early…recommend bringing an eye mask if you like to sleep in.

Perfect cozy spot in Florence

The property is ideally located within walking distance of major sites in Florence. The room is cozy and comfortable in a beautiful garden setting. There are appliances for light cooking, along with a fridge and washing machine for clothes. The bed is comfortable and the surrounding grading is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a peaceful garden. There are very good places to eat and drink right outside of the property gate. The Accadamia Florence, The Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti, Mercato Centrale, and the Arno River are all close by. Public transportation covers the city well, and it is a great place to walk around and get lost! Those with mobility challenges would need assistance as the surrounding neighborhood is on a hillside, and the streets are marked by cobblestone and uneven surfaces. We enjoyed excellent communication and care from our host throughout our visit. Grazie Mille Corinna! Perfect spot for two.

Magical place for two

We spent 3 weeks in this adorable greenhouse. Corinna was an outstanding host. It was a perfect size for my husband and I. We still are talking about how adorable this place was, a week after leaving it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Florence. Lori

Par4adise near everything essential

We loved the whole surroundings. Lying on the lounge3 chair after a tiring day exploring the city was a real comfort. The room was quite tight but pleasant. The bathroom was small and compact, but we wanted just a pleasane and comfortable place to sleep while we explpored Florence and we got just that. Our aim was to discover the contribution of Florence to the renaissance and we got that from many quarters. The host was pleasdant and respon=ded vbery quickly to us when we had a need which only happened twice. The restaurant recommended was, to us, a five star dining and Corinna, the host, was there to welcome us and serve us. Delightful. Albert and Andrea
