This detached Grade II listed cottage rests in Denbigh, Wales and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.

Abbey Cottage is a wonderful Grade II listed cottage resting in the town of Denbigh, Wales. Hosting five bedrooms, including a ground-floor king-size with a TV, a king-size with Jack-and-Jill shower room, a king-size, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and a twin with Jack-and-Jill shower room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a woodburning stove, a utility/games room and a first-floor playroom. Outside there is a garden with two patio areas with seating, a lawn, two ponds and woodland and off-road parking. Abbey Cottage is a truly unique property in a historic setting in lovely North Wales. Note: There is a 7kW electric car charger which can be used for any type of vehicle, and charged at approx. 30p/kWh payable directly to the owner. Note: The car charger has a meter that will show how much has been used and will be reset for every guest’s visit

Amenities: Gas central heating (underfloor heated in main sitting room) with two woodburning stoves. Gas range cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer, Smart TV, Sky Sports, snooker table (¾ size), table tennis, elliptical trainer and WiFi. Fuel, power and logs (starter pack) inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with lawn, two patio areas with seating, and woodland (¾ of an acre). BBQ and starter pack of charcoal. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. No stag/hen or similar - family groups only. Shops (major supermarkets), restaurant, take-aways, leisure center, outdoor play area, skate park and pubs 0.1 mile. Note: There are two small uncovered ponds within the garden, children must therefore be supervised at all times. Note: The original 13th century doorway remaining in the property is a low threshold, please mind your head. Note: The grounds are next to a school playing field, some noise can be occasionally heard when the primary school children have their play-time. Amazing

Great property for a large family, beautiful garden and abbey ruins outside your door. Property has every you would need, we enjoyed the games room. Bedrooms all large beautiful views from some rooms, we will definitely return

A stunning property

We were absolutely delighted with this property, everything about was amazing 👏 The owner Ian was extremely helpful and really friendly...the house, words really can't do it justice..the history alone was enough .. very comfortable, had everything we needed and more...we had such a great time playing pool, darts and table tennis. The outside space is fabulous and fortunately we had the weather to enjoy it. With a 13th century friary on the doorstep too...wow. I am only sorry that it is too large and therefore too expensive for a couple to enjoy, as I would love to return for a holiday with my husband 😊
