As you enter the front door you access a hall area that leads you through to the open plan living / dinning / kitchen area. Here you will find comfortable furniture, including a compact L shaped double sofa bed, smart TV and a modern dining area that seats up to 6.
The open plan kitchen provides you with essential cooking utensils, cordless kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a 4 slice toaster. There is also a microwave, electric oven with four gas ring hob and a fully integrated fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher.
The back door leads to a small decked patio area with table, two chairs and a quant outdoor garden mirror, where you can enjoy an alfresco style supper or your morning coffee. Even just having the back door ajar allowing a breeze to run through the open plan living area on a hot summers day is a lovely touch when relaxing in the cottage.
The modern, newly refurbished bathroom has a shower over the bath with a shower screen. The bathroom window opens out onto the private decked patio area. Lovely, fresh towels, vegan friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soak and hand soap (not tested on animals) are provided for you from one of our local eco refill stations. The brand we tend to use is Faith in Nature's Lavender and Geranium range.
Upstairs leads you to two good sized double bedrooms that are East and West facing with double glazed sash windows. There are 14 steps between the ground floor and first floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds that are fitted with high quality Egyptian cotton quilts and Silent Night Ultra bounce pillows.
There are some clothes storage in both rooms to store your belongings. The entire townhouse is yours for the duration of your booking. This includes access to two bedrooms, bathroom, small courtyard and open plan kitchen, living, dining space.
The Townhouse is set in the bustling North Lanes conservation area where you will find a wealth of independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs. It’s home to some of the best entrainment in the UK with centres like the Dome theatre right on your door step, along with plenty of chain stores in Churchill Square and Brighton beech and Pier about a 10 minute walk away.
Access to the cottage could not be easier, as Brighton mainline train station is just a 2 minute walk, making arriving by public transport an incredibly easy and hassle free start to your holiday.
