The beautiful villa “Casa Ventura” is located in the popular and exclusive area of Costa D’en Blanes, 10 min from central Palma and 20 min from the Airport. With a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Palma this newly renovated villa offers a perfect scenario for a relaxing vacation for a family or a couple with friends.

The Villa

Stepping inside you will experience a tasteful mix of modern features and planning and the classic Spanish rustic style. The kitchen and dining room is the hart of the house and imagine the joy of cooking while enjoying the ocean view in an open Kitchen environment or sitting in the morning sun on the terrace watching the ships in the bay. There is an open fireplace in the living room and from the sofa you have a perfect view over the pool area and terrace. Downstairs there is 3 bedrooms (+ one bedroom in the Apt.) Each room has a double bed and the Master bedroom has its own bathroom and extra bed, the other two shares a bathroom with shower and spa. All 3 bedrooms has direct access to a outside terrace facing south.

The Apartment

There is a separate guest Apt. under the Pool area. A Studio apartment with double bed and a modern barthroom and small kitchen.

The Garden

The surroundings are reel Spanish hillside and a garden with fruit trees and flowers. Plenty of room for relaxing and with many small places to sit in the sun or shadow. The spacious pool area offers sunbeds and table with chairs and a fantastic view. This is the place to ” hangout together” The villa is facing south and located on a large plot away from the street with a upper and lower entrance.

The area

The Costa D’en Blanes area has 24 hour guard at the entrance and is a very safe area that offers free Tennis and other activities for those who want to exercise. A 10 min. walk from a pallet of restaurants and one of the Mediterraneans most exclusive Marinas Portal Nous, beaches and much more. The local town Portals is only 15 min walk away and offers shops, a number of Café and Restaurants. The Palma Nova and Magaluf area is within 5 min. drive and just down the hill from Costa D’en Blanes you will find the famous Dolphin Park Marineland. Since the Villa is located in the lower part of the mountains of Costa D’en Blanes some traffic from the road can be heard fron the Terrace. Walking to the beach and Marina takes only 12 min. from the Villa.
