Great location near Disney Springs

Location was perfect. Room was as listed and suited our needs. Messaged with a couple questions before the trip and didn’t received a response. Also be aware that there is a resort fee added at check in.

Good location

Entrance, lobby & cafe of hotel were fine but the actual hotel room was a bit tired looking from what I was provided at time of booking. The photos are not accurate. Location was easy to get to and from Disney Springs and the hotel sorted the shuttles each day for us to get to and from each of the Disney theme parks.

Great location. Nice easy walk to Disney Springs. -Room was very small.-Amenities for the price of the room Below Average. -No microwave in room -Ducks swimming in the pool. Complained and nothing was done about it

Property was fine as was the location. Many fees not listed even your total booking. Read the extra pages before booking.It was nice to have a walking path to Disney Sorings and staff was very nice.

Perfect location

Love it for our short stay in Orlando! So close to Disney and can walk to Disney Springs in just a few minutes!

Read the small print

I was surprised by all the additional fees upon check-in.Parking was not included and is more than what is shown in the small print of the listing.There is a resort fee that was in the small print.Also there is a deposit that is add. That should be returned upon checking out.

Perfect stay close to Disney Springs

We stayed for 2 nights and it was very enjoyable. They have the Lakeview Restaurant that has the buffet breakfast for I believe 27$ per person. We didn’t try it this time but it seemed like a nice place to dine. The hotel has a sidewalk that goes to the bridge to cross over to Disney springs which was really convenient. The room was very clean and a good location (we can watch the drone show/fireworks). Would definitely recommend

Good location

I think this was a good value compared to the property next door. However, I think the resort fee is a bit of a disappointment- just roll up the fee into the hotel rate and call it good.

Upon check in.. we were informed of a $25 per day parking fee.. and a $38 per day "resort fee". Which was not explained or expected. More of a motel

Time share scam

We were sent to a high pressure time share scheme. We were told it was just a tour of the property and promised there would not be any high pressure sales....... That was a lie. They kept us there for 3 hours. One of the sales ladies called us MOOCHES because we have friends and family with vacation homes, that we get to use. I was livid. Also, there was not ice on the first or second floor. I will never stay at a Wyndham resort ever again.

Great Stay

Wonderful experience! Updated, clean, very comfy rooms and beds. Proximity to Disney Springs was so convenient! Less than a 5 minute walk into Downtown Disney. Great property!

Not what it looked like

First, the listing did not show that all the rooms are outside; they are not inside the hotel. As one man put it, it was like a Motel 6 in that aspect. Second, the room was a huge let down. It was tiny in size, everything was compact, the walls were thin, there was a sound coming from the sink the whole time, the bed was uncomfortable and our room was right by the loading dock so every night the trucks woke us up in the middle of the night. We did not sleep very well any night. Third, we will highlight the good aspects. It is a nice lobby downstairs with a coffee shop we really enjoyed. And the 5 minute walk to Disney Springs was the best part. For those reasons we didn’t hate the hotel. If you have a good heads up about the room but value the location and amenities, then this hotel is for you.

Horrible room location

Property is nice and located right by Disney Springs. Room was comfortable and clean. They put us in a first floor room on the parking lot. Trunks came early with loud deliveries so we were disturbed at 8am. I image there were nicer located rooms available so I am not sure why they stuck us here. Also the up charge of $ 64 for resort fee, taxes and parking was unexpected. We did not even use the resort.

Nice room - bad experience

Although the bedroom area was nice, the shower was awful. It was so small and the faucet was so low my husband barely fit. We had someone banging on our day at 4am screaming housekeeping and playing loud alarm sounds and the front desk told me there’s nothing they can do about it. The elevator was out of service the entire duration of our stay, we had to walk very very far for the other elevator all outdoors in the cold. The resort fee is also ridiculous.
