Perfect for your next couples getaway or small family reunion, this dog friendly beachfront home boasts 3 bedrooms, a bright and airy living area, 2 levels of decks, and easy access to the beach. Invite 10 of your loved ones and up to 2 pups to this Playa San Luis beach house.

Step inside to take advantage of the wall of windows that showcases front row Gulf views. The living room has a large leather sectional and plush armchairs to relax in. Cook up your favorite family meals in the updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar makes it easy to prep, serve, or seat 4 people. The nearby dining table seats 6, and there’s a long bar, wine storage, and wine refrigerator perfect for snacks or tableside serving.

Contemporary furnishings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the entire home create a comfortable place for everyone to relax. The luxurious primary king bedroom features two oversized swivel chairs, a built-in corner office nook, and a private deck - great for early morning coffees or sunset drinks. Another king bedroom and 2 queen bedroom are conveniently located on the main level, along with a washer and dryer for mid-trip laundry.

The expansive main deck is partially covered - perfect for sunbathing or dining al fresco. A great assortment of outdoor furniture is ready and waiting. The beach access is only one house away - perfect for days in the sun, sand, and surf!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
