This unit is just 1 mile from the beach and ½ mile from Mission Bay, with a walk score of 97! Experience top-notch dining, exciting nightlife, and all the comforts of a handsomely furnished beach house all in one place.

Welcome to our luxurious Pacific Beach Airbnb apartment with a private hot tub, perfect for groups of friends or families looking for a relaxing and exciting beach vacation!

Our spacious pad features a modern and stylish design, with plenty of room for all. The living room is perfect for hanging out and watching movies on the flat-screen 55 inchTV, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Our wall speaker can connect to your phones or lap tops!

The best part of our place is the private hot tub, located on the spacious outdoor patio. Imagine soaking in the warm water with a refreshing drink in hand, while enjoying the beautiful California sunsets and ocean breeze.

The bedrooms have king beds with memory foam with 500 thread count bedding and plenty of storage space for all your belongings.

Located just a short walk from the beach, you'll have easy access to all the fun and excitement that Pacific Beach has to offer, including world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife.
- WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS IN OUR UNITS
- If you’d like to use the grill you will have to refill the propane tank. There is an ace hardware store 2 blocks away and they can accommodate.
-Our outdoor space is a fron patio with the hot tub
- There is no smoking of anything in the house, if our cleaners notice any smoke we have an extra cleaning fee of $250
- Pease don't ruin our sheets or towels, if there are stains on our sheets towels or any other bedding, we will be charging you per item
- We are located in the heart of PB, in the the center of a busy metropolis, next to all the clubs, bars, restaurants, the beach, gyms, yoga studios and anything your heart can desire. There is potential for noise because we are in an urban environment.
- Please only stay with the amount of guests you specified in the reservation.
- Our cleaning fee covers the basic cleaning costs, it does not cover any destruction of the unit. If the space is left extremely messy we will be charging a 20% up-charge, as directed by our cleaners.
- Please do not eat or spill any alcohol inside the hot tub.
- Please note check out is 11 am, we give you a 20 min grace period. After that grace period is up we charge $30 Per 1/2 hour
- QUITE HOURS ARE IN AFFECT AFTER 10 PM. THIS IS A CITY OF SAN DIEGO ORDINANCE AND THEY TAKE IT VERY SERIOUSLY, IF THERE IS A COMPLAINT THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED

Hidden Gem in Pacific Beach

We loved this cute 2 bedroom condo with comfy king size beds and its close location to the beach accesses (walkable), stores (Trader Joe's, CVS, etc.), restaurants, and a farmer's market, etc. Our kids loved the Baked Bear for ice cream and cookies! It had plenty of nice amenities: coffee, tea, creamer, olive oil spray, new pans and knives, towels, luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner, bed linens, etc. There's a great roof deck to take photos of the views of the mountains and town. And we especially appreciated the hot tub after a nice day at the beach and surfing. We took lessons with the San Diego Surf School. Book it in advance. They surf on the right side of the pier where the waves are great! Our stay was brief and focused mostly on looking at colleges but we loved checking out La Jolla and Torrey Pines, etc. Enjoy your stay!

Nice Getaway

I brought my hubby, 5 year old and 73 year old handicapped mother to this location for our annual summer vacation. We loved this unit so much that we didn't get out much. This was the first time we went on vacation and had no urgency to leave amd explore the town. My son enjoyed his private "pool" and my hubby enjoyed the patio and roof top smokimga areas. My mom just loved sitting and watching TV as did I. Our only issue was the mix up during check-in and the lack of supplies like paper towels and trash bags. But the situation was remedied with just a text message. Other than that, the unit was great. Hopefully we'll be able to stay her again. A curtain for the garage door would be highly recommended as the complex next door will be able to look straight into the unit. We had a lot of fun. Thank you!

Perfect spot !

I stayed here with my 4 small children and it was perfect. The unit was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub and easy open air access to it from the living room was a major highlight as well as the chalkboard wall. The walk to the beach is an easy and fun one even for little legs. From booking to check out the host was responsive and accommodating. We will absolutely book here again the next time we visit!

Perfect For a fun getaway

Everything was nice would definitely stay again. Nice 15 min walk to the beach. Walking distance to the bars an party scene. The rooftop was super chill. Only issue was the garage door has no privacy. We had to put up a blanket so the girls could use the stripper pole. But overall great rental, great location
