Lejligheden er beliggende på plateauet på hjørnet af Laurier og Garnier, 10 minutters gang fra Metro LAUREL station. Laurier er en semi-kommerciel gade, hvor vi finder en bred vifte af handel.

Det er relativt let at parkere en bil på Garnier Street eller de omkringliggende gader.

Det klimatiserede lejlighed har tre private værelser, en stue, et walk-in closet, to balkoner. Køkkenet er udstyret med køleskab, opvaskemaskine, varmluftovn, mikrobølgeovn, damp ovn, induktion kogeplade, en optrækkelige hætte, mad varmeskuffe og en varmeskuffe.

Området er sikkert, og vi finder en meget flot kvarter liv.

Wonderful Place

Amazing place in wonderful neighborhood with a perfect host! Among Daily shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to metro. Balcony above the delighful street to people watch and toast a glass. LOVED IT!

From beginning to end, we had an excellent experience with this host. He was warm, helpful, friendly, and quick to assist us!The apartment was clean, comfortable, bright, and well-appointed. My kids couldn’t stop talking about the deep bathtub! (I loved the shower as well!!)We loved the apartment AND the neighborhood! It’s walkable, safe, with lots of culture. A great jumping off point on foot or with our car.I was sad to leave as the place felt like home. We plan to return.

Charming and cool neighborhood stay!

My family visited Montreal for a four days and stayed at Bernard-Andre's lovely apartment. It is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and everything was well-appointed and functional. We loved the charming neighborhood, which has a grocery store and pharmacy a very walkable two blocks away. There are also yummy coffee shops and restaurants and Parc La Fontaine nearby. We rented a car and were able to find parking without much hassle, though it took a little searching to find the parking meters where you can purchase a permit. We visited in the winter and adored all the opportunities for ice skating and snow activities in the well-maintained public parks. Bernard-Andre was always available to answer questions via text and was super responsive. We loved our time in Montreal and at this property and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

SÉJOUR PARFAIT, HÔTE EXCEPTIONNEL

Séjour en famille avec nos deux grands enfants et leurs conjoint(e)s, notre hôte nous a accueilli de manière exceptionnel, comme chez un ami. Cuisine suréquipée, il y a tout et bien plus, nombreux commerces alimentaires de qualité a moins de 5 minutes a pieds et la station de Métro Laurier à environ 10 minutes de marche.Hôte et hébergement chaudement recommandé.

Feels like home

We’ll be back again!

This was our first vrbo and our first family trip with infant and toddler. Our host was friendly and helpful with suggestions for food and museums to visit when I asked for them. His apartment was clean and homey, and we were able to do laundry and cook in when we liked. The location was perfect for us - we easily parked the car (with the help of our host) and biked everywhere we wanted to go. We had such a wonderful time we can’t wait to come back again!

Lovely apartment, great location

André, the host, made us feel very welcome. He gave us a tour of the apartment, explaining how to use the appliances in the up-to-date kitchen, and even helped me to find legal on-street parking nearby. The neighborhood has cafes, markets, and is just a few blocks from a Metro stop.

Home away from home in the plateau!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Andre-Bernard's home. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy parks, restaurants, shops, and bike the neighborhood. Andre was a very welcoming host and was very quick to respond to any of our questions.

Beyond excellent!

This flat was the most perfect place! It was comfortable like home. From the personable and welcoming host to the attention to detail, everything was more than we could have asked for or expected. The neighborhood was charming, safe and centrally located to anything you might need. Details: the place was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, coffee machine was to die for, well equipped kitchen, and good water pressure! I hate to leave this review because I don’t want my chances of returning to be difficult to book, but don’t hesitate on this one, grab it if can! Thank you Andre-Bernard for hosting us in your beautiful home! PS… Chewbacca was the consummate host.

Lovely Neighborhood Apartment

Andre is a great host. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the balconies for relaxing and people watching. Great neighborhood location. Could walk to a lot of different places. Would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay in an awesome neighborhood

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Andre's place with our 1-year-old toddler. It's the perfect location to enjoy Montreal, on a lovely street with tons of cafes, restaurants, and access to the park and metro. Andre was so kind and welcoming, helping to ensure we had everything we needed - from parking help, gear for our toddler, and food/drink advice. We hope to be back in the future!

A charming apartment in a great neighborhood

Many thanks to André-Bernard for the warm welcome and the comfortable, stylish, well-equipped apartment. If you don't mind a 10-minute walk to the subway and one set of steep stairs, it's an amazing rental in a charming neighborhood (but quiet at night), full of shops (a pharmacy, produce stand, pizzeria, full grocery, coffee roaster, etc. are steps away) and parks where French is the dominant language. Some of the best bakeries in Montréal are only minutes away on foot, too, as is the shopping street of Mont Royal. The beds are comfortable with many pillow options and duvets, and the kitchen is top-notch and includes a wall of Miele appliances such as a steam oven and a very fancy coffee machine. The two balconies at treetop level are the icing on the cake. Merci, André-Bernard!

Beautiful Plateau Montreal Apparment

The apartment was on a beautiful leafy street around the corner from wonderful eateries, bars, and boutiques. We had an amazing time in Andre's apartment full of vintage art and antique pieces. I really felt like I lived there. It was quite warm when we were there so luckily there was air conditioning and fans in each room. Thanks for being so communicative and sharing your beautiful place with us.

Beautiful apartment in Montreal

I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay in Montreal. Andre was a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and showed us all the features in his beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. He was available when we had questions, and even invited us to join the neighborhood celebration for St.-Jean-Baptiste day. It was awesome! The location of this place is so amazing - there were wonderful restaurants all around, coffee and ice cream shops, cafes, parks, a grocery store and pharmacy, and the metro was close - about an 8 min walk. I felt completely safe walking around by myself and navigating the metro with my older relatives. I loved Montreal and would 100% return to Andre's if I have another opportunity to visit.

C'est Magnifique

There's a reason Andre-Bernard is listed as a "Premier Host" on the VRBO listing for his beautiful apartment in the quaint Plateau Mont Royal neighborhood. It's mostly because he seeks to make sure his guests have the most splendid time in the city that he loves. A splendid time is, indeed, what our family of five experienced. It began with him jumping into the passenger seat of our vehicle on our arrival to help us navigate the tight parking available. He took great care to see that we were settled and understood how to operate all of the amenities available at the apartment, including our favorite automatic espresso machine. Throughout the week, he made sure to offer suggestions on where to dine and what to see, including how to get to and from. We found that Montreal has a very user friendly biking and metro system, and we took full advantage of it. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops surround the Garnier apartment. And we especially loved watching the hustle and bustle of the local area from our second-floor perch outside of the living room. In our home state of Indiana, we live by this notion of "Hoosier hospitality." There's no doubt that Andre-Bernard is one of us in that regard. We appreciated his kindness and his commitment to making our stay a one for us to remember always. Merci Beaucoup!

After years of VRBO, absolute best experience

My wife and I have stayed in VRBOs all across the US and Canada. This was by far the best experience. The host was absolutely amazing, the property was perfectly located with a grocery store, pharmacy, two local parks, eateries, bakeries, and shops in the neighborhood. Everything is walkable. The house itself was something you truly looked forward to returning to! The kitchen was amazing and the coffee maker was something you would not believe. We will definitely return!
