Lejligheden er stor (110 kvadratmeter) med 2 dobbelte soveværelser med king size senge (2 ekstra enkeltsenge kan tilføjes hvis det er nødvendigt, der er et lille ekstra gebyr), et fuldt udstyret køkken, en rummelig stue og et badeværelse.

Lejligheden er beliggende i en central position meget let at nå og meget godt forbundet til alle dele af byen. Der er vaporetto (vandbus) stop af "Riva de Biasio" på mindre end 1 minut fra lejligheden.

Lejligheden er beliggende i et roligt og sikkert kvarter. Der er masser af gode restauranter kun få minutter fra lejligheden. Samtidig er der i hovedattraktionerne (Rialto, San Marco, Frari, Ghetto osv.) Gåafstand.

Nice, clean, easy stay

We enjoyed the apartment and the location was easy enough to get to all parts of Venice. Very clean and nicely decorated- comfortable lounge area was a plus! I don’t recall steps in the listing, but it’s good to know you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the place. Only a pain on day 1 and the last day with luggage of course. Also the drink shop on the corner was noisy until about 11pm each night. Exterior window shutters helped to keep noise out.

Great stay in Venice!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was described as is in the listing and the location was perfect! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough! We didn’t use the kitchen but it looks very well equipped. The wine glasses did come in handy though! Costante was absolutely wonderful in his communication and went above and beyond accommodating us. I’d give more stars if I could! We will definitely stay here again should we make it back to Venice. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Stay in Venice

This is a beautiful, historic apartment, very clean, safe, and very close to the Venice train station. Very quiet location with plenty of room with two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, large kitchen, and a huge living area with a comfy couch that fit the whole family. It's about a 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square and it's fun to wind your way through Venice on the way. At the end of the day it's an easy water taxi back (water taxi drop off is 3 minutes away). For us, this location worked well as we wanted to be near the train to drop off our bags and then go explore. Host met us near the corner to help us find the apartment. It was helpful to have a washer in the unit and there are plenty of towels/linens. A great stay!

Easy and spacious 2 room/2 bath apartment

This apartment in Venice was a great location on a quiet street with small bars and restaurants right around the corner. Spacious bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 1 single. 2 large bathrooms with large living room and comfortable couches. Would book again!

Am amazing stay

This little gem was well situated close to the train station and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was super clean, spacious and we were nicely greeted. We would totally recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment in Venice

This apartment was amazing and very close to the train station. Costante was an excellent host and provided very detailed information and was very communicative. The check-in process was easy with someone waiting for us right at the door. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. Quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants and walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location located just a few steps from the vaporetto dock. The owner was extremely helpful and flexible when our flight got cancelled and delayed. He also helped us correspond with airline when our luggage was lost. The only issue was a very small amount of hot water in the shower. It was ok because of the heat in the summer but it colder times of the year it would definitely be a problem.

Spacious and well appointed Venice apartment

We loved the location near the water taxi and also walking distance to the train station. It was easy to navigate into the busy parts of Venice but stay in a more quiet location. The apartment was large and accommodating. It was really nice to be able to do laundry after arriving from Rome! We only gave 4 stars overall because while there were two bathrooms we could only use one of them because of the terrible mosquito problem in the one bathroom that we had to keep closed and sealed. We couldn't find mosquito spray and weren't advised that there was a severe problem. We wish the property had provided a notice or provided repellant or supplemented the window screening from the inside (the bathroom window had been left open when we arrived to the property). Knowing the location and size of the property I'm certain we would probably stay here again - however - we would also be more prepared just in case and use plastic wrap to seal the bathroom window and bring bug spray and replellant. The cleaning person acknowledged that there are mosquitos in Venice but we really only encountered them in the house. That being the case, we would want to be prepared regardless of where we stayed in Venice!

We had a wonderful time in Venice

The apartment was very clean and large. When we arrived we did have to go up 3 flight of stairs- but they weren’t hard. The showers were nice- and the temperature and pressure were perfect. The only thing would have been nice was to have had bar soap or any soap for body washing. It was really nice to have had a washing machine and we were able to wash our clothes when we were out. Beds and pillows were very hard in both room- and there was no air conditioner in the second bedroom.

Great time in Venice

We really enjoyed the stay and its proximity to the Grand Canal and plenty of restaurants. There’s also a nice market about 200 yards that carried small necessities if needed. Property was clean, there were plenty of blankets which was great because we had cool weather. If you’re traveling from the Venice airport, via rental car, you’ll need to park in the large garage by the bus station because cars are not allowed in Venice. We took vaporette #1 water shuttle to Riva de Biasio, where the owner’s assistant met us with the keys. It was about a 12 minute boat ride. Would definitely recommend this property.

Stunning, comfortable and spacious

Exactly as advertised, this apartment is wonderful. The exposed beams and original features are really special and the sofas and beds were fabulous. It's extremely comfortable and well equipped and in a great location and I saw how thoroughly it gets cleaned between visitors when returning to collect our luggage. Constante was a really good host, communicating well and he was very helpful with travel information and allowing us to leave our bags for a few hours on the last day. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.
