Beautiful/NOT quiet/terrible management/dirty hot tub/bought batteries for grill/TV issues

I’d like to first start off by saying this home is beautiful.But our experience was disappointing.First off we went to use the hot tub the first evening there. Upon removing the cover we found the hot tub to be filled with suds of some sort along with a thick brownish film covering the sides (looked like more than just dirt).Also during the first evening we discovered that the master bedroom remote would only turn the TV on/off but no other functions worked.I called Nora (this is who we were advised was our contact while at the home) no answer so I sent her a text message. I asked her about the remote and I also asked her how we turn the hot tub off (no on and off button). She never called me or replied to my text. I thought that was unprofessional.We bought the correct size batteries for the remote but that didn’t solve the issue. Now it gets bad! We attempt to go to bed around 9:30/10. The house next door is having a LOUD party.They have music blasting in the backyard, people outside in the backyard, bangs of some sort, car alarms going off. This goes on until about midnight.This kept us all up including my children.The next day the home next door had another party starting around 5pm. I emailed Nora this time still nothing back! We went to bbq and found it needed a new battery (good thing we bought some). We had to call the police at 10:15 on the house next door. Although they quieted down somewhat noise could still be heard from master. Garage remote also died second day.

Cozy Retreat

Beautiful home and backyard! Beautifully decorated, and clean. Very cozy, and quiet location. Perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon. Highly Recommend staying here.

Great place- but make sure to call ahead for snow clearing

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived there was so much snow on the driveway and the side of the road, there was nowhere to park. We ended up losing about an hour before we could unload and settle in. The property manager did send someone out to clear the snow, who was very friendly- but I just wish they had thought of this beforehand so we didn't have to wait around in order to park.

Family adventures

Perfect home for our family of 6 to stay at as a home base. Explored Grand Canyon, Walnut Creek, Sedona, downtown Flagstaff, and enjoyed the local neighborhood as well. Beautifully finished, organized, and quiet area cul-de-sac. Kids loved hot tub during chilly evenings, and parents enjoyed an easy place for kids to rest between adventures. Reasonably priced with everything we needed for a memorable trip. Would recommend the location to friends. Thanks!

Flagstaff Experience

We ended up having a great experience after we were able to get a few things taken care of by the Owners! The Owners were on top of it very quickly and were very easy to work with!! They clearly wanted it to be right, so kudos to them!!! The hot tub was drained and cleaned for us and ended up being a sparkling beautifully clean experience and the light bulbs that were changed out, gave the home a beautiful presence!! They did everything that they said they were going to do and did NOT cut corners to make them right!! It is a beautiful property and we recommend it to anyone to rent!!! We enjoyed hiking the trails that were just in about 200 yards from the front door!!

Beautiful Home in Northern Arizona

This beautiful home served as a perfect location for our family adventures in northern Arizona including the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The house is immaculate, and the photos here give an accurate representation of every room. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we made good use of the hot tub and grill in the private backyard. Check-in was easy, and the use of the garage during our stay was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this comfortable home to any family planning a vacation in the Flagstaff area.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from NAU and it was conveniently located to everything. Since we had multiple family members It was nice to have room for multiple cars for parking and parking on the street for when my daughter came over. It was super close to a forestey walking trail which was a nice morning and evening walk. We loved sitting in the back yard on the nice furniture, using the heater to keep warm and sitting around the fire pit laughing and eating s’mores. The master was a nice size but I didn’t love the mattress because I’m not a fan of memory foam. Also although it said the Murphy bed only holds 150lbs I wasn’t thinking that we had all adults and not many adults weigh 150 or less but my mom slept there and she said it was fine. I also didn’t realize how small the kids bunk beds would be. I had 2 older teens/young adults and it was pretty small for them but they made due. The kids room was super cute though but probably only appropriate for children. It was a nice surprise that the brown leather chair in the living room was a recliner!

2023 “See-ters” girls trip

Wonderful home filled with surprises

Our stay at the chic and modern home in Flagstaff was outstanding. Booking and check in processes were flawless. The home was spotless and just as pictured. Clearly the owners were familiar with entertaining children because our grandchildren really enjoyed their stay as well. The bunk bed was fun, the child-safe dishes and flatware were appreciated, as were the children’s toys and the many child locks were appropriate. The house was so spacious that the six of us never even used the office-bedroom. The kitchen, dining and living areas were perfect for our needs and the bedrooms were excellent. The backyard was impeccable, with a paving stone patio, arbor overhead (with auto lighting), the turf area was fun, the BBQ grill worked perfectly, as did the two tower heaters and the spa, which we utilized nightly. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Beautiful cabin!

Great cabin in a lovely location close to town. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a great bonus during the cold weather.

Wonderful Stay

Needed a pit stop for a family trip. This place was amazing! Great for kids, teens, and baby friendly. House was clean in pristine condition. Amenities were about and beyond, it definitely came in handy for a traveling family of 7. House was near local attractions and town for food. The only thing was that this is very close to train tracks, so you will hear trains throughout the day and night. However, the house was built very sturdy because it was not as loud as it was outside. Beautiful home. Thank you so much!

Great rental

The house is vey comfortable and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the outdoor area in the the back yard. Great area to have morning coffee or evening cocktails around the fire pit. The jacuzzi looked really nice as well, even though we never had a chance to use it. Use of the garage was very convenient as well. There are a lot of trains that pass through town near by, but it really didn't bother me at all. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time celebrating our graduate at NAU. This house was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the backyard the most. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Flagstaff Oasis

Lovely, prestige, spacious property! Our family of 6 was comfortable with four well appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The backyard with grill and hot tub, made for nice evenings when we needed downtime. Close to grocery stores and restaurants!

Nice place

I never ever do these….Place was very clean, spacious, had top end appliances. Location was accessible, neighborhood was good, (close to train tracks but a NON-ISSUE and I’m a VERY light sleeper). Back yard was great!! The only thing in question was the cleanliness of the hot tub as it had an odor. Other than that fantastic place!

Fantastic rental for families

The house was beautiful with everything we could possibly need. Great central location for day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon. In the evenings, there was a cozy living room for us to watch movies in front of the fireplace before hitting our comfy beds. We will definitely be back!

Quick Escape

We came up to escape the heat and demands of family life in Tucson. The house was warm and cozy. The perfect vibe. We hopped on the bike route right from the house, enjoyed cocktails by the fire pit, and soaked our soar muscles in the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful refresh.
