Schöne Erdgeschosswohnung im beliebten Komplex Secreto de La Zenia, der aus acht Gebäuden mit insgesamt 56 Häusern besteht. Die 2016 Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen + Kinderbett. Die große und geräumige Terrasse bietet Blick auf den Pool und den Gemeinschaftsbereich. Wenn Sie einen Mietwagen haben, gibt es einen privaten Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Der Komplex ist eingezäunt und der Zugang ist nur über Code-bediente Tore möglich. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool mit separatem Kinderbereich. Ist auch für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet. Die Umgebung des Pools ist 800 m² groß, mit Naturrasen und Bäumen, die die Sonne beschatten, sowie zwei beheizten Whirlpools mit Platz für jeweils 6/8 Personen. Am Pool gibt es Außenduschen sowie eine finnische Sauna mit Toiletten und Innenduschen. Es gibt auch einen Kinderspielplatz und einen Bereich mit biomechanischen Geräten für diejenigen, die gerne Sport treiben.

Great Apartment

The apartment was really well equipped and literally right outside of the pool!Showers were great and had good pressure. Beds were comfortable and outside patio area was really pleasant with plenty of room.The only negative i could say is that the kettle leaked badly (we informed the cleaner on check out) also on VRBO it confirmed check out was 11am but was told by the host we had to check out at 9.45am which wasnt great as the host didnt turn up and advised to give the key to the cleaner!! That being said the apartment itself is lovely and would definitely stay again.The cleaner also commented on how clean the apartment was left on check out

Excellent stay with great location

We really enjoyed staying here with all the services available in walking distance. And on the other hand beach so near with nice walking/jogging/cycling paths. Very good place to relax and have good time with your loved ones!

Great stay in a lovely apartment.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment in late September It's spotlessly clean and has everything you need,with a well equipped kitchen,very comfortable beds and a really nice lounge area with aTV. The private terrace has ample seating and the pool is right outside with a beautiful grassed area to enjoy the Sun. There are numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy which are a short walk away. The wonderful beach is also easily walked to. Tom the host responds speedily to any queries as does Kjell the keyholder. We'll definitely be back again. John and Helen

Fantastic apartment in a great location

For us, this apartment was everything we wished for on vacation. The location is a 4 minute walk to the Zenia Boulevard, 5 minutes to the "Paddys Point" area and about a 12 minute walk to the beach. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and to be honest, it looks better than the photos. The outside area is very spacious and covered in shade for most of the day and this is well funished with table and chairs for eating or just relaxing on the comfortable sofas. There are some sunbeds at the front of the apartment (which catches the sun all day). There is also some beach furniture with a trolley which we used. Everything worked perfectly - the air-con is a centrally controlled unit which kept the entire apartment at a comfortable temperature. The complex itself is very well kept and appears to be very family orientated - the evenings were very peaceful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Lovely stay

we had a lovely summer holiday in Toms apartment. It has everything you would need in an excellent location. Pool was quiet and clean. There is plenty to do in the area without the need for a car. There can be a bad smell from the car wash over the road but it’s fine in the apartment and pool area, it can be a bit concerning when you first arrive but it’s only there if you are walking past the car wash. The air con took a while to get going but then was perfect. Really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay again!

Second year stopping here and yet again cannot fault this property. From booking to checking out Tom is amazing and makes our holiday even more special. Modern Apartment with pool

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with a lovely large patio & outside furniture. The pool was fab however there are no sun loungers - you must bring these back & forth from the apartment. The pool manager is very strict with where these can be placed & upholds all the rules very seriously e.g. no inflatables which our kids would have loved. The beach is a bit of a walk but location to Lidl and the shopping centre is excellent. Tom is really easy to communicate with & the key holder is easily contactable.

Väldigt fin lägenhet, allt fungerade som det skulle. Rent och snyggt överallt. Bra läge. WiFi var viktigt för oss och det var inga problem. Solen står lågt i november så uteplatsen i väster användes inte så mycket. Kan klart rekommendera detta boende.

Great Property

Stayed here as we needed somewhere wheelchair accessible for relatives that live locally in La Zenia. The apartment itself is fully accessible but there is a lip for the sliding door approx 3" high to get out onto the terrace. This wasn't an issue for us but may be if you need completely flat floors. Other than the property is great. The location is excellent, Mercadona is a 2min walk and Zenia Boulevard is just past that. 10-15min walk to the beach and 10min to the bars at La Zenia Roundabout. The pool and play area are great to keep the kids busy. Pool was a bit chilly (we visited at the end of October) but was fine once you got used to it. The furniture on the terrace is really good as well, much better than the usual plastic chairs. Makes it a great place to chill and read a book with a beer.

Lovely, clean, well presented property

We are a family of four with two young teenagers. The grounds security and central location of the property was perfect for the children to go to the pool. Kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The TV and PS4 package was appreciated by the children on very hot afternoons. Terrace furniture was comfortable and in great condition and offered shade, sun and privacy. Location of apartment was very central if you want a big shopping Centre and supermarkets on your doorstop.

Fantastic place to go with kids

We’ve just got home from a weeks stay at this property and can honestly not fault it. The property was clean and well kept. The communication with Tom was fantastic. We stayed with a baby and a toddler and there was everything we could need including a cot, baby bath and high chair. The complex is beautiful and very quiet, there’s a splash pool and play park which the little ones loved. It was like having a pool in our back garden! The only thing I will mention are the mosquitos which are rife at the moment, just be mindful to keep the doors shut and wear Deet if you’re prone to bites. All in all it was an amazing holiday and we’re already planning our next visit

Excellent property in a brilliant location.

The property is finished to an excellent standard and located in a good position close to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We did have a little problem with the property not being ready in time due to a miss communication between owner and key holder but it was sorted within a couple of hours. There was nothing missing in the property and the facilities offered were fab both inside and out. The only slight negative is there was a smell of sewage that came and went during the day for all the time we were there. I must stress this was not from the apartment itself but from someone in the area which you could smell whilst outside. I would still recommend this property.

Superb apartment, fully equipped and in a great location

We’ve just returned from 9 nights in this beautiful apartment and have had the most wonderful time. Tom and Kjell were so efficient, helpful and courteous; nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was very clean and in great condition. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need; even beach chairs. Great wi-fi, TV in all languages and even had a PlayStation. The location was perfect too as you could walk to all shops, bars, restaurants and also walk down to La Zenia beach. The complex was very clean and secure and well maintained. Only slight downside was that we weren’t allowed for the boys to play with a ball on the grass, nor were we allowed lilos in the pool and sunbeds on the grass however we worked around it. We will definitely be returning. 😊

First class accommodation in La Zenia

Excellent modern ground floor two bedroom apartment, situated in a quiet location with great facilities on the doorstep. Had English channels & Netflix, very comfy beds & a large corner terrace in a beautiful complex. Walking distance to beach and lots of bars & restaurants with Zenia Boulevard & Casino across the road, with taxi & bus stop outside & located opposite the supermarkets. Short drive to Villamartin & Torreveja. Easy drive to Murcia or Alicante airports. Highly recommended.
