Südlicher Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean und den Indian River vom 6. Stock des 9 stöckigen Gebäudes. Gehen Sie den Hintereingang zum Pool und dahinter zum weißen Sandstrand.
Condo ist mit kostenfreiem Internetzugang, Kabel-TV in jedem Zimmer und einem Luftentfeuchter auf dem Flur ausgestattet.
Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Vollbäder (eines mit Dusche und andere hat eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang). Holzboden ist in den beiden Schlafzimmern und alle übrigen Bereiche sind Fliesen mit einer sehr modernen Küche. Die Küche hat Marmoroberflächen und neue Geräte aus Edelstahl. Verschiedene Gegenstände bleiben in den Schränken und Kühlschrank für Ihren Gebrauch wie gewünscht. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit zusammen mit mehreren Stühlen und viel Pool / Strandtücher.
Beheizter Pool mit Stühlen und einem Holzkohlegrill im Freien. Es gibt 4 Tische mit einem Sonnenschirm und ca. 15 Stühlen und 20 Liegestühlen.
Parken auf Untergeschoss, um ein Fahrzeug vor der Sonne zu schützen (Verwenden Sie die Taste bldg., Um Zugang zum Parkhaus zu erhalten). Aufzüge befinden sich im mittleren Bereich hinter der verschlossenen Tür. Zusätzliche Parkplätze im ersten Stock für Ihren Gast oder ein zweites Fahrzeug - keine Anhänger oder Boot erlauben in Parkbereichen.
Shores Resort ist zwei Türen die Straße hinunter mit gutem Essen und einer Feuerstelle und Bar im Freien. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich eine Eisdiele und ein Park für Kinder zum Spielen.

Amazing please to stay

Daytona Beach Beachside Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well furnished. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay. We love the location, near our favorite restaurants and on a less crowded stretch of beach.

A week in Daytona Beach

Overall we liked the property and the proximity to the beach. The location was convenient and less busy than some of the other areas of the beach. It was wonderful enjoying the sunrises on the beach. The unit was as described, clean, and well furnished. There is a good amount of construction going on in the building with loud hammering that started at 9 am daily while we were there. While the pool was open, the listing stated it was heated during the cooler months. This was not true and it was completely unusable as it was colder than the 60 degree ocean temp. Keys for the unit are sent through the mail and did by arrive by the time we left for our trip. The host was good with communication and made sure we were able to access the unit though. Definitely added a little extra stress to the trip.

Totally under construction

This place was not a rental property, it was a construction site. Might be nice when its finished but it wasn't finished when I showed up there and I had to make other arrangements very quickly. Not happy with the owners communication. A big waste of time.

Amazing stay at Daytona shores beach!

It was an amazing experience at the property. There were few hiccups initially when a resident of the building started asking questions on why did I rent it when pool was closed and all the patios were having balcony and so on. Other then that it was very good. Check in was smooth and I was having all the necessary information related to my stay beforehand. I would recommend this property to others!

The condo was very nice, had more than enough amenities. The property such as pool area and grounds are kept very clean. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars, mainly because of the keys. There are 3 keys between building access, room, beach. The locks are tricky. But I would recommend this property, and Jack responded to any questions I had

Location is fantastic

The location is perfect - right on the beach, with a balcony that allows for the cool night seabreeze to caress your skin. We overshot the parking entrance the first time, as it's a bit hidden. During the time we were there, the elevators were quite slow (turns out one of them wasn't working at all). The unit is spacious and comfortable, although there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke particularly in the larger bedroom. I wasn't sure if it was from the unit or seeping in from neighboring units, but it was certainly there. Loved the kitchen and the full-size fridge. Overally, a great stay.

We really enjoy our stay at this condo. Excellent place to rent and stay.

The condo had a great view of the ocean, secured parking garage, clean pool next to the beach. From our balcony we saw the space X rocket lift off from Cape Kennedy. That was exciting to myself, wife and granddaughter. We will return and use this condo in the future.

The condo was perfect for my family of 4, including a 9yr old and a 3yr old. Plenty of space, with very nice bathrooms. Great location as well. Jack was great with communicating and helpful with any needs we had. Would definitely come back .

Trip to Daytona from TN

This was our first trip to Daytona and our stay was great! We LOVED this condo! The only issues we had was the pool gate and door to condo was tricky to get into but other than that no major issues. Condo was very clean and new bathrooms! We were on a budget and decided to cook instead of eating out and the kitchen was very clean and had all the appliances we needed! The view was amazing and just a skip and a hop away from our new favorite beach! Jack was very quick to respond and was very friendly! Definitely staying here again when we come back to Daytona Fl!

Beautiful view, comfortable condo

The view of the ocean is from a side unit of the building, as you can see from the pictures, but the view is expansive and just beautiful! We could also see the Intracoastal behind us. Additional benefits to the location of the unit include protection from strong direct sunlight and high winds. We enjoyed being on the roomy balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails, with the sound of the ocean waves to relax us even more. Though the building itself is old, it is well maintained. The condo shows some signs of aging, but the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated and are lovely, and the rooms are well-appointed and a comfortable size. It was very clean. We were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from a vendor who was kind enough to set them up right in front of the building. A to-die-for homemade ice cream shop, Cow's Lick, is across the street. Don't miss it!

Absolutely gorgeous!

Arrived and was extremely happy about the condo. Very clean and had everything we needed for our mother/daughter getaway! The condo is completely gated and secure so safety was #1. The owners were very receptive when I had a little difficulty with my key initially. The view of the ocean was spectacular. This was also over spring break when a lot of tourists come and it was still very tranquil and quiet. Highly recommend!
