"Flor" ist ein gemütliches Haus mit einem 6m x 4m Salzwasserpool, das nur wenige Meter vom Strand von Muro und in der Nähe des Hafens von Alcudia liegt. Der Außenbereich dieses Hauses verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem großen Esstisch, an dem Sie im Freien essen können. Hier können Sie frühstücken, grillen und andere angenehme Momente mit der Familie oder Freunden genießen. Der Pool ist mit bequemen Liegestühlen ausgestattet, auf denen Sie sich in der Sonne entspannen können, und verfügt bei Bedarf über ein Absperrgitter für die Sicherheit der kleinen Gäste.

Das Haus, das sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt, verfügt im Erdgeschoss über eine kleine Küche mit Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Poolbereich, die mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einer Spüle, einer Mikrowelle und einem Kochfeld ausgestattet ist, sowie über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss des Hauses befinden sich 2 weitere Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und das andere hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse und einem schönen Blick auf den See auf der rechten Seite des Hauses wird Ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machen.

We had a lovely family holiday and could relax as the extra toddler equipment (stair gate, pool gate, slide, travel cot with duvet) meant our youngest was safe and comfortable. The owners popped over mid week with a delicious pastry and were friendly and welcoming. Very child friendly for our 18 month old too. Lovely outdoor area and within flat walking distance to the supermarket, Burger King, a lovely coffee and pastry shop and the beach. Perfect for families and keen cyclists to stay.

Great House in good location

Location was good, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and groceries. House was private, super clean and nice pool and outside sitting areas. Kitchen fully equipped and all things we needed were provided in the house. Owner was amazing. We were received with a huge basket of delicious fruits and got a delicious pastry later on in the week. Managing agency was super responsive for small items we encountered, also made recommendations for local transportation.

Casa Flor is a beautiful villa with a private pool. The lovely beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants only 5mins stroll away. Ideal for a family holiday. A home from home

This was our third stay at Casa Flor. The location is certainly one reason to return every year. The addition of a small second lounge downstairs, with large TV is a big plus. As always the villa scores highly for cleanliness. Close proximity to the beach and the many restaurants in Playa de Muro is also a big plus. There is very little which needs improving but the provision of a pool table would great. This could be situated undercover, to the side of the garage.

Fantastic host and incredible villa

We had a fabulous stay at this place, couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a huge villa, 4 generous bedrooms each with air conditioning, 2 well equipped bathrooms with showers, utility room and large kitchen and living / dining room. There’s so much room at both front and back, and a lovely elevated balcony terrace looking out over the local tennis courts with a view to the mountains. The pool / area is excellent too - just the right size with a large dining area to the side too. The owners really have thought of everything- and even left us a gorgeous Mallorcan cake to enjoy!! Supermarket just round the corner, so you can either enjoy the local restaurantscater for yourselves. Perfect week.

Lovely villa with well equipped kitchen, lounge and lovely bathrooms. Handy utility room with fridge freezer near pool where we could prepare food and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Quiet neighbourhood and only a stones throw from the beach. Lovely bakery just up the road. IPM were good to deal with, there if we needed them but left us to enjoy our stay in peace. Owners of villa came with a delicious pastry dish for us the day before we left.

Perfect for families with young children

The owner of the house was so lovely and so accommodating. She lived quite close so popped round to drop a sweet bread off for our stay as well as being available whenever we needed help with anything. The baby gate across the pool and at the top of the stairs were a life saver with 2 young toddlers with us. There were also buckets and spades in the utility which the children could play with. There were also a lot of towels both for the bathroom as well as by the pool. There was everything needed in the kitchen too. We walked to the centre of Alcúdia along the beach front which was lovely to.

Spacious, clean and well located

Located right next to the beach, very clean and big enough for families. There is an Eroski nearby for quick errands and within a few minutes drive you are at Alcudia. The furniture is rather traditional, but we've spent most of our time on the beach or the pool anyway. The beds are a little short for tall people, the kitchen well equipped and the pool can be closed for kids. The second downstairs kitchen is a huge plus. We were lucky and the house next door was empty, if occupied, it can be a bit noisy depending on the neighbours. All in all a great Finca. A couple more cutting boards would've been nice and the matrasses have seen better days. Other then that, all super!

We had a brilliant experience at this incredible villa

They went above and beyond by allowing us to check in earlier than expected, as there were no guests the previous night. Communication was outstanding they were always prompt and efficient in addressing our questions. To top it off, the owner surprised us with a delicious cake at the end of our stay. It was simply incredible and easily one of the best cakes you'll ever taste! The location was perfect, with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the Port was just 8-10 minutes away on the bus, and the beach was only a 3-4 minute walk. The villa was exceptional, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you'd need. The highlight was the beautiful pool and the fantastic brick-built BBQ, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Without a doubt, we will be considering this villa for future stays. It is truly worth every penny and offers an unforgettable experience.

Great host and beautiful house especially great for families

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. We were greeted with a huge plate of fruit, biscuits, wine and a delivery of sweet bread which was lovely. We were 2 families with young children (toddlers and babies). The house was perfect, had great space for dining, playing and relaxing. The pool was enjoyed nearly all day everyday. We made full use of the kitchen and bbq. Ate out on 3 evenings but it was nice to be back at the villa so we could put the children to bed and have a couple of glasses of wine. The showers were lovely and powerful and lots of towels and spares were provided. It was great to have a washing machine with young ones. We had to leave to get our flight at 4am but the family we were holidaying with were leaving at check out time had a nightmare with BA cancelling their flights so we’re late getting sorted. Thankfully the owners were so nice and helpful when they came to clean the house. They were really friendly and understanding. We all thank you for a lovely stay xx
