Welcome to our Lake Front property, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, surrounded by about 2 acres of wooded area, providing complete privacy to our guests. Our property boasts a hot tub accommodating 7 people, offering a picturesque view of the lake, kayaks for water activities, and a natural wood fireplace to keep you warm and cozy. The living room is designed with three floors of windows, inviting ample natural light into the space.

Please note that the house can only accommodate up to 10 people and five cars due to our short-term rental license. However, for long-term rentals exceeding 29 nights, this restriction does not apply. We provide starting supplies, including spices, salt, roast ground coffee for the coffee machine, tea, sugar, and much more. A Keurig machine is available for use, but we do not provide K-Cups.

If you are booking within three days of check-in, a late registration fee may apply. After booking, please complete the registration community form and sign the lease. Additionally, we will require a copy of your driver's license or government ID. Please ensure that the names are spelled accurately, as they appear on your government documents when completing the registration form. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Terrible stay.
This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. We do these kinds of bookings very often and have a fairly large sample set at this point. There were a lot of things which we think were not as they were written on the VRBO description. In general, we think the property was in a state of disrepair and lacked basic necessities, with stuff not getting replenished regularly. See below for the issues we had. 1. Things like soap dispensers were not working properly. One of the bathrooms did not have any shampoo and barely any body wash. 2. Beds were not of normal size and were very short and uncomfortable. 3. Blinds in the room with the bunk beds didn’t close at all, making it super hard to sleep. The curtains in the other rooms were not large enough to completely cover the window, bringing too much sunlight in the morning. 4. The hot tub was very dirty. There was also too much chlorine in the tub. Some jets didn't work. 5. We booked the place for nine people, but there were only 2 pool towels. 6. There was no net for table tennis. The pool table was very worn down and there was a dead spider on it.

Wonderful stay for family vacation
I really enjoyed my weekend. Property is on an great location, very private and comfortably equipped. Only thing that I had to comment negatively it’s that for summer vacationing you need a better AC and a better grill for the outdoor barbecuing. The owner was very responsive and kept in touch with us.

Nice house for a get away
We stayed here for a bachelorette in the Poconos. Oleg was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was big enough so everyone had their own bed which was great for my group. Lots of games and a nice hot tub with a great view of the lake. Great location to what we wanted to do while there. Kitchen was stocked which made it easy for us to cook meals. Would recommend for large groups.

Not good for families, poor heat/cooling, very dated
The Ok: - there were enough plates and cups for everyone - the internet worked - there were some nice toys for the kids to play with, but there was only a standing lamp and small side lamp in the dark room so they didn’t really play in there - they shoveled and put down salt while we were there, however they did it at 11:30pm and it was very loud, right outside our children’s window. - we saw a dozen deer outside our window The not so ok: - The house was at 55 degrees when we arrived in the evening with our small children and it took hours to warm up. It was set to 60 on the (10!!!) thermostats in the home but they just couldn’t keep up. The children's room with two bunk beds didn’t have heat at all and was quite cold. The company should have turned on the heat to at least 65 that day as they were aware of our arrival. We had to go around and find blankets in other rooms to be able to keep them warm while sleeping. I think cooling may also be an issue for summer months as there were multiple fans in each room. The best heat source in the house was the propane heater downstairs, however it is at shoulder height for 2 year olds and unsafe for use with children around. - the stairs to the play area are very steep and the gate at the top was not secure and could be pushed down. It was also not self latching and you had to bend down and lift the bottom part to get it to latch. - the pool table converts to a ping pong table by lifting heavy boards to lay on top. It is clear that previous renters did not do this with caution as the pool table fabric was ripped in multiple locations making it only ok to play. - the deadbolt on the back door did not latch - the hot tub was low on water, likely because it is not level and so to have shoulders under water, you could only sit on one side. If you sat on the other side, you couldn’t get under the water. - the TVs were dated and the smart apps were very limited. Netflix and Hulu were options but YouTube TV, Disney + and PBS kids were not available and the tv was so old that they weren’t even options for download. The location of the TV and distance from any outlets made it impossible to use a chrome cast device. -electrical issues in every room The administration: - there is a fee of $150 if you book a last minute stay, assessed by the community. This isn’t charged until after you stay, and is different from the $150 administration fee. This was not clear or communicated during booking.

Great Location for Family holiday with PA College Students
The house was perfect for us. 4 parents and 5 college age kids had a great time. The location is pretty. The boys liked the pool table and the hot tub. Kitchen was well appointed and we were able to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. The table easily accommodated 9. Overall great
