The space offered was more than enough for 4 people although the king and queen beds are the only beds suited for adults. The kitchen with island is a great addition and the dining table sits in a nice area. I struggled with the Google Nest thermostat in maintaining cool air in a very hot week. The 2 main drawbacks are a musty basement with mold inside the clothes washer door gasket and poor Wi-Fi.I give a 4 for cleanliness due to the master bath shower tile needing a deep clean and the floors throughout while they were swept were not clean. Dirty handprints can be seen on walls and doors of bathrooms. The location is great, allowing travel to 6A, Rt.28 and Rt. 6 quickly. While I am familiar with Cape Cod for those who are not there was nothing offered as information on where to go what to do other than menus for take-out. Finally, this was a nice home in a great location for a very reasonable price.
