Amazing panoramic water views from this property situated at the end of the Cul de sac! Upon entering this well loved home, you walk through the large L shaped Living/Dining areas with views beyond the large screened in, paved Lanai out to the lake surrounding 148' of waterfrontage along with the dock. Mature tropical landscaping along the sides of the house provides privacy and serenity as you enjoy watching the birds and wild life along with the beautiful sunsets from this incredible Lanai. The large kitchen has been updated and reconfigured by adding great space to include the dining area, wood cabinets, stunning granite counter tops, steel shaded appliances. French doors/glass out to this awesome Lanai and magnificent water views! Look out at the water view waking up in bed through French doors from the 2 bedrooms from your generous sized Master Bedroom with Ensuite, (updated tiled bathroom with shower stall) and walk in closet. , also with incredible views through a floor to ceiling window, is adjacent to the hall bathroom with tub. Peaceful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. Everything was very clean and well kept. We were able to bring our dog and had a great time outside. The weather was nice enough to sit outside each day. There are tons of birds that visit all day. Communication was great and we always received a response quickly.On our first day, we noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working. We sent a message to Analyda and there was a technician there the next day. The whole unit was replaced. This was a great week spent relaxing and we had a great time.Some recommendations to make this property even better:-grill for outside—we always cook while on vacation and we’re disappointed to not have one-better stocked kitchen—maybe a few more sauce pans-more towels—we only had two for the week…a couple more would be great.-a few basic games or puzzles—especially for those with kids.Thank you for sharing your house with us!!It was a good week!!

Not as expected

The first picture is completely inaccurate as the house is not on a piece of land that looks like that T-shaped peninsula. The house is at the end of a cul de sac that backs up to an inlet, with homes all around. There were ants in the kitchen so we kept our food on the dining room table. The cord on the outside "party lights" came apart as my son turned them on and he caught a quick zap. The area is a bit worn down.The host was relatively responsive but we did need to connect with VRBO support to get them to initially respond for checking in. Later in the trip (Dec 23) they asked if we could help by letting "maintenance staff" in at some point but no other details, given that we were on vacation I decided to decline.Better off staying at the Rodeway Inn around the corner

Lakefront Gem - Holliday/Tarpon Springs, FL

We had an awesome stay in this lovely 3 Bedroom house and enjoyed early morning sunrises and breathtaking sunsets from the relaxing lanai. House has an open floor plan, is situated on a cul-de-sac on a safe and quiet street, nicely decorated, and has all the comforts of home (beds were comfortable). Close proximity to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Dunedin, coffee shops (White Duck & Urban Grounds are a must), restaurants (Rusty Bellies, Mr. Souvlaki, Hellas Restaurant & Bakery, Copenhagen Cafe...to name a few) & and shops! Be sure to take the Red Trolley to Clearwater and the Ferry back over to Dunedin. Visit the nearby parks and beaches! This area calls for a fun-filled time! Great communication from our host, Analyda! She responded to my questions in a matter of minutes. It was my birthday weekend, and she left us a bottle of wine to celebrate the occasion. We will most certainly be back!!

Good place, just needs help

First, the good things. The place is very comfortable, great lanai with a view of the canal. Place was clean, comfortable and affordable. Great location, about 10-15 minutes to the Salt Docks in Tarpon Springs. The hosts were very good at communication and super responsive. Now the things that were unexpected. First, the lanai had a divider up. Was explained to us that it was an attempt to give privacy to the master bedroom that can be rented out separately. It cuts off the panoramic view of the water as well as the breeze that can be had. However, if you are going to stay just in the master bedroom, you get a microwave, refrigerator that doubles as a nightstand and one quarter of the lanai. Also, you get no control of room temperature. Second, there was an issue with the shower in the master bath. We let the hosts know and they arranged for a plumber to come out the next day. I guess the expectation is that we would waste one of our days to let them in to repair the faucet. They did thank us for being their but didn't offer anything to us for giving up a day. This place has tremendous potential. But there is some room for improvement.

Nice house, nice neighborhood

First, let me say we enjoyed our stay. The house was large and clean and the view was very nice. The furnishings and decor were OK and we could tell someone had given some thought to decorating on a budget. While we were there we found several roaches which were still kicking but had obviously been affected by a recent spraying (thanks for that). There were adequate towels in the bathrooms but no dish towels in the kitchen. We loaded the dishwasher before we left but did not start it because there was no dishwasher detergent. There was a tiny amount of dishsoap so doing dishes by hand was not possible. The living room TV only connected to Netflix and Xumo. The small TV in the master bedroom did connect to other networks but I was unable to satisfy my News craving because there were no major networks on the list (ABC, NCB, CBS, FOX). My wife was disappointed that she was unable to watch the Belmont Stakes live though I did find it on YouTube after the race was over. But our main complaint was the shower in the Master Bedroom. The control was incredibly difficult to turn on, even more difficult to adjust to warm water, and nearly impossible to turn off. The closest I came to “Off” was a steady fast drip. The bed was adequate and the air conditioning ran without any problems and kept the house cool and comfortable in the midst of 90+ degree weather. There were no insurmountable problems and we would consider staying there again if the shower control was fixed.

Lakeside Rental

The house was very clean, located at the end of a cul-de-sac and had beautiful sunset views right from the backyard. The house was well maintained with a comfortable open floor plan. We had a great time.

Holiday Florida

Nice property, beautiful view. Nice location for us to enjoy are vacation in Florida. Only an hour to Clearwater Beach. Very close to Sponge Docks. We also travel to Busch Gardens from here. Just a nice middle location to lots of fun!
