Eigentümer sehr sehr freundlich. Zentral,am Täglichen Markt. der wo die Ruhe sucht,ist hier vielleicht nicht ganz richtig.Wohnung war in Ordnung.wir waren 4Erwachsene.

Sehr authentisch!

Moderne Schiffe,Segelboote und sogar Kreuzfahrtschiffe vor dem Fenster und die Altstadt hinter dem Haus, traumhafter Urlaub! Dieser besondere Altbaustil gibt ein außergewöhnliches Flair, es ist bis jetzt einer der schönsten Croatien Urlaube die wir hatten! Urlaub mit sehr viel Abwechslung: mehrere Strände alle zu Fuß gut erreichbar, in der Altstadt direkt wohnen und viele Restaurants überall. Rabac ist ein Ausflug für die gute Laune, Pula das Amphitheater (während unserer Zeit mit Gladiatoren Vorführung) sofern man mit dem Auto unterwegs sein kann wird man in Istrien viel entdecken können. Viel Spaß!

Perfect apartment for town visit

The apartment is located directly above the market place in the old town. It is bright, airy and has a lovely view of the bay. You get some market noise in the early morning and later at night, but it isn't a disturbance. Everything in the apartment is clean and works well, even to the point of complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee. Lovely hosts too!

Easter Weekend in Rovinj

Let’s start with the headline: You will never find better, friendlier, more accommodating hosts than Zeljka and her dad Zeliko. Meet us outside of the pedestrian zone? Follow his bike to the flat? Haul our heavy suitcases? Show us every light, appliance, window and amenities? Yes, yes, yes, yes and more.I am talking 40 years of travel and visits to 20 countries. Unrivaled.Of course, Rovinj, Croatia, is astonishing. Twisty old streets. A beautiful cathedral on the hill with Easter mass in Croat and Italian. A wonderful waitress from Serbia. Good food. Great walks. Postcard-perfect views.The flat was comfy, spacious with all the amenities needed for our two-day stay. The Adriatic was right out of our windows. unequivocally!

apartment in the heart of Old Town

This roomy apartment in Old Town with close access to everything was perfect for our stay! The apartment is directly above a marketplace, which is handy when you want coffee in the morning, fruit for a snack or a casual dinner in the local tavern. You can easily walk to the main harbor but there is also waterfront right out your door. We took a dolphin and sunset cruise from there. You can also walk right up to the church on the top of the hill and around the entire town. The owners have a wealth of recommendations for hikes, restaurants and beaches. You can't drive in Old Town, so you need to be able to walk to the parking lot, which is about 15 minutes away. If you don't like walking on cobblestones then staying in the middle of Old Town might not be right for you but we thought it was wonderful!

Most accommodating hosts ever!

Our traveling companions were VRBO Super Hosts. They said that as good as they were, our hosts in Rovinj were over-the-top amazing. So accommodating, helpful and just plain wonderful. The apartment is very conveniently located in the Old Town near the green market, shops, restaurants, and the pier. The only place we stayed with a real living area, and a lovely view of the Adriatic Sea.

Che posto incantevole!

What a lovely apartment! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Just steps from the open market and easy walks to restaurants, shops, and ferry access to beaches, etc. We had a wonderful visit, and Zeljka and her father could not have been more accommodating and helpful. So kind and generous...Dad met us at the ferry and helped us with our luggage. Both gave excellent recommendations, so we had wonderful meals and great adventures during our short time in Rovinj. I would definitely go back and would stay here without hesitation.

Beautiful Location

Communication with host was amazing, dad was awesome and so helpful in so many ways. Location was perfect! Parking was 10 minutes away which the dad was so helpful in accommodating us. The apartment is great, equipped with everything. It did not matter to us but the apartment is dated which might not be for everyone. Ac in one bedroom and ac in living space. Fan provided in second bedroom which worked great as there was ac in the space next to it Great place!

Lovely apartment in the old part of town. Zeljko gave us such a wonderful introduction to everything the apartment had, including nearby restaurants, beaches and more. When we needed something, the hosts were incredibly responsive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent Hosts and Wonderful Stay!!

We absolutely loved Zelka and Zeljka. They were very responsive and Zelka met us where our driver dropped us off, offered us a cappuccino to tell us about the beautiful seaside town and brought all our luggage to the room. The apt was spotless, beds were so comfy, even had channels in English! Left us chocolates and the kitchen was equipped if you wanted to cook a dinner. The location was absolutely the BEST. We can't enough about it. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and we needed a nice place to stay and do our laundry and rest up. We could not have been happier in this beautiful town. I only wished we stayed longer!! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

What a delightful experience staying in this large very well located apartment. Remarkably quiet given its central position . Zeljka was an attentive host and Zeliko a dream to deal with. Amazing stay!!!

The property was in a great location and larger than it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. We were a bit nervous about being above the market, but it was not an issue. It was nice to have the windows open during the day to here the buzz of the market and feel the sea breeze, but when the windows were closed you couldn’t hear anything. Great location, helpful owners

We stayed in Rojvin Property at the end of June. The apartment was clean and well staffed. Very nice two big bedrooms a living room with amazing view and bathroom. The owners were amazing and providing all of the support that we needed. Appreciate the help with the parking as the parking is kind of hard to run the property. Would definitely suggest this property.

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rovinj. It’s a fabulous little town. This place is a great bargain and the hosts really knocked themselves out to help you enjoy your stay. Our only issue was that the air conditioning did not cool down the master bedroom very well but we were there during a heat wave. The place is quirky but nice, spacious and exceptionally well located.

Wonderful long weekend in Rovinj!

We had a great time in Rovinj over a long weekend. The apartment’s location is perfect, right in the center of it all, but could be a bit noisy in the morning as it sits directly above the local market. The amenities are basic, but it has everything you need. Restaurants, shops, cafes, and local attractions are just steps away. Zeljka was a pleasure to deal with and “Dad” was a huge help at check-in/out. Dad also has plenty of great recommendations to help you enjoy your stay. We would love to visit this beautiful city again.

Rovinj must visit

Enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the assistance of Zeljko on arrival meeting us and getting us settled. The apartment is in a very good location to see all Rovinj has to offer. I would say that it is in complex that the shared areas could use some freshening up. Also the apartment was great for 4 people. A fresh coat of paint would also improve my rating to a 5. No a big deal I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Spacious apartment by the Harbour in Rovinj Old Town

We enjoyed our stay in Rovinj. It is a beautiful town. The apartment was very comfortable. The location was excellent with views across the water and a market close by. Zelko was really helpful and informative and gave us several great ideas for outings. Both Zeljka and Zelko made us feel very welcome. We would love to return and stay at the apartment again

My father Zelko is a great help in assisting our guests at the apartments and providing local, out of guide tips, so you can really discover this gem.
