Die beste Schwimmen, Angeln (vor allem Bass & Glasaugen), Kajak sind direkt von Ihrem eigenen großen Dock. Während auf dem sehr komfortabel Dock und Liegemöbeln sitzen können Sie die erstaunliche Sonnenaufgänge genießen und die heimische Tierwelt beobachten, die beinhaltet: Weißkopfseeadler, Seetaucher, Gänse, Reiher und Enten. Kajaks, Ruderboot, Paddle Board, Tretboot und Kanu für Ihren Einsatz. Das Haus am See ist auf einer einsamen Straße, die zum Wandern, Fahrrad fahren ist toll, oder joggen. Lagerfeuer Grube und Holz für Lagerfeuer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist mit neueren Möbeln komplett eingerichtet. Zwei volle sectionals, Flachbildfernseher, neuer Matratzen: ein König, drei Königinnen, zwei Zwillinge, und alle Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Reichlich Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen. Keurig verfügbar. Kabel, Internet und Wi-Fi zur Verfügung gestellt. Toller Ort für Familienspaß oder einfach nur einen erholsamen Urlaub. The Blue Kanu, ein legeres Restaurant, befindet sich am nördlichen Ende des Sees. Schöne Herbstfarben. Wintersport gehören Eisfischen, Skifahren, Motorschlitten, usw. Graduierung und spezielle advents an der Syracuse University, Colgate, Morrisville, Hamilton und Cazenovia College sind alle in der Nähe. Verfügbar für alle Jahreszeiten. Wonderful lake house

4 siblings and spouses stayed here for our moms birthday and a nephews wedding. It was a beautiful very comfortable place for us all to gather. Great amenities including a game room downstairs, kayaks, and canoes. Beautiful views of the lake. Host Karol was super communicative make ng sure we were comfortable. All in all a great place to stay.

Peaceful and Perfect

The house and property are perfect for family gatherings. Peaceful and beautiful. The morning sunrise on the back deck is a must! The house was clean and fully stocked with all you’ll need including some pantry items. We stayed for SU graduation weekend and the 40 minute ride to campus was very easy.

Relaxing stay

Great Lake House

Beautiful house on Tuscarora Reservoir! Great dock area for swimming and canoes and kayaks available for paddling. House fit seven of us comfortably with lots of seating and areas to relax.

Beautiful and peaceful lake house

Beautiful property and very well accommodated house. Very helpful owner as well. Stayed there for my daughter's graduation from Colgate with grandparents, aunt and uncle and brother and worked out perfectly. Thank you for helping to make our daughter's graduation memorable.

Breath taking!

Overall the experience was amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the steps leading into the house were more than I expected. We were completely fine with it but others may have trouble. There was so much space, everything was well stocked, breakfast in the dining room was so cool, and the views were perfect. Would definitely stay here again 😊

Wonderful slice of paradise

We were in the area for our daughter's graduation from Caz. It was also SU's graduation and I couldn't find hotel rooms. I came across this house and had no idea what to expect. It ended up being the best gathering place for our family. The lake is gorgeous! We sat on the deck and enjoyed the view. My girls kayaked and swam in the lake. Everyone enjoyed their time at the house. We will be back!

Lake life

Responsive and flexible hosts. They were available when we had questions. House is modern with lake house feel. Beds were comfy and rooms are clean. 3 bedrooms with at least queen beds on the main level, beds for 5-6 upstairs, large finished basement that could sleep others. Bathrooms with showers on every floor including basement. Play room and laundry in basement. 2 refrigerators. Laundry worked well. A nice living room in main area as well as one just as large in basement. TV’s have cable and roku. Wifi works well all the way to the lake. Cell service works for the most part but some dead spots. Outside is the best. Large deck overlooking the lake, second level grass with table, and the dock is great area for being right on the water with some nice cushioned outdoor furniture. 2 canoes and 5 kayaks. Water is clear and perfect spot to swim or throw a fishing line in. We caught multiple bass, pike and one of the largest Sunny’s I’ve seen. Blue Canoe restaurant was good. Recommend Nelson Creamery, Madison Country Distillery, and Ray Bro’s BBQ. Large kitchen fully stocked. There are multiple areas to have meals. Inside, the upper deck, table on lawn, and the dock with tables by the water. The grill works well and was full of propane. Fire pit near the water with wood supplied You can squeeze 3 cars into the driveway and if needed could fit another 2 or so on the road. Overall the house is great and I would highly recommend. Lake life at its finest.

Beautiful house, perfect location

Karol was great to deal with. Check in was flawless. The house was beautiful. We were there for a 3 generation family reunion and had so much fun on our long weekend. The views of the lake were spectacular. Our last night we enjoyed a fire as the sun set. The changing leaves were breathtaking. I highly recommend this property! Thank you, Karol!

Paradise on the lake

We were looking for a place to stay because our son was getting married in the area. Karol's place was perfect for our family. There were 6 adults and 3 children ages 3 and under. While we didn't have much time to appreciate just how wonderful the house is, the time that we did have was perfect. The house is very spacious and has everything you will need. You could not ask for a better location. The lake is beautiful. We loved being able to use the kayaks that come with the property (life jackets of all sizes were also available to use). There is even a floating dock. Karol was great to work with and even mailed me a few items that were left at the house. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is the place for you.

Family Get Away!!!

The Lake was great and a great escape from the crazy daily life. Every year our family rents a lake house and escapes. The lake it self was perfect and great for a large family. The house is able to fit our large family plus a friend, so that a major plus. However The home could be more clean. We only could use the grill once because it caught on fire even after we cleaned it. We needed to clean the bedrooms with dead bugs and spider webs. We were out side a lot and played cards in the dining room. If staying here I would recommend bringing your own cook wear as there was not a lot of selection that works or we could make brownies or cook certain things. Over all the owner was nice, I would have perffered she not taken care of the lawn while we were there. However besides the house being filled with smoke from no ventilation while cooking breakfast 2x , the grill coughing fire, and needing to clean we enjoyed our time.

Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset on the Lake

We all loved it there - wonderful dock, decks & views from everywhere of the lake. We took our own linens because of the virus. Lots of steps for seniors but we took our time. We found that someone left shoe tongs under the big sectional & food debris in between seat cushions, since we were looking for grandson's toys. Everything else was clean & comfortable. It was also nice to meet the very pleasant owner that lived next door.

Wow! What an awesome restoration job on this house! This was my grandparents home into the 70's! Spent many summer and winter days on this property and learned how to swim and waterski on that lake! Looks beautiful! So many memories!
