Great Week
Stayed here for a week and it was great! Property managers are great and very accommodating. They had a ton of supplies to last us the week, such as dish soaps and toilet paper. Property felt clean and safe. My only real complaint would be the view off the back deck, no real privacy since it’s very open to the properties surrounding it. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fawn & Kevin are excellent hosts. They were very responsive to the few issues we had. This duplex shares laundry facilities with the other renters. We each had specific times to use the machines. Evidently the other renters were not aware of that. In the long run it worked out okay.

A Charming Stay in the Perfect Location
This property is in an ideal location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our short 3-night visit while we attended a wedding in downtown Sarasota. During our time there, we rented a golf cart to explore the island, which was such a fun experience. We also got to enjoy some amazing local cuisine. This place is truly special, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay in the summer! It exceeded all our expectations and made our trip even more memorable.

Nice little 2nd/2bath place. Updated bathrooms, king sized bed in master. Kitchen was nice too. Suggestion: more seating in living room and a nicer table and chairs for dining. Our first time on AMI. We’ll be back!

Great location so close to the beach!
Everything you need and so close to the beach. This place is a gem in a very quiet neighborhood. Well equipped and located a very short walk to the beach. The beaches on AMI are great for walking with flat white-sand beaches that go on for miles. The communication was excellent and everything worked as expected.

Great find
Stella Marina was very nice and affordable for me and 2 friends. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen and living room offered great space as well. It is about a 1 1/2 mile walk to many of the restaurants and shops. There is a free trolley and an Uber ride is about $6 if you don’t feel like walking or waiting for the trolley. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk! We had a great time!

Nothing short of amazing
This will be my yearly get away, The island is amazing and the location of the cute little house was amazing as well. I cannot complain about anything from my trip and stay on Anna Maria island. The beds slept so good, House was clean and smelt clean upon arrival. We had zero issues. Must see, must stay place.

The manager was there when we checked in the property was sparkling clean. The location is not excellent across the street and just around the corner from the beach walkable to several restaurants and bars. Use the free trolley or the monkey bus to get around to the rest of the island

Perfect comfortable location
Great access to the beautiful beach. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, just like shown in the pictures. I was able to use the shared washer which was very convenient and helpful. When I decided to renovate the West side of my duplex Stella Marina, my goal was to create a comfortable clean, and appealing home atmosphere in which guest can feel and experience a sense of their own home quality, while relaxing and enjoying the beaches here at Anna Maria Island.

To feel the sensation of the warm fine sand between your toes, to stare at the Gulf of Mexico horizon vivid color hues during sunset is just a short minute away.
Stella Marina provides beach chairs and beach cart, towels, charcoal grill, and enclosed outside shower to rinse off salt and sand. Also you have the convenience of a washer and dryer for your use provided on the premises.
Parking on Anna Maria Island is at a premium and mostly private. While here at Stella Marina you will have ample free parking for 2 vehicles, one under the shade.
Relax outside the front door on a large deck where you can sit and gaze the surrounding nature and neighborhood. Bring or rent bicycles and venture the island by following designated bicycles paths.
