We were told we would not be able to use the lower floor so minus a bedroom, bath and space. We were given a 15% reductionWe did not expect to find cans of coke under pillows, empty Tito vodka bottle under another bed and another bedroom door we had to try and screw in hinges to close as well as a door handle near off with loose screws. The home was roomy and we appreciated the shampoo and soaps available and Jeremie was responsive to our communication but he couldn’t fix those issues and a new stove that had its display not working causing us to guess the oven temperature.Our biggest shock and concern was being awakened at 8 am in the morning to a construction crew very loud and working on the floor below us. we were not the first guests to not be told this construction during their stayJeremie did request we allow work from 10 am to 3 pm which reluctantly we did, tried to help him and he agreed to adjust our arrangement for the inconvenience of losing much of our vacation peaceful stay. We had no idea he would value that loss to us at 200, Bad choice on our end and communication stopped on his endThere were other issues with spider infestation and a trash issue which Jeremie sought to help. there is potential in the property and Jeremie did respond it is very disappointing we were not told about ongoing construction during our stay and taken advantage of in that situation. The many smaller issues added up to more frustration and less enjoyment
