Unsere Gemeinde liegt zentral mit einfachem Zugang zur Innenstadt, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Theatern. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle und befindet sich im ersten Stock.
Hinweis: Für den Besuch von Tieren wird eine Pauschalgebühr von 100 USD erhoben. 2 Nächte Mindestaufenthalt erforderlich.

Zu unseren Vor-Ort-Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein exzellentes Management, ein großes Clubhaus und ein ganzjährig geöffneter Whirlpool (Pool saisonal, Memorial Day - Labor Day), ein Fitnesscenter und ein Businesscenter.

Boise trip

The advance communication was excellent. It was a bit hard to make the lock and key work but my husband became a professional at it. The kitchen was well stocked, and this worked out so well for us to be able to cook most of our own meals and to allow the two grandchildren individual bedrooms.

Large condo - great value - accommodating hostess.

We stayed in this three bed/two bath condo for over a month. We found to hostess to be accommodating and easy to contact. The condo was clean and well supplied. It was especially good for us as it was ground floor with a ramp entrance and a walk-in shower. My husband is disabled, so we needed that. When my husband was injured (no fault of the hostess) we had to return home early. The hostess refunded all of the money for the time we were not able to stay. The condo is in a complex that is away from major roads, but convenient to shopping. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Good location. Nice place.

I stayed for 17 days while heling my son move. Unit was clean and easy to access. The assigned parking spot is really important as there is very limited other parking. It had everything needed to cook which was good since I was there for so long. The location of this unit is near the entrance to the building so people are constantly walking by. I was not comfortable opening the blinds or sitting on the porch. While the unit itself is nice, it is on the first floor and there is NO soundproofing. I could hear every step and crying child in the unit above, and at all hours. Even with that I would consider staying again because the loction is really good.

Great place and accommodations

I had to come out for a weeklong business trip and my wife came out to hang out by the pool. This location was wonderful. It was convenient to downtown Boise and convenient to my office in Nampa. The furniture and accommodations were great. The beds were soft. The apartment had everything and anything you could think of the kitchen was well equipped. There are several grocery stores nearby and some wonderful quaint restaurants and cafés too, but we cooked several dinners at the apartment which was nice to have all the Items in the kitchen to use. If we come back as a couple for a week or several days, we definitely would use this apartment again. Communication with Stacy was great ability of getting in and checking out was extremely easy too five stars all the way around. Also, my wife spent a lot of time out by the pool and it was extremely nice and clean and well maintained, and there are actually several ducks that were floating in the pool at the same time. The apartment complex and pool are all very family friendly.

Great location and Nice Apartment

The apartment was fantastic! It’s right in front of the fountain. It was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. It’s also very close to many places and you get a beautiful view of mountains every time you step outside. Things you should know: The Blu-ray player has apps but they don’t work well. The beds are pretty firm, but the couch is very comfortable. I am not sure if the rest of the apartments are rented out, but I’m pretty sure they are. I didn’t have many interactions with the residents, but it should be noted that the apartment above this one has kids and, what I assume, is a big dog. There will be a lot of noise from running children and a big dog who is very active (but doesn’t really bark). The neighbors behind this have at least 2 dogs who bark quite a lot. I understand that this isn’t the owner’s fault, but I do believe that people who vacation here should know that the other units are rented by locals and may be noisy if the same people are occupying those units when you visit. Lastly, when looking for a reservation for our trip, we specifically looked for a place with a hot tub. This place does have a hot tub, but it’s communal. So, you would either have to drive or walk there due to the unit being almost at the very back of the lot. But, overall, this is a very good location, very nice unit, and very affordable.

Great base to explore

We stayed here as we wanted a swimming pool for the kids and it was worth it. The place was well equipped and the pool/clubhouse/BBQ is a very good facility.

Quiet area, close to everything

We stayed here just a short drive away from downtown Boise. The complex was quiet and everyone was very nice. The dedicated covered parking spot is great, but unfortunately didn't our SUV with roof rack. We managed to get the open parking spots which is a nice option to have! Pantry and kitchen was well stocked. The rooms are huge and spacious. Very nice and comfortable stay.

Good Enough for the Price

Beds were comfy and sheets were soft. Neighbors were pretty loud above us. The showers were very clean but needed some maintenance as there was a crack in the master showers floor and the rails were a little loose. Overall it was good for a couple nights but wouldn’t want to stay there any longer than we did.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the apartment. Everything was very comfortable, with a seamless check-in and check-out. I would have liked to know about the basic cable TV and especially the DVD player, since there were few channels to watch and we brought no DVDs with us. Everything else was awesome! I'd definitely stay here again.
