Der Trullo Tramonto wurde von einem Mailänder Architekten zu einem außergewöhnlich hohen Standard umgebaut und restauriert. Er liegt auf einem Hügel in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung.
Das Haus ist bekannt für seine schönen Aussichten und Sonnenuntergänge (Tramonto ist Italienisch für den Sonnenuntergang).

Der wunderschöne 13 Meter Infinity-Pool mit flachem Strandbereich bietet die Möglichkeit, sich abzukühlen und die Aussicht zu genießen.

Der Trullo verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, von denen eines ensuite ist.
Neben dem offenen Wohn- / Essbereich und der gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Marmorplatte verfügt der Trullo über einen internen "Höhlenraum", der zusätzlichen Wohnkomfort bietet.

Äußerlich gibt es eine schattige Sitzecke (ideal gelegen, um die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge über Martina Franca und Locorotondo zu genießen), eine Küche / Essbereich mit einem beeindruckenden Esstisch aus Stein, Spüle und Grill.

Der gut etablierte Garten hat viele Obstbäume wie Kirschen, Aprikosen, Pflaumen, Pfirsiche, Äpfel, Feigen, Granatäpfel, Sharonfrüchte, Maulbeeren, Oliven und Mandeln und einen gut sortierten Kräutergarten.

A dream come true

We wanted something special for our silver wedding anniversary and found exactly the right place here. Trullo Tramato is traditional - but with all modern comfort. It is luxurious - but not overdone. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommendable.

Just pleasant

An amazing view, a very professional service and support and probably the finest pool ever in a beautiful landscape. Rooms are clean, beds convenient, the kitchen functional (personally, I would replace or would put away some of the furnitures, the only little minus). Sarah was great. Ostuni and Ceglie just 15 minutes away. We loved our journey!

Sehr gepflegtes Trulli in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Das Trulli ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet und der Garten und der Pool laden zum relaxen ein. Mit dem Auto sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sehr gut erreichbar, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Verwalter Vorort waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Eine kleine Oase in Apulien.

An excellent holiday pleasure

We arrived on Saturday at two pm, the key was deposited and we found a very well-equipped trullo. Even the fridge was filled with cheese and sausage, butter, wine and jam and even a packet of fresh espresso coffee and bread stood on the table - thank you Sarah! All rooms are well maintained and the terrace with seating and the barbecue very clean. Likewise, the trees and bushes are maintained as in a park. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms for a holiday home very generous. The pool was without leaves and the water was very clear - it seemed to have been cleaned before our arrival as thunderstorms came down the previous days. From the cherry tree in front of the house we have nibbled and the arugula in the bed for salad eaten. All installations are great, hot and cold water is always available and the electrical switches and plugs up to date. Crockery is generously available for more than six people. The dishwasher we did not use but the washing machine, which was available with description. For the entire house is a written description available even the application of the alarm system. Sarah, the supervisor on site also answered all questions over phone, if there were any ambiguities. The house is in a very quiet location ideal for trips to Martina Franca, Ostuni, Albarobello and the wineries. Thank you for the wonderful holiday and we hope for a return. Gabi and Martin

Beautiful Trulli villa in the countryside

Stunning property with the most beautiful outdoors area in the countryside in Puglia. We stayed as a family of 6, all adults. The villa was well equipped and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I’d like to extend my thanks to Tracy and the management team for the villa who were most helpful with recommendations or help when required.

Stunning!

Such an incredibly beautiful house and location. Communication with the owner was fantastic (especially the personal recommendations she gave us) as was service from the team on location. The pool was an absolute standout- unusual to get such a generous size and set in the most amazing setting with views over the countryside and sunsets in the evenings. Would thoroughly recommend!

Gorgeous trullo and magnificent outdoor space

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and outdoor areas were beautiful and plenty of areas to lounge as well as a very nice outdoor eating space. We loved the pool. House was great for our family as spent most time outdoors. Cool cave area which was a great escape from heat.

Getaway in the Italian countryside

Our family had such a lovely time in this trulli and a wonderful vacation in Southeast Italy. The property is nestled amongst an olive groves along with fig, rosemary, and lavender dotting the property. The pool and outdoor space was well used even in October. It was perfectly located being 20 minutes away from Ostuni, Alberobello, and Locorotondo. The structure itself was cozy with enough features to cook and entertain a family of three. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms modernized. Puglia pools, who manage the property, were mostly our concierge service. they booked activities, experiences, and reservations for us so it was like having the benefits of staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend visiting Puglia whether with family or a group of friends. The trulli experience is the best way to immerse yourself and create a memorable experience.

Séjour inoubliable !

Tout était parfait : leTrullo décoré avec beaucoup de goût avec trois "vraies" chambres fermées, sa localisation en plein cœur de la vallée d'Itria, sa magnifique piscine à débordement avec une vue à 180° sur la campagne environnante. L'environnement est très calme et les couchers de soleil extraordinaires. Nous espérons y retourner.

Le lieu est magique, mail il y a beaucoup à redire. Pièces exiguës, mobilier sans goût. Aucune pression dans les douches. Et annonce de trois salles d’eau, en fait il y en a deux. Avec beau temps ça va car le lieu est au milieu d’un havre de paix. Avec la pluie , à déconseiller absolument. Faites l’expérience mais surtout pas à six ! La région belle belle belle

This Villa looks absolutely amazing on the listing, but let me tell you, it’s breathtaking when you actually arrive and see it in all its glory! We had the best few days we could have asked for, eating at the local restaurants and drinking the local wine whilst watching the sunset from the Villa! Great Trulli centrally located

We had an amazing time staying here while in Puglia. The outdoor pool area is amazing with the most beautiful sunsets. The location was perfect for all of our day trips to surrounding towns. We enjoyed wine and music down in the 'cave' - the acoustics were amazing!! It is a truly unique and beautiful property!

Typical trulli house worth the experience. The house can sleep 6 but it is a bit cramped in the kitchen and dining/ living area. If the weather is nice you have plenty of space outside and the pool is a nice Bonus. The view and the sunset are very nice.

Idyllic setting with a wonderful pool. Bedrooms comfortable and bathrooms modern. No need for air con except the one day it reached 39 degrees outside! Kitchen petite but functional. Just missing an outdoor pizza oven!

Beautiful Sunsets

This is a very well-situated property, located at the crest of a hill with views from the infinity pool of the surrounding countryside. The outside area and pool are outstanding, as is the location close to several of the white towns, such as Ostuni. We also were able to visit beaches on both the Adriatic and Ionian side within 1 hour. The house is comfortable if a bit idiosyncratic, as is fitting for a converted trullo. We enjoyed coming home for dips in the pool and the evening breezes. We also appreciated the connection to a local chef for a cooking class. In this strange new world of extreme weather events, some guests may wish to consider whether they need air conditioning; we had several warm nights in the third, interior bedroom; the two main bedrooms were more comfortable. Our check in and check out were swift and professional, but perhaps lacked some of the personal service mentioned in older reviews. We would recommend this property to other families.

Very quirky and pretty, beautiful pool, outside area and views all around. Sarah was amazing looking after us having to quarantine here for 5 days - it was total decompression, so relaxing. Nearby lots of lovely towns to see.

We live in the UK and have 2 teenage daughters. My husbands family are originally from Bari and he enjoyed many family holidays there when he was growing up. When we were first married we enjoyed vacations in Italy but once the girls were born decided to buy a place ourselves. We lived here for a few years and the girls went to school in Martina Franca. We enjoy travelling, cooking and eating out but love swimming, walking, exploring, sailing, cycling and running too! When we lived here we grew our own artichokes, fennel, tomatoes and salads - the herb garden still thrives. There's always an organic fruit tree of some description laden with fruit (depending on the season) ... apricot, cherry, peach, plum, apple, pomegranate and not forgetting the wonderful fig tree! I welcome enquiries and enjoy speaking to guests and helping them plan their vacation.

Our Trullo has beautiful panoramic views and is in a great location, quiet and off the beaten track. However, we are just a few minutes drive from Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ceglia Messapica and Locorotondo - three of these lovely hill towns we can see from our house! Ostuni and Alberobello aren't too far either.
We have lots of comments from guests at how homely and comfortable it is. We enjoy sharing our favourite places to visit and our latest restaurant finds. We love it here and want our guests to love it too!

We are near the Puglian Aqueduct which is wonderful for walks, runs and cycling all the way to Locorotono. The panoramic views are notable (see our reviews). We can organise pasta making at our home by a local chef, offer a simple supper on arrival, bike hire, day trips etc. There is a fabulous, family run, mini market just down the road which sells everything you may need; a wonderful deli; their own freshly baked bread and focaccia and serves wonderful coffee and homemade cakes. They also have a ‘gastonomia’ selling delicious homemade food which changes daily.
