Diese Wohnung ist neu gelistet, deshalb haben wir nur wenige Bewertungen, aber meine Frau und ich sind erfahrene Gastgeber. Diese neue Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Széchenyi Lánchíd, St. Stephen Basilica, Oper, Weihnachtsmarkt, Hotel Kempinski, Hotel Ritz Carlton. Sie werden meinen Platz wegen seiner Lage, zwei Badezimmern, zwei Schlafzimmern, hohem Standard, Annehmlichkeiten und Komfort lieben. Mein Platz ist gut für zwei Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

All perfect!

We had a fantastic time in Budapest! The flat is clean, modern and especially in summer it's great that the air conditioning works so well. The check in went smoothly and was adjusted to our arrival time. A big thanks again for that!

Ferienwohnung war bestens

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem angenehmen Viertel, direkt am Park mit Riesenrad. Da die Wohnung aber zum Innenhof grenzt, bekommt man von draußen nichts mit, daher sehr ruhig. Bitte aber beachten, dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt ohne Aufzug. Also Treppen steigen... Die Einrichtung ist bestens. Man hat alles was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung für 4 Peronen in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Budapest. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar und der Zentrale Verkehrsknotenpunkt Deák Fernec tér ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, mit zwei tollen Bädern, einer Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herd, Spülmaschine und großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einem schönen Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, wobei die Klimaanlage wenn es heiß ist nicht komplett runterkühlt. Der Check-in war super unkompliziert und die Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit.

Apartment in Budapest

Das Apartment war einfach klasse. Super Ausstattung, sehr sauber, beste Lage! Direkt im Geschehen und direkt am Riesenrad. Die Donau ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. Wir werden öfter wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch spitze, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt!

Excellent! Budapest at its best.

We (family of 4) have enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is situated right in the heart of Budapest, the Danube is only a 10 minute walk away. Airport transfer bus stops almost in front of the building. Metro station is very close too. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen is fully equipped: big fridge, good oven, Nespresso caffee machine, and everything new and in good order. We spent New Year's Eve here, and the noise in the streets during the night was almost imperceptible. Heating (that includes underfloor heating in the bathroom!) works perfectly, we appreciated this when coming home after long winter walks. On our day of departure, we could leave the suitcases in the apartment until early evening. A lovely apartment, highly recommended!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Budapest

Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral. Nachteilig ist, dass ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat und das Fenster des zweiten Schlafzimmers in das Treppenhaus des Gebäudes hinausgeht. Wir mussten also die Türen der Schlafzimmer nachts geöffnet lassen. Dankbar waren wir dafür, dass die Wohnung über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, die uns während unseres Aufenthaltes jetzt im August gute Dienste leistete. Insgesamt gesehen würden wir die Wohnung jedoch auf jeden Fall wieder mieten, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig ist. Wir danken Attlila (unseren Gastgeber) für seine Fürsorge und Bemühungen.

Perfect!

This place was perfect! The location was amazing, walking distance to everything, apartment was spacious, warm and very clean and tidy. It had everything we could possibly have needed and more. Our host was there to meet us and they were flexible about leaving luggage early. There are 101 steps to the apartment but once luggage is dropped off they are easy to manage and I had 2 young kids.

Great space in an excellent location

We loved our time in the apartment. Just as the photos it is newly renovated and very spacious. The location is great in the heart of Budapest close walking distance to restaurants and sights. We would definitely book again. Host was nice to work with as well.

Perfect size and perfect location...

It was our first ever trip to Budapest and we wanted to be in the middle of it all. We chose this unit because we are a party of 3 (2 adults and a 5 year old). We wanted something with 2 rooms / 2 bathrooms so that everyone had their own space. The space in this unit is incredible, its huge. We had plenty of room to stretch out and this really felt more like a home. The bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were plenty comfortable. The living room provided a great place to unwind at night and the 2 bathrooms just made everything easier. The full kitchen is nice (even though we really didnt use it much. Now the biggest plus for this unit is the location. Again, we wanted to be in the center of it all and this unit was just that. We were a block and a half from the Christmas markets to one side and 3 blocks to markets at St Stephens. Great location and made it easy to grab public transportation just a half a block away. Again, the unit was amazing...the only drawback are the stairs, but we managed. If you dont like stairs, this might not be for you....but for us, this place worked out perfectly. The hosts were communicative and responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely consider this place again if we went find ourselves back in Budapest !!!

Excellent apartment

We had a great time staying in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is brilliant as most of the major sites are within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area too. Great location

This worked soooooo well for our stay in Budapest. There is a grocery store a few steps away and a Starbucks very close by. The location was great for walking and the place itself was cute. Large flat centrally located

This flat is on the top (third) floor of a historical building in the Pest city center. The location is excellent next to shops, tourist attractions and a transport hub, Deak ter. We loved the large, modern flat although the single air conditioning unit was a little weak during the severe heat wave. We kept the flat dark during the day and it helped. The owner came to fix a couple very small issues immediately and is great at communication. Be warned if you have heavy suitcases or anyone in your party is disabled, there is no elevator and the flat is at the top of three large sets of stairs.

Wonderful location and great place to vacation

We loved the location and amenities that this apartment provided. If I was to comment on a minor issue, it would be that the mattress in the main bedroom was a bit too hard for our backs, but otherwise a wonderful place to spend a week or more in Budapest . We had clear & responsive communication with Attila. We were able to easily access the supermarket which was a two minute walk away, public transport , taxis , and the amazing sites of the city. Excellent. And we would love to return.

Our property was renovated last year with high quality materials. It's a building with less than 15 flats, it's a very quiet building in the most heart of the city. Our neighbors are very nice people, you can get some experience with locals by staying here.
You don't need to use public transportation, you can discover all the famous sights on foot, everything is in walking distance.
Metro and bus stations grocery stores are in 2 minutes walking distance.
