Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage im sogenannten "Carré d'Or": nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Promenade des Anglais und den Stränden, 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Stadt und 10 Minuten vom Bus entfernt (Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Schritte) entfernt). Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt hier.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelschlafsofa. von denen sehr komfortabel!). Möglich, bis zu 5 Personen unterzubringen. Zwei Badezimmer (ein größeres mit einer Dusche und das andere mit einer Toilette und Waschbecken). Separate voll ausgestattete Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen. Ein sehr schöner Balkon mit Blick auf das Grundstück. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern (Kinderbett ebenfalls verfügbar). Ausstattung: Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, TV, WLAN. Mehrere Parkplätze ganz in der Nähe.

Wonderful location

The apartment was conveniently located near the Promenade and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Due to the two balconies, there was plenty of natural light filling the apartment. We stayed at this apartment for over a month, and we would not hesitate to rent here again.

Location! Location

A wonderful, clean, spacious ,quiet, older apartment on the 5th floor with 2 large terraces, very well equipped and a friendly, helpful co-host. The location is perfect for walking to every area of Nice, the trams, the railway station, local restaurants, coffee shops and food stores and along the Promenade de Anglais. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

An excellent property, fully equipped with everything you need (full kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, hair dryer, etc), very clean and spacious. Terraces on either side of the property provided all day sun. Great Central Location Stay in Nice!

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Nice, very central and close to the beach and walkable to train station/old town. The apartment is also quite spacious. Property managers were great to work with and easily available. The issue we had was with the heat inside of the apartment as there was only a small fan, and it got very hot during the day and night even with windows open (or closed). The listing mentions parking which isn’t included but there is a parking garage nearby. Overall very nice stay!

Return to Nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location in Nice. Just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais, you could sit on the balcony off the kitchen and enjoy seeing what was going on below. The unit is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator if needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by as well. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Location, Location, Location!!

The location of this lovely apartment is what makes it so special! Within a two minute walk of the main promenade/beach and 5-10 minutes to a wide variety of bars/restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is very spacious with 2 balconies, perfect for winding down after a long day in the sun! It's well kept and super clean. Contact with the owner, should it be required, was very easy. Highly recommended!!!

Superb villa

Everything was perfect! Location couldn’t be better. 2 minute walk to the pebble beach. Supermarket 2 minutes up the road. Huge variety of restaurants and bars in surrounding area. Short walk to tram and the beautiful old town. The villa is large and has everything you require. A large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and one bathroom plus additional toilet. The 2 balconies with seating a bonus. Owner answered queries quickly and checking in process was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly. Recommend.

We have just had a very pleasant 18 day stay in Maria Pia's apartment. She made our booking so easy, and communication from her was very prompt. It was a pleasure dealing with her from start to finish. She is a very helpful and honest hostess. The apartment is very spacious, airy and comfortable and has beautiful views from both balconies . We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony and on the evenings that we didn't eat in a restaurant we relaxed on the balcony and played scrabble taking in the sights and sounds of Nice....we would highly recommend this apartment. Splendid!

Maria's apartment is exactly as advertised and then some. We stayed for several weeks over the winter and we were pleased in every respect. The apartment is spacious, very nicely designed, and airy. The views from both terraces are a big plus. The living room enjoys a marvelous view of the western hills looking past the Musée Masséna (thru the large glass doors that access the terrace). So, even when we had the doors were closed, we never felt closed in. The kitchen is also spacious and it functions well for everyday fare and also for fancier, more elaborate meals. The apartment is secure and very well located. Access to the Promenade is ideal for seaside strolls and exercise. It's a beautiful short walk to Old Town. But there are many good restaurants and markets in the immediate neighborhood, too. Check in and check out were prompt and easy. Maria, and her local representative, were very helpful during our stay.

Great apartment in Nice

This was easily the nicest apartment we stayed in during our 2 weeks traveling around France. The property manager was very accommodating, allowing us to drop off luggage early so we didn't need to drag it around until checking in. The location is tough to beat. The apartment is just down the street from the Promenade and beaches, about a 2 min walk. Also an easy walk to the pedestrian and the old town areas. The apartment is quite large. There is a separate bedroom that opens to a balcony, and 1/2 bathroom apart from the main living area. The living room and main bathroom are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. There are nice views of both the beach and the mountains from the front balcony. Another plus is that the building has an elevator. There were plenty of towels, and the ability to do laundry in the apartment is a very nice convenience. A can easily recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Nice, and hope it is available for my next visit.

Trotzdem kommen wir wieder

Uns ist der Aufenthalt verdorben, weil wir bei der Ankunft am Terminal am Fahrkartenautomaten bestohlen wurden.Im Juni / August konnte man die Tickets mit Geld bezahlen. Ab 1. Oktober nur mit Karte.Ich musste mein Portemonnaie herausholen und habe erst in der Wohnung bemerkt, dass es weg war.Ich musste Karten sperren,Polizei aufsuchen und zum Ausw.Amt. Die Wohnung ist elegant und großzügig.Wohnungs und terrassentür klemmten.Kein dtsch Fernsehprogramm
