Το Villa Pegasus είναι ιδανικό για άτομα που αναζητούν ρομαντική και γαλήνια διασκέδαση ενώ είναι κοντά στις ανέσεις της πόλης της Σκοπέλου, μόλις 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για περιπατητές, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε πολλά μονοπάτια, καθώς και για ζωγράφους που θα εκτιμήσουν το υπέροχο τοπίο.

Εσωτερικό:
Η είσοδος σε αυτή την απλή αλλά μοναδική βίλα είναι στο καθιστικό / τραπεζαρία με άνετη επίπλωση και γαλλικά παράθυρα που οδηγούν στην μπροστινή βεράντα που κοιτάζει κάτω από την δασωμένη κοιλάδα στην πόλη της Σκοπέλου και στη θάλασσα. Η καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα συνεχίζει από το σαλόνι και είναι πλήρης με πλυντήριο πιάτων, με μια πόρτα από την κουζίνα στο ευρύχωρο wc / ντους. Σκάλες οδηγούν από την κουζίνα προς το μεγάλο διπλό υπνοδωμάτιο με παράθυρα που βλέπουν πάνω από την πλαγιά του λόφου. Αυτό το εξοχικό σπίτι είναι χτισμένο σε δύο επίπεδα και μπαίνει από την περιοχή της πισίνας σε ένα ζεστό και άνετο καθιστικό με γωνιακό τζάκι και κουζίνα. Οι χρωματισμένοι τοίχοι από τερακότα και οι οροφές από ξύλο με σκούρο ξύλο συγχαρούν τα πολύχρωμα δάπεδα. Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, με πλήρη ηλεκτρική κουζίνα / φούρνο, διαθέτει μεγάλο παράθυρο με θέα στη θάλασσα. Οι μεγάλες διπλές γαλλικές πόρτες δίπλα στην κουζίνα οδηγούν σε μια βεράντα που κάνει εύκολη την εξυπηρέτηση των γεύσεων al-fresco. Αυτό το σαλόνι αυτού του εξοχικού σπιτιού είναι επίσης άνετα επιπλωμένο και διαθέτει έναν μεγάλο καναπέ, ένα καναπέ (που μετατρέπεται σε ένα κρεβάτι για 1 άτομο) και εκπληκτική θέα στα καταπράσινα δάση και στη θάλασσα. Σκάλες οδηγούν από την κουζίνα προς το μεγάλο διπλό υπνοδωμάτιο με παράθυρα που βλέπουν πάνω από την πλαγιά του λόφου.
Εξωτερικός:
Οι εξωτερικοί τοίχοι έχουν ζωγραφιστεί με φωτεινά χρώματα, μια τεχνική που έχει ληφθεί από την αρχαιότητα και συμπληρώνει το περιβάλλον. Υπάρχει ένα μπάρμπεκιου από τη μία πλευρά του σπιτιού και έξω από την τραπεζαρία, εκμεταλλευόμενος την σκιά πέργκολα ακριβώς έξω από την κύρια πόρτα εισόδου και μπροστά από την ιδιωτική πισίνα και τη μεγάλη βεράντα της πισίνας. Η Villa Pegasus έχει τη δική της "ιδιωτικότητα", τοίχους και είσοδο από το ιδιωτικό αυτοκινητόδρομο και χώρο στάθμευσης.

Περιβαλλοντας ΧΩΡΟΣ:
Η Villa Pegasus είναι μια από τις τρεις πλήρως ιδιωτικές βίλες που βρίσκονται στους δικούς τους χώρους στην ήσυχη περιοχή του Πεύκκου, στην πλαγιά του λόφου πάνω από την πόλη της Σκοπέλου. Ο Πήγασος έχει το δικό του δρόμο. Είναι περιτριγυρισμένο από πευκοδάση και κοντά σε πολλά από τα παλιά μαγαζιά σε όλο το νησί. Η βίλα είναι εντελώς ιδιωτική και δεν παραβλέπεται από τις άλλες δύο βίλες. Το Villa Pegasus βρίσκεται στην περιοχή του Πεύκκου, στην πλαγιά του λόφου πάνω από την πόλη της Σκοπέλου (περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) και απολαμβάνει φανταστική θέα κάτω από την καταπράσινη κοιλάδα του λιμανιού της Σκοπέλου και τη θάλασσα. 12 χλμ πλησιέστερη παραλία - Πάνορμος.

Charming house

Communication with the owner was great, very polite and helpful. Charmingly decorated and a great space for a romantic getaway, nice colours and style, comfy bed. The house is located in a great location, very quiet, on a high spot that offers beautiful views of Skopelos town. Now for the negative points, the pool was not properly cleaned for our arrival, lots of leaves, soil, dead insects etc, not inviting at all. We were told by the person who showed us into the property that we could clean it ourselves with the skimmer during our stay, wish it was at least clean to begin with. As mentioned on previous reviews, the property is surrounded by trees and plants which definitely need a proper trimming, gardening, landscaping to make it presentable, this will also help in having a bit more sun on the outside area which is in shade after early afternoon. The private drive to the property is well lit, it would be good to even the road and remove a few large stones. Skopelos is a very green and beautiful island, worth visiting.

Idyllic mountain hideaway

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful house. Very private and so relaxing. Great pool. Dimitris is a great host, always available for any queries but never intrusive. Everything has been thought through so the house is really well-equipped and furnished in style. Also, the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had in a rental. Thanks so much Dimitris, we would love to come back!

If you come to Skopelos to seek quietness and peacefulness, I will definitely recommend Villa Pegasus or actualy one off the three Villas you can rent from Dimitris. Villa Pegasus is perfect located on the hillside and in short distance from beaches as Milla, Stafylos etc and Main town of Skopelos. a hidden oasis

sehr ruhiges Anwesen umgeben von altem Baumbestand, absolut privat, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetesx altes Haus mit persönlicher Note, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die schönsten Strände in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben eine wundervolle, erholsame Woche hier verbracht. Fabulous relaxing week

Everything about our stay was just brilliant . The location was so peaceful but still in the middle of the island so was really central for getting to all the different beaches. Perfect for a couple or small family and the swimming pool is a great size and really refreshing after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect 🤩

A beautiful little hideaway in a perfect location. Stunning views . Peaceful with only the goats bells jingling in the evening coming down from the hills. Fabulous pool . The villa provides everything you need for a perfect stay. Comfortable bed, loads of hot water for shower ,great bbq . Dimitris, our host, was marvellous. We had a few hiccups with ferries being cancelled but Dimitris sorted everything out for us and made our journey so easy. Can’t recommend highly enough, so only problem was that we had to leave and come home. Already looking to book for next year .

Delightful villa on Skopelos

Our stay at Villa Pegasus was wonderful. Villa Pegasus is a traditional villa. Nothing new or glitzy but everything you need is there and it all works. Unexpectedly, laundry was changed in the middle of our stay. The pool is a delight in the afternoon and evening. I recommend a car or scooter. Villa Pegasus is for two people. More could fit but I would find it harder. Demitris is a wonderful host with excellent, fast communication. Anything we needed was sorted immediately.

Rustic getaway

Hidden away in the hills, this private and peacefull villa is very rustic. Perfect for the get away from it all quite break. Dimitris was in contact to make sure everything was running fine from time to time. But everything was as we expected. Great holiday.

great little hideaway

as a family of three (baby of 4 months), we really enjoyed having our own space with a pool. The bedroom upstairs was a perfect size for us, Dimitris kindly provided us with a cot which was great. Great location, you can get to most places on the island within 30 minutes by car.

Beautiful rustic house

We had a brilliant 10 days in Skopelos. Pegasus has the most incredible views from the upstairs bedroom, living area and kitchen and is so peaceful. We loved chilling by the pool in the morning and then driving to one of the many beaches for the late afternoon. In the evening we sat by the pool star gazing and watching the bats. Dimitris was really helpful organising our hire car and arranging for us to be met at the port. We hadn't realised that the towels and sheets would be changed twice during our stay plus the bins emptied for us which was a nice surprise. We definitely needed a car as you can't walk out anywhere, but this wasn't a problem as we enjoy exploring when we're on hols. Perfect house with or without kids.

Pegasus villa

Beautiful one bedroom rustic villa in an elevated position looking out onto skopelos town and port. 10 minutes drive down into the port to the tavernas , supermarket and ferry. We were picked up from the ferry by Kosmas and arrived at the villa to find water and a complimentary bottle of wine perfectly chilled. We hired a scooter which Dimitris organised for us 88 Euros for the week. It’s the best way to see the Island and the roads are good and quiet during June. Peek season is July and August so we felt really lucky to stay during June. The pool is heavenly and was cleaned part way through the week of our stay, we also had fresh sheets and towels delivered and the villa was freshened up for us. Dimitris is always quick to answer any queries regarding the villa and although he wasn’t on the island during our stay he made sure we were well looked after. We had WiFi so it was easy to research places we wanted to visit, would highly recommend trip advisor as we wanted to book a sailing trip and the reviews for BBQ sailing trip on the boat Lilly owned and conducted by Juan is advertised amongst the boats in the port was true to its word , an amazing experience. All the beaches are breathtakingly beautiful Everyone on the island speaks good English and are happy to give directions or helpful information I would recommend you take a wireless speaker that way it’s easy to stream music whilst basking on your sunbed or swimming in the pool. Skopelos is truly beautiful in every way and the villa allows you to experience the peace and tranquility. Ferry times to Skiathos for our flight home weren’t good as we had to leave very early but the managers at the port tavernas are happy to hold your luggage and call a taxi for you when it’s time to leave for the airport which is 5 minutes away. Charming farmhouse style villa

We stayed at Villa Pegasus for two weeks Sept/Oct. The villa is really charming with an authentic feel and ideal for a couple that want to get away from it all, as it set up in the hills about 10/15 mins from Skopelos town. I would highly recommend a Jeep/ 4x4 if you stay at this property as there is a fairly steep/rocky access to the villa. The surroundings are wonderful and on a clear night sitting on the patio/terrace the sky is amazing. Dimitris the owner is excellent in all aspects of communication from the initial booking through to any problems/issues that might arise and are quickly resolved. The villa is well serviced with a regular change of towels and linen. It is close to one of our favourite beaches Limnonari and also close to the fantastic fish tavernas at Aganondas where you can sit and watch the wonderful sunsets with lovely fresh fish, a greek salad and a bottle of wine . We would also recommend the sunset kayaking trip with Kayaking Skopelos, which was amazing and Nikos and Dora at WindBoat Rentals who are a great couple with really great well maintained boats. Thank you Dimitris for all your assistance we had a thoroughly enjoyable time even if the weather was rather challenging for a few days of our stay.

A perfect time !

For our second time on the island we decided to get a bit away from the village. We’re really happy with our stay at Dimitris' house, which is perfect for a couple indeed, very quiet, perfectly equipped, with a wonderful view to the valley all the way to the sea. We found the best feature is the upstairs room, where we slept perfectly with no need to turn on the air conditioning as the temperature at night gets a bit cooler at the house than in the village. The house is located on the northern side of the valley, which makes it perfect to lounge in the morning. Like previous visitors, we experienced some troubles with wasps – but as anywhere else on the island expect in the village. We are especially grateful to Dimitris who was extremely helpful in organizing everything including transportation and scooter rentals. We had a perfect time!

A wonderful stay in a perfect location on the island

We're a family with 2 sons 6 years old. They were very good in a safe house and a beautiful pool, comfortable for a swim before and after life on the beach. Villa is equipped with all household appliance you need on holiday, the location is strategic to reach beaches on the both sides. The quiet guarantees a restful holiday and the owner Dimitris is a perfect example of customer assistance, he's always available to help you or give you suggestions to enjoy Skopelos in the best way. We suggest villa for a wonderful holiday both for a couple or a family and Dimitris is a warranty!

Beautiful, quite and private villa.

We stayed at Villa Pegasus in June for our thirtieth wedding anniversary. The villa was perfect for us as a couple. It is quiet and secluded with beautiful views. The pool was perfect for cooling off. The property is not overlooked and we were not disturbed by anyone for the whole of our stay. Air con is great in the bedroom for those still hot nights and the windows have mosquito screens for breezy nights when you want to leave the windows open. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the orange squeezer and found the same one in the supermarket by the harbour. Bought one and took it home. We use it everyday. Dimitris was the perfect host. He arranged a private speed boat to collect us from Skiathos and take us to Skopolos where a car was waiting to take us to our villa. The hire car chap turned up 15 minutes after we arrived to deliver our car that Dimitris had also arranged. Everything was so stress free and easy, we were delighted. Dimitris was very helpful to answer questions by phone and email. The villa is about 10mins drive from the town, which was perfect. There are several nice places to eat on the harbour and in the town along with the shops selling local goods. We went out on two boat day trips. These are very good value, providing breakfast, lunch and drinks on the trip. We went on the big wooden boat with the blue sails and also a yacht called Lilly. The crew cooked us a BBQ and stopped off twice so we could do some snorkeling/swimming. All in all a super holiday. Thank you very much Mark and Sue

Comfortable villa,quiet location, stunning views of surrounding countryside and Skopelos town..

The villa itself is in an idyllic location and presented in the typical traditional Greek style in doors and out. It is reasonably well equipped but lacking a toaster in the kitchen, which we missed. Pillows on the bed were soft which is a bonus compared to many other places we have stayed in Greece. The pool was adequate for a cool down dip after roasting in the sun, water surprisingly cold a bit of a shock on first dip, but did the job of a prompt cool down. The property and outdoor area generally appeared a bit tired and in need of TLC. The location of the villa means you loose the late afternoon and evening sun, this will obviously vary on time of year. We were there in September so the villa and garden/pool area was in complete shade by 16.30hrs. The only thing which ruined it for us which was no fault of the owner were the wasp. We only spent 2 days out of 14 lounging by the pool. We were plagued and swarmed by wasp which were worse in the mornings and late afternoon/evening. Couldn't enjoy sitting outside and couldn't leave doors open or they entered the villa, they seemed to swarm around front door and shaded sitting area. The owner was very helpful and got someone to put traps down but these did not make much difference. Don't know if it was just a bad time of year for wasps, we were there September, or if there is a nest nearby it seems the pool attracts them as well. We went out all the other days to escape them. You definitely need a car to explore the Island. There are lots of quiet secluded beaches to be found other than the popular commercial beaches, but a bit of a hair raising drive to get to some of them due to the steep mountainous narrow windy roads, both tarmac and dirt tracks but worth it, beautiful quiet beaches with crystal clear water. Lots of shrines at the road sides which is a bit disconcerting, so take it as a warning to drive carefully! Loved Skopelos town, nice nights out exploring all the restaurants which serve traditional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, these are mostly hidden away from the harbour front up the cobbled streets. Best ones are Perivoli, To Rodi, Olivio and Alexanders. Anna's is also nice but slow service. All are reasonably priced. Good cocktail bar at harbour front only 5 euros each. Everyone very friendly and accommodating and generally all speak English. Overall we had a fantastic time and Skopelos is a beautiful not over commercialized Island with or without wasps!

Great stay and beautiful location

We spent 1 week at Dimitris' villa, 2 adults and 2 kids , 12 & 14. The villa is well positioned with a nice view on Skopelos harbour. It took us less than 20 min to get to the town or to the best beaches of the island. The villa is cosy with a nice and warm pool where you can have barbecues. Dimitris has been very proactive in getting us around and what was needed when we checked in. Villa was very clean . Be careful when driving the last 50 mts to the villa since the road is not paved (suggestion for Dimitris;-)) Overall a great stay - looking forward to returning at the villa!

Beautiful villa in a perfect away from it all location but just close enough to Skopelos town

Pegasus is a beautiful villa set in the side of a steep valley overlooking Skopelos. Despite there being two other villas nearby you almost wouldnt know it and the peace and quiet is only disturbed by the steady ringing of goats bells as they wander the forest in the valley below and occasionally are herded along the road above. Villa facilities are great although a barbecue would be a welcome addition and the pool is perfectly sized for two people although being on the north side of the valley the sun goes off the pool and terrace by about 5 o' clock. Located midway between Skopelos and Agnondas its perfectly positioned to explore the island. The villa was kept spotlessly clean during our atay with towel linen and pool service every 3 days. We would certainly consider returning to Pegasus in the future

Romantic and secluded getaway!

My husband and I relaxed on Pegasus villa with 24 to 31 August 2016. It was one of the most relaxing holidays on the island. Photos of the villa is fully correspond with reality! Very cozy and very tastefully furnished house! View of the mountains and the choir - simply stunning! Every morning, I met on the terrace with a cup of coffee and a smile! The bed in the bedroom was exactly as I like - soft and comfortable! During the whole period we did not turn the air conditioner! The house is designed so that it is not required! Inside is always cool! The air is simply amazing, laden with the smell of pine! Location of the villa quite easy to go to my favorite beach Limnonari.Times we walked, it is 4 km away. Sometimes we buy fresh fish or meat in the town of Skopelos and grilled barbecue, it is very convenient if you do not want to go anywhere in the evening. The owner of Villa Pegasus - Dimitris is very welcoming and nice person, has always been in touch and helped us in all matters. We will definitely return to this wonderful place!

Beautiful villa and lovely stay

This is a beautiful little villa, perfect for a couples holiday. It's very peaceful and has a lovely view of Skopelos town. The villa itself was clean and well kept, as was the garden area and the pool. Dimitris was a great host and was beyond helpful, assisting us with car hire and boat transport from Skiathos. He was also amazing when our flight got cancelled in sorting everything for us, and making sure we were happy! We would definitely recommended anyone to stay here, especially those exploring the island, or just want a peaceful and private get away. It's recommended to hire a car, however everywhere you need to get to is easily accessible by car. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
