Shorewood 504 - Θέα στον Ωκεανό Πάνω όροφο Θεαματική θέα!

Αυτός ο όροφος 5ου ορόφου που είναι προσβάσιμος από τον ανελκυστήρα είναι άμεσος μπροστά στον ωκεανό και δεν εμποδίζει την θέα στον Ατλαντικό Ωκεανό. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι από το καθιστικό, υπάρχει τραπεζαρία με καθίσματα για 6 άτομα. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλα όσα θα χρειαστεί να μαγειρέψετε ένα υπέροχο γεύμα.
Το Shorewood 504 διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις που θα περιμένατε στις διακοπές σας, τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, ασύρματο internet, πλυντήριο / στεγνωτήριο, DVD player.
Ο πλοίαρχος διαθέτει ένα king size κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει επίσης πρόσβαση στο μπαλκόνι ως μπόνους, ιδανικό μέρος για να βγείτε από τον καφέ σας.
Το υπνοδωμάτιο φιλοξενουμένων διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα πλήρες λουτρό από το διάδρομο. Το καθιστικό διαθέτει έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για επιπλέον ύπνο.
Το συγκρότημα και τα εδάφη είναι άψογα καλά διατηρημένα και η πισίνα είναι η καλύτερη στην Forest Beach! Θερμαίνεται τον Μάρτιο & Απρίλιο, Οκτώβριο και Νοέμβριο. Ψύχεται σε αυτά τα καυτά καλοκαίρια! Η υδρομασάζ και η παιδική πισίνα βρίσκονται στο κεντρικό κατάστρωμα της πισίνας. Τα μπάνια και το υπαίθριο ντους βρίσκονται ακριβώς έξω από την περιοχή της πισίνας.
Το Shorewood βρίσκεται στο νότιο άκρο του νησιού κοντά στο Coligny Plaza. Αυτή η περιοχή είναι γνωστή για τα πολλά εστιατόρια και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Ετοιμαστείτε να βάλετε τα πόδια σας στην άμμο !!

Nice Stay

This was our families first time on Hilton Head and we loved Shorewood! We would definitely like to come back to the unit we stayed in! We loved the family feel this place has and the zero entry pool is great for kids! The management property did a great job communicating with us as well!

Great spot

The condo has a great view with super easy access to the beach. Furnishings were up to date. I would stay here again Was a tad on the unclean side on check.

Great time with great weather. Need to fix outside fan blade. Several outlet covers need to be replaced. Need a better king mattress. Otherwise great unit.

Great location with fantastic view of the ocean

Family of 4 stayed in this condo and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The view of the ocean from this unit was spectacular. The location of the condo right by Coligny Plaza gave our teens somewhere to go on their own. We enjoyed the large zero entry pool and could always find a chair on the pool deck. The owners and management company are very responsive and accommodating.

Outstanding property

We had an amazing time! From booking to our stay everything was a breeze. The views from our suite were spectacular. Beds were very comfortable. The location of this property is wonderful and just a short walk to shopping, restaurants and park. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. We will definitely stay here again!

Ceiling vents were dirty. Bread chunks and food under couch and furniture piece under tv. We vacuumed vents in bathrooms and swept the floor. Unit was very nice, other than the cleaning we had to do.

Beautiful condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! You cannot beat the view from the living room or the master bedroom. We enjoyed so many meals on the balcony. We also loved the vaulted ceiling in the living room, which gave the room a very large feel. Overall the condo is well appointed, nicely decorated and in a great location on the island. Our only slight criticism was that the sheets in the guest bedroom were paper thin and would not stay on the bed and the chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. The view is lovely but they make sitting there for very long a little painful. That said, we would love to stay in this unit again in the future!

Good Option for HHI

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was a great location within walking distance to Coligny. The view is amazing and the size of the unit was perfect for our family. Unfortunately, there were a few issues:- We had to call the property management company to come out and clean the unit upon our arrival. I ended up cleaning the fridge myself before they came because we needed to get our groceries loaded. The bathrooms had quite a bit of soap scum. The floors throughout the unit had hairballs other debris on them. The kitchen appliances all had dirt on the handles and knobs. The pool towel that was left with the extra linens had a pretty gnarly stain on it. - The beach got really crowded because the public access is nearby. People from the complexes next to the public access all drifted in towards our space to try to get away from the crowded area.- The guest bathroom had a couple drawers that really couldn't be used because there wasn't enough clearance to fully open them due to how close the toilet was. The guest bedroom also had drawers that were either hard to open and close properly due to damage and/or had food/candy remnants in them. We've been coming to HHI for decades and had never stayed in this area. Several times during the week, we debated whether or not we'd return to this property or opt for our usual. With the pandemic, we'd love to give it another shot, but will likely pass.

A favorite spot

We love the size of this unit for our family of four, and how family-friendly it is with the pool and easy walk to the beach. It is in a convenient location to walk to Coligny Plaza or a short drive to most other spots.We did notice this time that upkeep and cleanliness had deteriorated since last visit. The kitchen and bathrooms are showing some wear. Many things, including ceiling fans and decorative items, appeared dusty. Elevator to fifth floor was slow and clunky.

The only downside to our trip was the roof was being replaced on the entire building so from 8am to 7pm, there was constant noise especially being on the top floor and sitting out on the balcony was limited at times due to particle debris in the air. Great Location; Inconvenient/Noisy Repairs Taking Place Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Shorewood condos before, but we may not do so again. This time there was roof repairs going on all week, causing a lot of noise and detours around the condo complex. We were not informed this was going to be going on. We stayed there in October 2020 when balcony repairs were happening, causing a lot of inconvenience and we couldn't even use the balcony space. The condo itself needed some repairs-the ceiling fan on the balcony doesn't work, there's mold on the ceiling and a rusty vent in the master bathroom, & the mirror in the 2nd bathroom needs replaced. The price was too high for the condition of the condo. Also, we went to the rental office at 4pm as instructed to check in, only to be told we didn't have to do that because we should have gotten a text with details saying we could go directly to the condo. We never got that text until after 6pm when we were already in the condo. Very disappointing experience.
