Άνετη βίλα μας με ιδιωτική πισίνα και σάουνα που βρίσκεται σε 4000 στρεμμάτων πολύ κοντά στις Εγγαρές χωριό. Από τον κήπο της Μεσογείου έχετε μια υπέροχη θέα της εύφορης κοιλάδας των Εγγαρών, ένα τέλειο περιβάλλον για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές μακριά από το θόρυβο και τη φασαρία. Το σπίτι διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια και 2 ορόφους άνετα να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 6 άτομα. Απευθείας από το σπίτι ένα μονοπάτι οδηγεί σε ένα μικρό ποτάμι με χελώνες.

Στο ισόγειο μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με παρακείμενα τραπεζαρία και ανοιχτή πρόσβαση σε μια επιπλωμένη βεράντα, 1 με δύο μονά, 1 δωμάτιο με πτυσσόμενο καναπέ-κρεβάτι είναι (1,40 m), μπάνιο με ντους και τουαλέτα.
Στον πρώτο όροφο 1 μεγάλο σαλόνι με πρόσβαση σε ένα μπαλκόνι που βρίσκεται, 1 υπνοδωμάτιο είναι επιπλωμένο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και πρόσβαση σε άλλο μπαλκόνι, 1 μπάνιο με μπανιέρα / ντους και τουαλέτα

Παραλίες: Η παρθένα φυσική αμμώδη παραλία του Αμίτη βρίσκεται περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα, οι μακριές λευκές αμμώδεις παραλίες νότια της πόλης της Νάξου με μια μεγάλη ποικιλία από ταβέρνες και εγκαταστάσεις για θαλάσσια σπορ είναι περίπου 20 λεπτά μακριά.

Στα χωριά και Εγγαρές Γαλήνη υπάρχουν μερικές ταβέρνες με εξαιρετική παραδοσιακή κουζίνα και ένα μίνι μάρκετ. Αγορές όλων των ειδών μπορεί να δει κανείς στη Χώρα της Νάξου (7 χλμ) γίνεται.

Amazing holiday

We had a wonderful two weeks stay here. Anna and max were extremely welcoming. The location is breathtaking, and the pictures of the property do not do it the justice it deserves. Everything has been completed to a very high standard and our family of five had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. You do need a car to explore Naxos and we highly recommend Plaka beach

Beautiful home, wonderful owners

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would recommend it. Anna and Max were wonderful, generous hosts. The pool is a wonderful addition and the accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, lovely bathrooms and kitchen was well equipped. There is no air con and you do need a car if you’re staying at this location. Thank you Anna and Max, we hope to be back.

A relaxing, beautiful property!

We had an amazing stay. Firstly, Anna met us from the port and we followed her back to the property, after her showing us a local supermarket where we bought a few bits. She had left some fruit and drinks for us. The villa was spotlessly clean and a lovely size for the 5 of us. Anna and max were so friendly and helpful throughout the week, advising us on where to go etc. Loved spending time in the pool and enjoyed seeing Max’s sculptures in the garden. So many beautiful places to visit but not enough time for them all!! Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would love to go back!! Thank you Anna and Max.

Fabulous stay

We had the most amazing stay in Max and Anna’s property. The villa is very spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and all mod cons. We loved some of the furniture designer classics along with Max’s paintings hung in the walls. The property is set within the most idyllic sculpture garden overlooking the village. It is the most magical place I’ve ever stayed in. The photos don’t really give you a true picture of how beautiful it is. The pool was great addition, and the kids loved a daily swim. Naxos itself is so beautiful. The scenery up in the hills was breathtaking. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and visit Max and Anna again. They made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

For Bucolic Greece, This is Your Place

Well, we picked this one right. Two October weeks at a quiet Cycladic village villa, close to town and beaches but set sufficiently apart to clearly be the real deal. Such was the village of Eggares and this lovely villa, set on a hillside overlooking this largely tourist-free bucolic hamlet (save for a few cars at an olive oil museum), with no neighbors other than a small herd of sheep residing just below us whom we watched daily from our private swimming pool. And, of course, our beck-and-call landlords, Anna and Max, as cheery and helpful as one could hope, yet who graciously left us alone unless needs be (for example: although living on the same property, I’ll confess to never having actually seen their own house). The villa’s furnishings are pretty basic, which is de rigueur for Cyclades’ villas. It is also immaculate, relaxing and utterly comfortable, with all manner of outdoor space to enjoy the pastoral view. And such a view. Eggares has an elegant orthodox church (quite large for a village its size); the customary hillside of white Cycladic homes; a local tavern (“Stella’s”) where the menu is a narrated inspection of the six pots that Stella has stewing that evening; and another restaurant (“O Charis”) that you’ll find on not-a-few “Best of Naxos” lists. But above all, it has wondrous silence. Hey, if you’re party people, this ain’t your place. But if you are looking for a gracious sanctuary after a day about on the island, push the "book" button.

Stunning property

First of all a big thank you to the owners Anna and Max. They are truly wonderful persons. They came to pick us up at the port upon our arrival in Naxos. We then found fresh drinks, local wine and fruit in the refrigerator. Secondly, the property and the location. Look, I don't know how to put this but we kind of felt like millionaires. This is not ordinary property. It is a stunning villa in a 4k meters landscaped garden with a private pool raised up on a hill offering views of the local village, the low raise costal mountains and breathtaking sunsets. The garden has somethins special, unique. And that is Max own marble scultures positioned in a zen like of garden style . You will not find another house like this in the whole of Naxos. Is seems more like a Californian garden of a famous and rich sculptor. The villa is divided into two section and the owners live in one of them. But the structure itself allow for this and privacy is not violated. We only had one issue. There is no air conditioning. And when we arrived we had ober 40 degrees for ywo days and at night the lowest temperature was.... 30 degrees. We could not sleep despite the fans on stand located in every room. The owners said that they never had temperatures like this before and in reality over the next days we never went above 35 degrees and nights were fresher. The other thing is Wi-Fi. Speed is very slow and coverage not always good everywhere. Anyway, I am just waiting for the AC to be installed to go back!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Max und Anna. Man ist schnell in Naxos Stadt und erreicht viele tolle Strände innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool in dem schönen Garten ist ein Traum!

Einfach traumhaft

Wir haben als Paar 12 Tage in der Villa Engares verbracht und hatten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Anna und Max, die nebenan wohnen, waren die perfekten Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar für Fragen oder Ausflugstips, aber dennoch diskret, so dass man viel Privatsphäre hat. Die Villa und das wunderschöne Grundstück sind ideal gelegen. Von 2 Terrassen und vom privaten Pool, der etwas abseits liegt hat man sehr schöne Ausblicke auf die Umgebung. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, darüberhinaus stehen sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung und es fehlte an nichts. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Das Haus von Anna und Max ist wunderschön, ebenso der Garten mit den tollen Marmorskulpturen und Palmen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr schön Anna und Max sind wundervolle Gastgeber, sie leben auf dem gleichen Grundstück und sind sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Zudem haben sie einige sehr süße Katzen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Haus, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Liebevoll gestaltete und ruhige Anlage mit tollem Privatpool. Anna und Max sind die besten Gastgeber die man sich wünschen kann. Sehr hilfsbereit: Wir standen am Fughafen und unsere Mietwagenagentur kam nicht wie vereinbart, so dass wir ohne Auto da standen. Anna hat ihre Kontakte spielen lassen und so bekamen wir zum Glück doch noch einen Mietwagen. Bei allen Fragen und Schwierigkeiten standen Sie und zur Seite und hatten viele gute Tipps zur Erkundung der Insel. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können diesen wundervollen Ort zu 100% empfehlen.

Beautiful villa

We have had a wonderful holiday in this villa. The property sits in a lovely garden, the it is very spacious and well equipped and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool and the swimming pool house have lovely shaded areas to rest. The owners Anna and Max were very attentive, Anna came to pick us at the port to show us the way , she had very very kindly done some basic shopping for us ,there was water, coffee, fruit , some wine and a few other things. The villa is located in a rural location, In a small village about 15 minutes drive from Naxos town with a couple of tavernas ,the beautiful beaches of Naxos are a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this place for an idyllic holiday. Thank you Anna and Max Belén , Gavin and family

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette magnifique maison d'artiste. Elle est parfaitement décorée. Anna et Max sont charmants et très discrets. Le pool-house et la piscine invite à la détente, à la lecture, ou à la sieste. Il y a plein de bons restos mais il faut aimer se déplacer sur les routes sinueuses même le soir. La ville est à +ou- 15 minutes et les autres chouettes endroits (centre de l'île et sud) vous prendrons entre 30 minutes et 1 heure aller... n'oubliez pas le retour .... Mais le paradis à un prix!

Einfach wunderbar!

Der Aufenthalt bei Anna und Max war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage, die warme Luft, die einem morgens um die Nase weht, das Haus, die Vermieter, einfach alles. Anna war uns bei vielen Dingen behilflich und hat uns sogar vom Hafen abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck auch wieder hingefahren. Der Standort in den ruhigen Bergen bei Engares ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Mit einem Auto kann man alle Plätze der Insel in 30 bis 45 min. erreichen. Die nächste Bucht liegt 5 min. entfernt, die Strände bei Plaka ca. 15 min. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Es gibt insgesamt 2 Dachterrassen und einen herrlichen Garten, die zum Aufenthalt einladen. Unsere Kinder haben viel Zeit im Pool verbrach. Es war eine tolle Zeit bei Euch, vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder.

Beautiful location, caring hosts

We had a great week at this property. The villa was well kitted out, particularly in the kitchen. There were lots of lovely outdoor spaces for sitting and the pool was pretty - although not great for little ones as the shallow end is too deep and entry is via metal staircase. Although in every other respect the children felt happy and safe here Anna and Max were so helpful and friendly. Anna came to meet us at the airport and went shopping for provisions for our first breakfast because we arrived late. Max is a wonderful sculptor and the garden is full of his creations making this a really inspiring place to stay. Peaceful and away from the hub bin,this was a lovely home for a week.

lovely villa

Lovely villa with every need catered for. We were met at the port and escorted to the villa by Anna, stopping on the way to fill up the hire car with petrol. The villa and its land is set in the hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the village of Engares. Anna and Max, the owners, live next door to the villa and Max has his sculptures all around the very ornate and pretty garden. Inside the house, the large kitchen/dining room has every facility that could be necessary and on arrival the refrigerator was stocked with essentials including water, wine and beer. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for all of our clothes. Upstairs the bathroom has a lovely corner bath with a shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. Towels are provided and there are plenty including towels for use by the pool, that are stored in the cupboard next to the sauna in the pool house that also serves as a changing room. The weather was so hot while we were at the villa that we did not make use of the sauna but I can maging that it would be great in cooler weather. We loved the swimming pool and spent a lot of time either in the pool or sunbathing around the pool area. We rarely used the lounge but there is a small television and a bookcase with books in several different languages. Wifi is very good throughout the property. There are two tavernas that we found in Engares one within 10 minutes walk but most often we drove into the port of Naxos for the evening and here there is an amazing choice of restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream parlours and many shops that remain open very late. The prices are very reasonable and compettive Sunset at the port is beautiful and it is a very vibrant place. The villa was cleaned once during our stay of 10 days and the bedding was changed at the same time. If you want to see some of the island, eat out in the evening and visit some of the pretty beaches, hiring a car is absolutely essential for getting about.

Très bel endroit à proximité de Naxos

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour en famille, sur une île restée authentique avec des plages préservées. La maison est très agréable, une vue à 360°, le cadre est superbe, la piscine appréciée, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous... et avons quitté cet endroit avec regret ! Anna et Max sont adorables et toujours disponibles si besoin. Nous espérons y revenir. Also, Bis Bald ... Famille MALLET

Very nice house with all the ameneties including a large swimming pool

We spent a full week in may and had a lovely time with our family in naxos. The house has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the pool: very good size and a little bit away from the main house which is a perfect for safety with young kids. Anna was always available and very welcoming. We definitely recommend this house on Naxos.

Idéale pour vacances reposantes en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine reposante avec nos 3 adolescents. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très accueillants et toujours disponibles si besoin de conseils. La villa est très bien équipée, et la piscine est très agréable.

So haben wir uns das gewünscht, genau so!

Ein wunderbares Haus, um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nichts fehlt, komfortabel, gepflegt .... wunderbar!!! Und um noch eins draufzusetzen, Max und Anna sind die perfekten Vermieter: immer mit gutem Rat und Tipps für besondere Restaurantbesuche, gerne auf einen kleinen Plausch, dabei sehr diskret. Der Garten ein wahres Kleinod, Palmen, Oleander, Lavendel, Rosmarin und und und... Jeden Tag waren wir im Pool baden, auch hier alles in einem liebevoll gepflegten Zustand. Mit Max haben wir sogar einen Tag einen Traumsegeltag erlebt, kurz, da MUSS MAN HIN!!!! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und freuen uns schon darauf. Ganz liebe Grüße auch an Irmchen und Gertrud, die Fellnasen. Marion, Karl, Lilli und Michelle
