There are 5 public boat launches within 5 miles of this home - feel free to tow your boat and launch right in the neighborhood! The driveway provides ample parking, and polite street parking is allowed.

OUTDOOR
This home includes a private pool, in a fenced yard. There are two sets of sliding doors from the house that lock. One set of sliding doors leads to an enclosed porch, the other set leads to the backyard. The backyard has outdoor lighting, a grill, and a gate with access to a public park with playground equipment. AT NO TIME IS ANY CHILD (under 18) OR PET ALLOWED OUTSIDE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. This is including the enclosed porch as outdoor space. This is for the safety of all guests. There are safety signs and safety equipment to assist any distressed swimmer. The safety equipment is affixed to the fences on either side of the pool. Only this safety equipment is to be used for a distressed swimmer, no other play floats or other items should be used for emergent situations. The safety equipment is intended for emergent use only, and is not to be used as pool toys.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front door entry. This property also features a Ring flood camera facing the front yard and driveway, as well as facing the backyard and pool. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion activated and record video and sound.

We offer EXTREMELY low rates (for a home) so that a single/ couples and families can afford to stay in a home and not have to stay in a hotel. We want you to feel welcome as you enjoy your time together.
- PLEASE review your total rates when booking. Rates subject to change at any time. All rates plus tax and fees. Note: some local taxes MUST be collected separately, these will be listed in the fees, and we are unable to mitigate these fees.
**Always call for last minute deal or specials. There are no refunds for circumstances out of our control such as storms or hurricane evacuations. You can always purchase trip insurance to cover these items if you care to.

Our rates are for 2 people in the Master Bedroom (or 1 in the master and 1 in the guest bedroom upon request). We do keep the additional bedrooms locked.
Each additional adult/child is $25.00 per night. Your booking will include door codes to unlock the additional bedrooms at check in.
Please include the total number of guests (including yourself) in the inquiry that you send to us (I.e. 6 adults 3 Children)

- Unfortunately, we have had guests in the past book for 2 people and then sneak in 8 or 9 extra people. If you bring in additional guests that you did not pay for you will be charged or be asked to leave, and we will contact VRBO for breaking our house rules, and your deposit will be forfeited.

PETS - If you would like to bring your pet, please contact us for additional information. This will include the guidelines and rules, as well as the pet fees.
*Pet Note: No pet may be left unattended at any time, and no pet is ever allowed in the pool. Any pet in the pool will incur heavy fees, including and up to the full replacement cost of the pool filter and any insurance deductibles or charges.
- We do have a Refundable damage deposit that is required (your credit card info is kept on file with VRBO)
- We understand that this may deter some guests, but in the past, we have had major damages occur in the home, guests that brought in more guests than the reservation was booked for and guests that have required our housekeeper to do extensive cleaning (beyond normal wear and tear).
- We are very reasonable people, just reach out to us, and we can typically work something out with you.
