Μια μοναδική ευκαιρία να περάσετε τις διακοπές σας στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Κέρκυρας.
Πρόκειται για ένα μικρό ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στον δρόμο που ονομάζεται Ushakov, κοντά στο St. Catherine (παλιό μοναστήρι και εκκλησία του 16ου αιώνα). Μόλις δύο τετράγωνα από την εκκλησία του St. Ο Σπυρίδωνας, ο οποίος είναι ο πολιούχος του νησιού της Κέρκυρας και είναι ιδανικός για αξέχαστες διακοπές.

Συνολική επιφάνεια 75 τ.μ. και αποτελείται από δύο επίπεδα: στον πρώτο όροφο και στον δεύτερο όροφο.
Το ισόγειο περιλαμβάνει το σαλόνι, την κουζίνα, την τραπεζαρία, το σαλόνι και ένα μικρό μπάνιο.
Στον δεύτερο όροφο: ένα δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, ένα μπάνιο και ένα διάδρομο.
Επιπλέον, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, όπου μπορούν να κοιμηθούν τέσσερις άνθρωποι, ένας μεγάλος καναπές στο σαλόνι όπου ένας ενήλικας μπορεί να κοιμηθεί και ένας μικρός καναπές που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει ένα μικρό παιδί.

Θα έχετε μια μεγάλη ευκαιρία να εξερευνήσετε την παλιά βενετσιάνικη πόλη της Κέρκυρας, η οποία παρέμεινε αμετάβλητη εδώ και 5 αιώνες, με πολλά αξιοθέατα και ναούς, στενούς δρόμους και μοναδικά αρχιτεκτονικά κτίρια.
Δεν απέχει πολύ από το σπίτι, όπου δεν χρειάζεστε αυτοκίνητο και μπορείτε να περάσετε μόνο με τα πόδια, υπάρχουν πολλά αξιοθέατα, όπως το Παλάτι του Αγίου. Μιχαήλ και Αγ. Ο Γιώργος, το Μουσείο Ασιατικής Τέχνης, η Πινακοθήκη και οι Κήποι «Λαοί του Κόσμου», ο Bosquet (κήπος Bosquet που είναι χώρος για παιδιά απέναντι από το Παλαιό Φρούριο), Παλαιό Φρούριο, Νέο Φρούριο, η μεγαλύτερη πλατεία στα Βαλκάνια: η περιοχή του Λιστόν που χτίστηκε από τους Γάλλους, το παλάτι με τους μοναδικούς κήπους Mon Repos (Mon Repos), τον υπέροχο ναό του πολιούχου του νησιού, το St. Σπυρίδωνα και πολλά άλλα.
Παρ 'όλα αυτά, θα βρείτε πολλές όμορφες, γραφικές ταβέρνες, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, μπαρ, καταστήματα αναμνηστικών και ούτω καθεξής.
Μόλις 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παραλία "Λουτρά της Αγ. Νικόλαος."

Once you find parking and connect with staff, the place is great with a wonderful location. We had difficulty connecting to be shown how to access unit. From there on - no complaints. Great walking around old town

Homely accomodation in the heart of Corfu town

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped property in Corfu town. It is ideally situated moments away from the old town shops and tavernas. We loved the bar at Faliraki beach where you could sip cocktails then cool off with a dip in the sea. Panos was very helpful and always replied to our queries promptly. Would love to visit again.

lovely house

It is a family, pretty house in the middle of the old town of corfu town - quiet and at the same time centrally located. Furnished with great attention to detail and offers a great starting point for exploring the beautiful capital of Kerkyra. Panos and family are super nice landlords and take care of everything immediately. Since it is not easy to find a parking space for the rental car in Kerkyra, the central parking lot in the middle of the city is a good choice. Sometimes you have to wait a bit and pay €3 per 24 hours, but it's worth it and the parking lot is very close to the house and the Asian Museum of Arts. We enjoyed the time in the house, in Kerkyra and Corfu very much. Panos and Nada, thanks for all. Best regards, Cathrin, Jana & Harald

A gem in the middle of town

I had been looking forward to our stay in Corfu and finding the right place a year ago was important and I found it in this rental. It was a block off of the main street and very quiet. The pictures matched what we saw when we arrived. Although we didn’t meet the owner due to us being up and out by 8 we were in constant contact. Any questions were answered quickly. There was fresh fruit, water and wine upon our arrival which was a nice touch. There was no parking on the property but we managed to park pretty close for free. The unit would be large enough for 4 people comfortably. There is a washer and dryer and we took advantage of that. The only thing that would be better is if there was a map of the local area provided. The square, the local restaurants and possible places to park as it can be a busy, confusing area for visitors. I would definitely return to this rental.

Great Place To Stay In Corfu

We stayed in Corfu for 10 nights and loved this property. It was more like a little house than an apartment. This was our 25th consecutive year of going to Europe for 5-7 weeks with Corfu being our 1st stop, Athens next, then Budapest Hungary and finally Glasgow Scotland before returning home to the USA. Everything was clean in the apartment, the location to the old town was only a 5 minute walk, swimming was very near, a couple small grocery stores were near. Alot of restuarants were very near, again within a 5 minute walk or so. The cleaning lady came around every 3 days to change the linen, and we returned one day to find that she had done the dishes and straightened everything up. Her son had picked us up at the airport and took us back when we left. When he dropped us off at the apartment, he said he would come back in a couple hours to take us grocery shopping to a large grocery store. It only got better, because he picked us up one morning and took us to the swimming area, and came back about 4 hours later to bring us back to the apartment. Communication with Panos the owner, was excellent as he would reply almost right away to any questions we had. We have stayed in 60+ condos, apartments and homes in Europe and the USA. This property we would rate in the top 10% of fun times we have had. If your thinking of going to Corfu, we highly recommend this property as we rate rate it 10 out of 10 & give it 2 thumbs up in our travel blog ratings .... Al and Mary / USA

Phantastisch

Panos ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Von der ersten Minute der Buchung an war er immer erreichbar und ansprechbar für alle Fragen. Leider konnte er uns nicht persönlich begrüßen, aber die wunderbare Nada hat ihn bestens vertreten. Panos selbst hat uns mit vielen tollen Tips für Restaurants etc. ausgestattet, so dass der Aufenthalt einfach wunderbar war. Das Haus selbst ist einfach entzückend, sauber, ruhig und in einer idealen Lage. Darüber hinaus ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Und neben dem Willkommensgruß mit Wein und Obst waren sogar Kaffee, Tee, Salz, Zucker, Shampoo usw. vorhanden. Einfach top! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke an Panos und Nada.

Very disappointing stay

Note the photos are accurate and neighborhood is very nice. Panos is a good person I believe but overextended. My poor review is based on the following: * Most significantly, toxic, carcinogenic moth balls were placed in locked cupboards and one of two wardrobes in the main bedroom. From the photos, I thought both wardrobes were available for the tenant, but we had to use the hallway closet . The moth ball smell was extremely annoying all night and gave me headaches. We did not switch to the second bedroom ( which had no storage), the bed was up against the wall requiring one partner to climb over the other if they needed to get up and the bed was less comfortable. * The original arrival plan I'd discussed with Panos in advance was to drop off of our luggage that morning before the published check in time (which was noon). Instead we had to wait until 1 pm to check in which was significant because my husband only had that day free as he was working remotely via the computer during the week. * There was no coffee or salt in the apartment. A main draw had been the great kitchen set up since we'd be eating in, and we'd expected at least a day's coffee and salt and pepper. There was a tiny bit of olive oil and vinegar and couple of tea bags. Two rolls of toilet paper for 6 nights. Given we were at the property all day/night and it's difficult to find public toilets if you are not dining out, this was insufficient. The washbasins are very small so the lack of washcloths was significant because of the awkward sink space. There was no bathroom shampoo or shower soap beyond basin liquid hand soap. Note Panos did generously provide some fruit and a bottle of Greek wine which was much appreciated. * There was some construction / renovation very near the apartment which at times was very noisy. Since my husband was working and we'd picked a quiet location for this, it was important and should have been brought up as we'd noted he was working remotely when we booked. * I believe Panos is a nice, personable guy and generally would be a good person to work with but was over extended and failed to give this proper attention. The apartment is comfortable and in a great location near Falkiri Beach and the Liston esplanade.

Ein schönes Plätzchen....

Panos ist ein perfekter Gastgeber seines süssen Hauses in Corfustadt. Nachdem er uns sein Häuschen erklärt hatte zeigte er uns die nähere Umgebung. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants die hervorzuheben sind sowie der nahe Stadtstrand und der tolle Parkplatz. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und man findet die wichtigsten Dinge vor. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man ist vielleicht sogar am idealsten Platz der ganzen Stadt...! Leider wird am Beginn der Gasse eine kleine Kirche oder Kapelle restauriert, das hört man. Ansonsten ist es ruhig und nur die vielen Vögel könnten einen mit ihren Schreien stören!

Amazing. Our host Panos even invited us to dine in his family taverna in Sidari, in the north of the island. It was well worth the day trip and we loved dining there. He even humoured my request to have lots of small sample plates. On arrival, Panos gave us a guided tour of the city on foot, to get us familiarised and to recommend some great venues to visit. Really sad to leave. We'd definitely love to stay in this well equipped and cosy home again. It was like something from a country living magazine feature. Simply stunning

Excellent cottage

The cottage contained all the amenities you would need, the location meant we did not need a car, and most importantly the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely cottage.

Corfu town house

The house was perfect — beautifully decorated and fully equipped . The location was ideal. Panos dealt with all my preliminary questions and met us as arranged on arrival to show us to the property .

Excellent séjour sur l’île de CORFU

Excellent séjour à Corfu. La maison est idéalement située et propose toutes les commodités attendues. Le propriétaire est un hôte prévenant.

Wonderful property, fantastic location

This lovely little home had everything my family and I needed for your stay in Corfu Town. It was perfectly located both for exploring the old town but also for accessing beaches. Thank goodness for the fantastic aircon too as we had the hottest day in August when it was 37 degrees at 8pm at night! Lovely welcome from Panos and get communication throughout.
