Ένα εξαιρετικό μέρος, γεμάτο χαρακτήρα, για να απολαύσετε την καλύτερη Ελλάδα προσφέρει: θάλασσα και εξοχή + Ακρόπολη και το κέντρο της Αθήνας, όλα από την πιο βολική βάση.

Βρίσκεται σε ένα μέρος που μοιάζει με ένα μακρινό νησί του Αιγαίου, αισθάνεται σαν να είστε μακριά από όλα. Δεν μπορείτε να πιστέψετε ότι αυτό το μέρος απέχει μόλις 50 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη της Αθήνας!
Η Ακρόπολη, ένα μνημείο παγκόσμιας κλάσης, το διάσημο νέο μουσείο, όλοι οι μεγάλοι αρχαιολογικοί χώροι, η γραφική παλιά Πλάκα και η σύγχρονη πόλη απέχουν λίγο περισσότερο από μία ώρα, καθώς και πολλές πολιτιστικές και ψυχαγωγικές δυνατότητες.
Ο Σχοινιάς στον Μαραθώνα, όπου βρίσκεται η βίλα, είναι μια κορυφαία παραλία της Αθήνας που διαθέτει πάνω από 6 χιλιόμετρα αμμουδιά, με κρυστάλλινα και κυρίως ήρεμα νερά και ένα σπάνιο κωνικό δάσος που φτάνει μέχρι την ακροθαλασσιά!

Η ίδια η Βίλα είναι ένα σπάνιο παράδειγμα παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής, χτισμένο με πέτρες από τη δική της γη, σε ένα εμπνευσμένο σχεδιασμό «κάστρου».
Η επιδιωκόμενη αξιοθαύμαστη χρήση φυσικών υλικών και υλικών χαμηλής επεξεργασίας, όπως η πέτρα, το ξύλο και ο σίδηρος, δημιουργούν ένα αίσθημα άμεσης, άνετης και εσωτερικής χαλάρωσης με τέτοιο τρόπο που λίγα μέρη μπορούν να κάνουν.
Είναι διακοσμημένο με γούστο σε μια χώρα, αλλά πολυτελές, με αντίκες, χειροποίητα ξύλινα και σιδερένια έπιπλα, που σας προσκαλούν να χαλαρώσετε στην άνεση και το στυλ των περιστασιακών περιστατικών.
Το σπίτι είναι χτισμένο στον περιφραγμένο οικισμό των Δικαστών & Δικηγόρων.

Super séjour , grande maison, magnifique vue

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Michael qui nous a très bien accueillis. La maison est conforme aux photos! Très grande et belle. Vue magnifique. A 1h10 environ d’Athenes hyper centre (adresse de parking donnée par Michael).Maison très bien équipée.: serviettes toilette et piscine, denrées de base dans la cuisine, panier de fruits etc…merci Michael!

Beyond exceptional accommodation

The villa is very spacious and beautiful with a lovely terrace and pool area. It was extremely hot during our visit, so this was where we spent the majority of our time when we were at the villa. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning enabled us to escape the heat for a good night’s sleep.

Perfect property for large family gathering

The Stone Castle Villa was the perfect property for our large family reunion. It really is just as stunning as it looks in the photos! Well appointed and with plenty of space for our party of 18 around the pool and at meal times. There was a good mix of sun and shade which worked well with our group spanning ages 10 to 80. The outlook from the villas location is stunning. The rocky local beach is a nice spot for snorkelling. Schinias is a short drive for a sandy beach, bars/restaurants and a bit more life. Michael was the perfect host. Communication was excellent and he couldn't have been more helpful with arrangements both in advance of, and during our stay.

Quick off-season vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Stone Castle Villa. It was everything as advertised. The views of the Aegean Sea were fantastic. Michael, the Villa host, was very helpful about showing us all aspects of the Villa. The area was totally Greek. Would really recommend the local Pleasure Restaurant. Also, recommend the stay at the Villa. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

My family and former exchange students stayed at Stone Castle Villa for a week vacation and it was perfect! There were 15 of us, 4 kids ages 2-10 and 11 adults. There were plenty of bedrooms (and bathrooms) and enough space for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We hired a private chef who used one of the kitchens while we used the other kitchen for breakfast/lunch items. The location was great as we could reach the basics by walking – a small corner store and beach – but jump in our cars to head to cafes, sandy beaches, or a 30-45min drive into Athens. Michael was a wonderful host and was very responsive! Several of our group arrived prior to check-in time and hung out by the pool as the cleaning staff was readying the rooms. Michael provided snacks and drinks, walked us through all of the “to knows” about the villa, and even showed us recommended things to do on a map. He continued to check in through our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and provide additional recommendations on things to do/places to see. This was the perfect rental for our vacation – allowing us to go on day trips to explore but having a beautiful home base with a large outdoor table for all of us to relax and catch up! Would highly recommend both the villa and working with Michael!

Die perfekte Villa fuer grosse Gruppen

Wir waren anlaesslich des 60. Geburtstags meinea Mannes in der Stone Castle Villa. Das Anwesen besteht aus zwei separaten, voll ausgestatteten Haeusern, die baulich durch Gemeinschaftsbereiche miteinander verbunden sind. Der schattige Hauptbereich mit langem Tisch ist unweit des Swimming Pools, so dass es jederzeit moeglich ist gemeinsam zu relaxed, zu essen und den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf's Meer zu geniessen. Michael ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und jederzeit zu erreichen. Obschon die Baeder und die Kuechen ein kleines Update gebrauchen koennten, sind sie komplett ausgestattet und funktionstuechtig. Wir waren 14 Erwachsene und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz und die gesamte Villa ist sehr sauber. Wir koennen die Stone Castle Villa waermstens empfehlen!

Verdensklasse værtskab

Michaels og hans søsters hus ligger fuldstændig fantastisk hævet over middelhavet med kun 5 min gang til bademuligheder fra klipperne. De to lejligheder er smagfuldt og hyggeligt indrettet, helt perfekt for en stor gruppe som vores med 17 familiemedlemmer. Området lige ved huset er ikke så spændende men 15 min kørsel derfra ligger skønne strande og små tavernaer. Maraton ligger 1/2 time væk med to små fine museer og der er en time til Athen og Akropolis. Michael er den sødeste vært og vi blev mødt med åbne arme, frugt og små græske lækkerier. Køleskabet indeholdt vand til den første dag og tre flasker bobler, så sødt og betænktsomt. Alt i alt et 5-stjernet ophold og jeg vil helt klart anbefale at man besøger det skønne hus.

Unbelievable

Stone Castle Villa is better than you can imagine! The moment you arrive to see the beautiful architecture of the home and the breathtaking view, you won’t want to leave. Michael was there with warm greetings and explained everything we wanted to know. He was a wonderful host and now our friend. We rented a car to get around and that worked out well for day trips, runs to the store and to and from the airport. We picked up an inexpensive snorkel and mask and walked down to the incredible clear warm sea several times to swim off the rocks. Most of the time we ate fresh fruit, vegetables and cheese by the pool while taking in the view. The beach bars are 10 minutes away and offer two chairs and an umbrella with service for about 15 euros a day. Easy drive into Athens. We ate at the Argentinian restaurant a few times enjoying the grilled lamb and fresh Greek salads. There is little store at the end of the street you can walk to for any necessities. If your looking for a relaxing place to stay with friends or family away from the bustle of the city, this is the place. Thank you Michael for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location, stunning Villa and great host

We couldn’t fault our stay. We were welcomed with a tour by Michael and he was on hand if ever there was an issue. Stunning villa and location. We had an amazing stay and would definitely consider returning.

Amazing Villa

We absolutely loved staying at Stone Castle Villa! After seeing the beautiful pictures of the villa online, we decided to book it for a week and it exceeded all our expectations! Our three-generation family loved staying here!! We had plenty of room, the views are gorgeous and we really enjoyed the pool. The house had every amenity that we needed. We also liked the neighborhood. We spent time in Athens and other cities, but loved coming back to the quietness of this area after a busy day. Michael was very accommodating throughout the entire process. Michael was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. I asked him for recommendations for a chef and a tour guide, and he gave us names for both. His recommendations were wonderful!! We cannot say enough good things about this villa and our stay in Greece! Thank you Michael for making it such a wonderful vacation for our family!!

Michael, the host, was outstanding! He helped with directions to the villa, was there to greet us (even though we were late), and provided us with recommendations for eating, transportation, and sightseeing. He was always available through text for anything we needed. The home itself is one of a kind! The stonework is gorgeous, the layout and location great! The Villa is actually two almost identical homes connected by a covered porch and pool, with a separate guest house …. Plenty of room for family and friends! Anything you could possibly want is included in the Villa …. huge tables, MANY outdoor lounges, chairs, beach towels. It was truly a great place to unwind and enjoy our first time in Greece. We spent two weeks there in early June, and the weather was delightful, with a constant breeze throughout the day and evening … no need for air conditioning, although it is available in the bedrooms. Marathon beach was nearby, with delightful places to eat right on the beach! A small food purchase actually comes with shaded lounge chairs to spend a delightful afternoon by the sea! Of course, there are several other beaches within 5 minutes to also enjoy. Since we spent two weeks there, the Villa was cleaned between weeks, and they, too, did an outstanding job! The washer provided was a great bonus! It is hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay! Next time we may stay for a month!

Beautiful villa overlooking the sea with magnificent views from multiple locations. Our family of 19 had an amazing time at the villa. Would definitely return another visit.

The Villa is located in a quite settlement, overlooking the sea and next to a 'top rated' sandy beach of 6km long with a rare cone forest in it's back reaching the water edge.
You nave the option to enjoy the sea and nature as you wish as there are busy or isolated spots to choose from.
Small villages or bigger cities and a lot of archaeological interest places are within easy reach for you to visit and spend your holidays interestingly.
Besides, the city centre of Athens, is within an hours reach.
