Απίστευτη θέα στην καλντέρα! Πλήρες ηλιοβασίλεμα, ιδιωτικό, ευρύχωρο - στην καρδιά της Οίας

100 τ.μ. παραδοσιακού σπιτιού σπηλαίου - 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 3 μπάνια, σε 3 επίπεδα 100 τετραγωνικών μέτρων ιδιωτικών βεράντες. Στην καρδιά της Οίας - απίστευτο ηφαίστειο, καλντέρα και θέα όλο το χρόνο, ηλιοβασίλεμα, εύκολη πρόσβαση και αξιοθαύμαστη ιδιωτικότητα - απλά κόβει την ανάσα!

Το στυλ παραδοσιακής σπηλιάς της βίλας συμπληρώνεται από έπιπλα αντίκες της Σαντορίνης και φυσικά υφάσματα. Ξεκινώντας από την καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και πλαισιώνοντας την θέα της καλντέρας, η μοναδική τραπεζαρία μας μπορεί σύντομα να γίνει το αγαπημένο σας δωμάτιο στο σπίτι. Υπάρχουν 3 ensuite υπνοδωμάτια, δύο στο κεντρικό επίπεδο, και ένα με ξεχωριστή είσοδο από την ενδιάμεση βεράντα. Ο χώρος και η ιδιωτικότητα που προσφέρει η βίλα μας, μαζί με την πισίνα βαθιάς χαλάρωσης, τα φωτεινά δωμάτια, την αδιάκοπη θέα της καλντέρας και την κεντρική τοποθεσία, το τοποθετούν σε μια δική της κατηγορία.

Καθώς βρισκόμαστε στην κορυφή του χωριού, η πρόσβαση στην ιδιοκτησία μας είναι εξαιρετικά εύκολη. Δεν υπάρχουν καθόλου βήματα για να φτάσετε σε μας, αν και υπάρχουν βήματα ανάμεσα στα επίπεδα της βίλας. Επιπλέον, ο σταθμός λεωφορείων απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ ο πλησιέστερος χώρος στάθμευσης απέχει μόλις 40 μέτρα από την πόρτα μας.

Η βίλα περιλαμβάνει σταθερό τηλέφωνο με δωρεάν κλήσεις προς σταθερά σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Θα μπορείτε να μας τηλεφωνήσετε οποιαδήποτε στιγμή χρειάζεστε συμβουλές και θα σας παρέχουμε αναλυτικές πληροφορίες για την Οία και τη Σαντορίνη, καθώς και τις συστάσεις για πράγματα που πρέπει να κάνετε. Μια ποικιλία από ποτά και σνακ σας περιμένουν στο δωρεάν καλάθι καλωσορίσματος και καφές, τσάι, κ.λπ. αναπληρώνονται καθημερινά.

Το Mill είναι διαθέσιμο για ενοικίαση καθ 'όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους και είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο για τους πιο δροσερούς μήνες, με θέρμανση, ζεστά παπλώματα και την πάντα παρούσα θέα στην καλντέρα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα, 12 μήνες του έτους.

Incredible Oia Stay

This villa is perfect for a stay in Oia. The views are unparalleled and it is in the perfect location. The host was instrumental in helping to arrange transport and activities for us as well as providing excellent recommendations, and helping with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend for a terrific Santorini experience.

A Private Paradise!

A private paradise, tucked away from the hustle bustle of Oia. Our every need was provided for. Sweet and helpful Alma cleaned to perfection daily and Panos, the groundskeeper kept the pool at the perfect temperature and crystal clear. The refrigerator stopped working and was replaced with a new one within hours of reporting. Thank you Judith for a dream come true… can’t recommend “by the mill” enough!

visit to Santorini with friends

stayed 3 nights and everything was great. View, location, and villa were tremendous. Had three couples, each having their own bath. Went to two restaurants and a private sealing trip recommended by hostess Judith - all were great.

Could have stayed forever

We had 3 couples stay for 3 nights at this property. Judith was easy to work with and communicate with before our arrival. She scheduled transfers both from the port when we arrived and to the airport when we had to depart. The property itself is exactly what you see in the description. Everything you need is right there on site. We loved relaxing in the plunge pool during the day as it was very warm when we were there. The views are incredible and the sunsets are spectacular. Location is perfect for getting to everything you want to get to in Oia. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place on Santorini.

Location and views

Great stay at By the Mill!

Our stay at the villa was spectacular! Great space, and the view of the Caldera was beautiful! The host, Judith, was the most gracious and accommodating host that I have ever worked with! I had a lot of questions before our stay, and she always answered quickly and even reached out to our sunset sail company to see if they offered towels. I would highly recommend staying at this villa for so many reasons!

Amazing

I know a lot of other reviews probably say amazing, but there right. As usual pictures don't do it justice, it's stunning. A great combination of being very close to all the activities in Oia but not right where all the tourist crowds are. Would definitely book this again.

Absolutely amazing!!

This property was even better than pictured. Amazing view perfect accommodation and walking distance to everything you could need. The restaurant recommendations from Judith were perfect and the pictures of the property does not do the property justice. It was private but also close to everything. It was our little oasis. We will be coming back 1000%.

This property was absolutely stunning. We traveled with our adult children and had a blast. Everything was beautiful, clean and beyond our expectations. Incredible Oia property

The house was amazing - even better than the already great depiction on VRBO. The location was perfect - great views, centrally located on the west end of Oia, and arranged in a way that provided privacy from the packed paths of other tourists exploring the island and trying to get a glimpse of the sunset. In addition, Judy was an extraordinarily helpful host. She made check-in and check-out easy, and was very responsive whenever we had questions before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Beyond expectations!

This cave apartment is everything it advertises and more. The breathtaking views, the accommodations, the amazing location made for a perfect stay for 4 adults celebrating special birthdays. I cannot put into words how great this cave apartment is! Highly recommend checking it out. I hope to return someday and stay a little longer! 😀

Simply the best

It's impossible to describe the ten days we spent here and do it justice! Our private, beautiful, comfortable villa had its own perfect sunset view (without any need to go further than the private plunge pool or the deck) and we had everything we needed or requested from the owner and her amazing "family" of support during our entire stay. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't spend your whole Greece vacation on Santorini. Just tell them you're staying By the Mill!

Best House I have ever stayed at with VRBO

My husband and I travel the world. This house was the best house we have ever stayed in. Quite magical, you walk through you or gate and you are in your own private Santorini !! Facing the famous sun set with sitting in the pool Drinking wine. Doesn’t get much better than this. Our 2 girls loved the upstairs bedroom. Lots of space for family of 4 or more.

Fantastic Property, Location and Hosts

This is a truly spectacular property, optimally located in Oia on the caldera, with easy access to restaurants, shops and bars. The hosts Judith and Theo are gracious and responsive and could not have been more helpful - including in advance with restaurant suggestions and activity selections all of which were fantastic. The property is large, both inside and outside, and comfortably sleeps six adults. There are multiple levels of outside decks for enjoying the sun and view into the caldera, as well as a large plunge pool. The photographs perfectly represent the location and amenities. Hard to imagine a better place to stay, in any way, when visiting Santorini.

AMAZING

We loved our stay at By the Mill! When the gate was opened to the view it made me gasp….pictures can’t describe how gorgeous it is! Judith was very helpful advising us on activities, reservations, transportation, etc. The location in Oia can’t be beat…steps away from shops and restaurants, but much more private than other villas that we passed by. I loved drinking coffee each morning in the outdoor dining room off the kitchen, and we enjoyed cocktails each night on the upper terrace with an unbeatable view of the sunset. We were truly sad to leave this morning, but we will look forward to returning.

Breathtaking in every way

Our family of 5 had the best time ever in Santorini and we all agree it was because this place was so special. My two older kids (21,18) and our 11 year old appreciated the location, the sunsets, the views, the pool, and most of all every detail of this spectacular home. We all agree we wished we had more time there because we really didn't venture out much because why leave? We will be back. Thank you Judy!!

Tranquil Heavenly Retreat

This is the only place you should stay in Santorini! It is simply remarkable and definitely not adequately portrayed the photos. The most picturesque view of the famous Oia sunset, actually people start lining up just below the property 3 hours before sunset to catch a glimpse and you can just wander out onto the balcony for a totally unobstructed view in minutes . It is so peaceful and tranquil here compared to the rest of Oia, yet you are only a quick walk to everything-restaurants, shops, excursions. Daily housekeeping was discrete and impeccable , and the plunge pool, which was definitely appreciated at the end of the day, was kept pristine daily. This Villa has everything you need , is so clean and well maintained, and the owner is so responsive and accommodating- airport transportation with assistance to the door of the villa is offered ( and recommended). We will definitely be back, only if there is availability to stay here.

A mix of serenity, perfect, beauty and fun

We had 3 couples, and the space was great. Yes, one couple had to sleep in single beds, but the overall home was a great place for 3 couples. We enjoyed the town, we enjoyed the pool, the patio, the local restaurants, and everything. One morning we walked to the local store, we brought back some fresh breads to eat while we had coffee. The home worked very well. The owner was helpful, and we used the recommended transportation. "Let Billy", I'll never forget that statement. They worked so hard on our baggage. We had good wifi. We slept well. Being able to take a shower while looking out to the Aegean sea sounds weird, but quite luxurious. I wouldn't plan on doing much laundry here, but there is a working washer and a line to dry clothes. We did a little laundry, but there isn't a dryer and the weather doesn't dry clothes to well. I wouldn't change a thing. If I can ever stay in Santorini again, I hope this is where I can stay.

Without a doubt, best place to stay in Santorini!

So many great things to say about this villa, that I don't even know where to start. Judy is an amazing host, from beginning to end (and even after we left when we realized we left behind a cellphone - she overnighted it to our next destination immediately!). The house itself is gorgeous - tastefully decorated, and perfect for a family or large group. 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - all with beautiful views of the water. The pool is the perfect place to relax, and the views are out of the world. The breakfast nook is the most pleasant way to start your mornings looking out to the gorgeous views. Judy left a whole bunch of things for us to welcome us - a basket full of snacks including some greek sweets and baked goods, fruits, beer, wine, and ouzo! So thoughtful. The villa itself is located in a prime spot in Santorini, on the cliffs in Oia. Within a 3 minute walking distance to a mini-market where we were able to get some bread and small items for breakfast. Lots of restaurants, shops, galleries, all within walking distance of the villa. We ate lunch at Amoudi bay one of the days which is a walk dawn from the villa; you can take a donkey ride on the way back up if you chose to! The sunsets from the villa are spectacular! You'll see many people lining up against the walls of Oia a couple of hours before sunset trying to get the best spot, and feel like you're one of the lucky few who can watch the sun go down from the poolside or rooftop. The slight negative thing I would note about the house is that there are a flight of uneven stairs, about 12 of them, from the entrance of the property to the rooms. This might be a pain for really young children or elderly folk. With that being said, we had a group of two 70+ adults and a 9 year old child in our group that were fine. They just walked up and down slowly and were extra careful. Other than that minor cadence, the house is just perfect. There's AC in every room if you need it during the hot summer months, daily maid service which is a bonus, as well as all the top notch amenities. Judy and her husband really put a lot of thought into this rental. If you ever need a place to stay in Santorini, look no further! You won't have any regrets staying at By the Mill, and it will most likely be one of your highlights of your trip! Judy, than you again, for everything!! we hope to be back again!

Amazing property with gorgeous views!

From start to finish, the owner, Judith, was responsive and helpful. She set up seamless airport transfers, answered all of our questions, and made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The unit far exceeded our expectations with its roominess and cleanliness. The views of the Caldera were like a dream! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first time in Santorini. Deserves 10 stars!!!!

Wonderful getaway in Oia with special sundown view

What to start with? Every evening we enjoyed the spectacular view on the sundown with a glass of wine in our hands. Although being situated really central in Oia the location offered a lot of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking your own meals and a welcome package with fruits and the basics was available. Every room was different and special in itself with an individual bathroom attached to every bedroom. The interior was high quality and suited the Santorin flair. There was cleaning of all rooms and the pool every day and towels were replaced regularly. Special thanks to Judith for being so welcoming and forthcoming. We add this week to one of our very special holiday experiences.
