Saffron Cottage is a stunning, light filled, open plan property. It is furnished in a high quality Scandi-style. It is spacious, very comfortable and eco-friendly having been built by the German company Huf Haus. It has underfloor heating, a beautiful log burner and a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook, bake or BBQ! There is WiFi, a flat screen Smart TV (Netflix) and many DVD's, games and books. 
The Cottage is based in Rumford which sits conveniently in beautiful countryside just 3 miles from lots of amazing beaches the North Cornish coast has to offer and 4 miles from Padstow. Padstow is a bustling, working harbour, away from the harbour you will find lots to explore including Prideaux Place, an Elizabethan manor house, the ancient parish church and many shops, art galleries and award winning restaurants.

Beds: 1 x king (5’), 1 x double (4'6") 1 x twin (3’) and 1 x bunk (3').
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.
Accessibility:  Property set over 2 floors.
Kitchen and utilities: Built-in double electric oven and separate microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, coffee machine. 
Facilities for families: Travel cot and high chair available (no cot linen)
Outside: Large Decking area, garden furniture, BBQ.
Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Parking: Off road parking for 2 cars provided.
Nearest beach: 3 mile.
Nearest amenities: 2 miles.
Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
General: Free WiFi provided. Electricity included and underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the lounge area.
