Holly Lodge consists of a kitchen/diner with range oven and hob, microwave, dining seating for eight, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, a sitting room with TV, a cloakroom, a utility and a library. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor wet room. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, plus a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and rear enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and hot tub. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, pets welcome but please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Part of the Yorkshire National Park, with its stone cottages clustered around the spacious village green, Langcliffe is tucked away in a backwater, with a beautiful old church, and there is excellent walking in all directions. The nearby market town of Settle boasts a good selection of restaurants and pubs and a public swimming pool. The Victoria Hall is a Community Centre with music and book fairs, theatrical productions and auctions, plus Settle country market takes place every Tuesday with a farmers’ market each month. The famous Settle-Carlisle Railway crosses some of the most beautiful and inspiring upland scenery in the country. Settle has a challenging golf course and cycle hire, horse riding and fishing are all available locally. Natural attractions such as Malham Cove and Gordale Scar are within easy reach, as are nearby Skipton and Malham. Settle is in the midst of excellent walking country and is a good base for touring the Dales, the Lake District and the Forest of Bowland.
