Our cozy duplex is located in Rochester, MN, home of the famous Mayo Clinic. Situated in a quiet wooded neighborhood surrounded by wildlife. Quarry Hill park walking/hiking trails just a minute away. Beautiful parks and Silver lake, home to the beautiful Canadian Geese all within walking distances.
Unit #1 is up 1 flight of stairs.
Large yard and patio!
We have exterior security cameras on all 4 corners of the property for guest safety!

Awesome rental

This is an awesome place to stay if you are in Rochester. It is close to everything you might need but is in a very quiet residential area. The rental itself is great, a good size, clean, nice furnishings, and a relaxing stay.

Peaceful and Comfortable

The property was in good condition, nicely decorated and close to Quarry Hill Park which had the added advantage of being a great place for birding. We could hear some of the birds singing from our bedroom window. The apartment stayed so comfortable even during the day that we rarely used the air conditioning. Just opened the windows. We ate many meals on the patio that was very comfortable and in the shade much of the time. We arrived on a hot day and looked for ice in the freezer for cold drinks. Alas, there were no ice cube trays. After e-mailing Sophia she stopped by later that day with not only ice cube trays but a bag of ice. We felt badly when we realized that she took time to do that after attending her father's funeral. We could have gone out and bought ice cube trays except for the fact that we were isolating because of vulnerable family members and could not just run to the store. Had we known of her situation we would not have bothered her for such a minor issue. One issue that we encountered was that the front left burner of the stove would only heat on high. It was either off or on high. The right front burner functioned properly. We did not use the other two burners. It was a very pleasant place to stay.

Truly Peaceful - perfect getaway spot!

The property owner is very good with communication. She was awesome, though we never met in person. The place is great. They've really got a great spot nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area was a necessity for my special needs daughter who loves time outside when weather permits. We all enjoyed it so much though. Trees, shade, quiet, firefly's, a BBQ Grill... all we needed!!

Safe, pleasant neighborhood

Very clean, comfortable home. Manager answers questions promptly, very courteous. I had appointments at Mayo Clinic. Location very convenient. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc all in short driving distance.

Peaceful and healing under the trees.

My brother needed a place to recover after his surgery. This location was a perfect for it. Very homey with positive “vibes”. The owner was attentive to my brothers needs. We enjoyed sitting outside under the oaks on the porch.

Excellent Apartment

We highly recommend Sophia's rental units to anyone visiting Rochester. The physical space was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. Sophia was a wonderful, responsive, gracious host. We all truly enjoyed ourselves.

How to enjoy Rochester

It was really easy. The combination of Airb&b , a caring host, and great. Marketing plan makes it a breeze We arrived, unlocked, ,unloaded,, and was relaxing in20 minutes. LOVED IT

Perfect for relaxing healing

We traveled to Rochester for my moms healthcare and found Sophia’s property to be a beautiful retreat away from the hospital. We had to move due to the home being rented or we would have stayed the entire 3 months we were in Rochester. Every detail has been added in a very thoughtful way.
