This is a cozy wooden house in open construction: Except for the bathroom, there are no closed rooms in the house. Wood is also the dominant building material inside, and the combination of wood paneling and wooden furnishings makes it shine in Scandinavian style.



There is also a separate, heatable bungalow on the large natural plot with a meadow of scattered fruit trees, which your children will no doubt love to claim as their own kingdom. Frätow is a district of the Bodden community of Mesekenhagen, which lies on the Greifswald Bodden, and stretches from the Gristower Wiek to Lake Koos. Start your excursions, e.g. to Greifswald or Stralsund, from this quiet location on the outskirts of the village.



The nature experience park Gristow with its many animals, playgrounds, viewpoints and hiking trails on 70 ha invites you to linger and picnic. If desired, the garden pond can be fenced in childproof.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
