Sunshine, fairytale living by the sea - Haus Sterntaler

All apartments in the Sterntaler house are lovingly furnished in a romantic, fairytale atmosphere and at the same time have comfortable furnishings: TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN, and modern kitchenettes (with microwave, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) Etc.). The apartment on the 2nd floor offers you a cozy living / dining area (sofa bed), separate bedroom with double bed, shower / toilet.
In addition, you have our large home garden (with barbecue, loungers and beach chairs available). Fairytale by the sea. We wish you a nice holiday!

For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
There are no parking spaces belonging to the house in Fritz-Reuter-Straße. Ask us about parking.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of parking spaces in Warnemünde. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from our office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Mein Aufenthalt im Sonnenschein

Mein Aufenthalt was sehr gut und das Zimmer bzw. die räume waren sehr sauber. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist ist leider das Bett, was bei meiner Freundin in den acht tagen wo wir da Waren Rückenschmerzen verursacht hat weil es einfach zu weich ist die Matratzen. Da sollten man nachbessern wie wir finden.

Super Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage!

Wir waren als Pärchen in der Wohnung und es hat genau gepasst, für zwei Personen ist sie optimal ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns hauptsächlich selbst versorgt und das ging auch super mit der passenden Küche dazu. Zum Strand kann man auch mal zu Fuß laufen und die Straße weiter runter ist direkt ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Auch einen kleinen Markt gibt es hier an der Kirche, außerdem gibt es noch zwei weitere Bäcker und schöne Cafés :-) Wir waren super zu Frieden und würden wieder kommen! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, Parkplätze für das Auto werden auch geboten.
