Meticulously clean and very cozy just blocks to the beach!
Renovated September 2022. Quick note I’m an experienced rental host with a perfect 5 star Premier Host status that is displayed on the other unit I used to rent out on here. Unfortunately it doesn’t transfer to new listings. Just want to put that out there for anyone who sees this new listing with no reviews. Please ask to see link to the other unit I used to rent out for the purpose of reviews and I will be happy to send it over.
Over the past couple months starting in July 2021 I have put in a ton of hard work and am really proud of how this unit turned out. Recent renovations as of September 2021 and other info about property...
-Brand new gray luxury Vynyl plank flooring.
-Fresh paint job on ceilings, walls and trim.
-Brand new steel front and back doors.
-All new ceiling fans
-Brand new beachy and tasteful furniture throughout.
-Brand new kitchen light
-Brand new shower tile and nice shower head
-brand new kitchen faucet
-stripped sanded and painted the kitchen cabinets
-all stainless steel appliances
-brand new ceiling, exhaust fan and light in bathroom
-All 8 windows in unit are brand new
-Brand new kitchen backsplash
-Security light and Nest Camera on outside front of unit
-Very nice and well maintained shared backyard with grill and garden for guests to use
-Beach tags, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cooler etc. available for guests to use
There’s probably more stuff I’m forgetting lol but pictures should tell the rest.
The apartment is roughly 900 sq feet so it is not a large place. It does however have high ceilings so it doesn’t feel dark and crammed like most downstairs units on the island. I think we did an excellent job making it feel very airy and bright and just a fun spot to hangout with friends and family.
Being a downstairs unit I do want to bring to my guests attention before booking that you will occasionally hear footsteps from me above. Just want to be up front and honest so there are no surprises when arriving. However I will say I lived in this downstairs unit for the past 10 years so I’m very cognizant and sympathetic to people living below me. My girlfriend and I live in the upstairs unit and are extremely quiet, we do not party and are not up late so there shouldn’t be any issues but just wanted to be up front about it
Overall again I’m extremely pleased with how this unit turned out and it actually made it a very difficult decision for me to move upstairs after I finished this unit and looked around at it lol. But I’m very excited to rent it out to any guests looking to make great shore memories with their friends and family. Please feel free to reach out at anytime with any questions about the place. *Coronavirus Information - Above and beyond anything else the health and safety of my guests is hands down the most important thing to me as a host. I just wanted to take a second to go thru my cleaning and sanitation process for any potential future guests. I personally clean the apartment in between guests myself. I do not use a cleaning service/company as I feel they would not be up to my standard. This eliminates multiple people in the apartment cleaning and extremely lowering the possible spread of germs, it is just me doing the cleaning. I take this process extremely serious and do not cut any corners. Lets face it amenities and bells and whistles (which I provide a bunch of) don't mean anything if a guest does not feel the property is clean and safe.
-All shower walls, floors, ceiling, interior curtain liners, shower head handles are properly sanitized and disinfected before check in. I wear gloves and a face mask when I do this to make sure I don't cut any corners and to insure it is properly disinfected.
-All bathroom sinks, medicine cabinets, toilets inside and out are properly cleaned and disinfected. Bathroom floors vacuumed, mopped and disinfected.
-All counter tops, kitchen sink, dining table, cupboard handles, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven are properly wiped down and disinfected.
-All comforters, pillow cases, sheets, blankets, towels, door handles, head boards, tv remotes, tables, fans, closet areas etc are all properly cleaned and sanitized.
-All beach gear, bikes, beach passes, beach chairs will be properly cleaned and sanitized in between guests.
There is not a single inch of my apartment that will get neglected. On top of the cleaning I do I also leave cleaning supplies, paper towels, disinfectant spray, hand soap and hand sanitizer under the kitchen sink for my guests to use as they please.
I know there is a good amount of concern right now about traveling and staying in unfamiliar places so just wanted to be up front and transparent about my process. Hope everyone has a healthy, happy, fun Summer! (Get lots of zinc, sleep, sun and Vitamin D and build up your immune system!) Feel free to message me with any questions regarding this issue.

Hey I'm Kyle. I purchased this property about 3 years ago after having rented the downstairs unit for 6 years. I redid the upstairs unit at that time and rented it out doing short term rental and recently moved into the upstairs unit and am renting out the downstairs unit after doing some renovations to it. I'm a big sports fan originally from Ohio so root for all Cleveland teams unfortunately lol :(. I love living near the beach and Atlantic City. I'm always grilling or cooking up something. Love going to to good restaurants. If you're here during the Summer I always have a garden going so free peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes while you're visiting during Summer :)
Why they chose this property
I purchased this property cause I had been living here renting the downstairs unit for 6 years and I know the building inside and out. Great neighborhood and neighbors, really nice locals in the area!
