Beautiful and comfortable 6 bedroom home with all amenities and comforts from home. Home can hold up to 22 people, we have cots for extra bedding. Price includes up to 12 people per night. 13 or more, will be charged $50 per person per night. Central to Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. Kings Island, river floats, bike trail , Frisbee competition and Golf within minutes. Situated in a cul de sac private road, tree lined property with ample room to play outside in the stocked pond and yard. Sunsets are truly amazing overlooking the backyard, especially while sitting in the hot tub! Large porch overlooking large front yard. Gas grill ready for the "Grill Master". Historic Lebanon just 5 minutes away with great shopping and great food with small town charm. This home is truly an oasis to be enjoyed with family for reunions, fun or just a peaceful, quiet getaway. Welcoming World Flying Disc enthusiasts! The perfect house in the perfect location for our event

We came to Ohio for an event that our son’s high school was competing in. The hs group stayed at the YMCA camp six minutes away from us. This house was very clean and set up well to sleep several people. We had another couple stay at the house with us. We appreciated that the house was stocked with the basics like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, foil and even some pantry staples. We didn’t have time to cook, but we did use the oven, microwave and coffee maker. The neighborhood was very quiet. The property was well kept and the backyard was beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but we would have liked to. The hosts were amazing. The communication was great from the booking through to the end of our stay. One of the hosts checked up on us after our arrival to make sure that everything was as expected. Everything else that we needed to know was provided in a binder and written clearly. If we go to this event again we would definitely choose to stay here again. Although, if the word gets out about what a great find this house is, we may have to book far in advance!

Beautiful home!

We had an incredible time on our trip to see one of our friends get married. The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The host could not have been better. So easy to talk to, she let us know of things to do in the area, made sure to be available for any questions we had, and was all around informative. Thank you guys so much!

Another fantastic stay at the Dollhouse!

This was our fourth visit to the Dollhouse and it remains just about perfect. Super clean, gorgeous property, fantastic kitchen and wonderful hosts. There is nothing at all bad to say about this beautiful place. If it's on your short list, just book it. You won't be disappointed.

We were a group of 14, family and friends. The house and property are very spacious. The host is very personable, hospitable and responsive. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. We felt very blessed to find this beautiful blue gem!

Another fantastic stay

This was our third time staying at the dollhouse, and we've already booked again for the fall. It's an elegant but comfortable, high-end home with everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, all bedrooms comfortable and everything is spotless. The hosts are a dream to work with, and everything is exactly as pictured in the listing. It's private and quiet, and feels like you're out in the country though you're only ten minutes from a town that has anything you might need. Highly recommend.

Girls get away

Wonderful! The owner was so easy to deal with, the property was just as described and pictured. Had a book club girls weekend and we all had a great time! There was plenty of room for the seven of us to spread out and then gather on the comfortable couches on the dining room table for games .... We stayed so busy with everything to do around the area that we never even touched the pool table or the cute fire pit set out back. A couple of us did hit up the hot tub though and it was very clean... We usually try to take at least one trip a year, sometimes we'll get two in, and this has to be one of our best. Been doing this for over 5 years now. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Another fantastic weekend at the Big Blue Dollhouse

This was our second visit to the BBDH for a writing retreat. We are 6 unrelated adults, so we need a big house to spread out. This place is simply perfect. Spotlessly clean, spacious and well laid-out. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to feed a large group, and the appliances are all very new (and beep little songs when they're ready for you to do something). The main BR is first floor, with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Upstairs are a Jack and Jill that share a full bath with double sink. Basement has three more bedrooms that share a full bath. There's another bathroom on the first floor. Plenty of living/relaxing space indoors, and the deck is lovely. It overlooks the pond which has a brand new deck for swimming or fishing. The hot tub is super clean and holds 4 adults comfortably. It's in a new neighborhood of multi-acre properties, so although there are houses fairly nearby, you don't see or hear them at all. Feels like you're miles out in the country while still being 10 minutes from a grocery. The host is super responsive to messages. If this location is anywhere near where you want to stay, book it now. You will love your stay here.

Perfect Spot for our Active Family

This house was a perfect spot for our family reunion -- 6 sixty-seventy somethings and 6 twenty-thirty somethings. We enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen, rotated in and out of the hot tub, visited on the back porch, went canoeing on the nearby Little Miami River, hiked at the Ancient Fort and Caesar Creek, etc.

Absolutely wonderful!

Lovely home, warm and welcoming. The hosts really thought of everything. The property is beautiful and gardens and setting is tranquil. The surrounding area and Lebanon and Waynesville have so many enjoyable things to do and great shopping! Loved it. You can't go wrong picking this place!!

We had a blast staying here! The house was extremely nice and comfortable for our entire group. It is in a great location so you can go do different things when you aren't relaxing by the pond or in the hot tub. Viviana was a great host and answered any questions that we had. Beautiful home and property with outstanding host

We loved our stay at this beautiful countryside home! The home is located in a beautiful, quiet and safe area with lots of yard space to play croquet and bocce ball with our family. The bike path is only a mile away. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the canoe livery, Top Golf, Traders World and the canoe livery. The kitchen is well stocked with many dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, modern large and small appliances and gadgets, and a ton of spices! The entire home is beautifully decorated. The hosts truly went above and beyond our expectations! We were especially impressed with the spice cabinet, extra toiletries, laundry detergent and abundant supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash bags. They also provide a garage door opener to use the garage. The patio space and hot tub were much appreciated after a day out. Thanks again for your hospitality! We will be back!

TL;DR version: Just book this house

Simply put, if this house meets your criteria for location and rooms, book it now. Don't risk missing out on this fantastic property. I stayed here in early June with a group of author buddies. We are 6 unrelated adults, so needed a house with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. Most of us are Cincinnati-based, so the location here was perfect for us. We enjoyed the Dollhouse so much that we've already booked it for our fall retreat. Everything about this house is first rate. It's spotlessly clean, elegantly furnished yet still welcoming and comfortable, and feels like you're alone out in the country even though you're 5 minutes from a historic little city with a great antiques district, and close to a lot of outdoor activities. The kitchen is the best equipped of any VRBO I've ever stayed in. Plenty of dishes, plenty of flatware, coffee maker, good chef knives and cookware, and very new high-end appliances. There's also a gas grill out back. Dining room table seats 6, kitchen high top table seats 4, bar stools around the island seat another 4, and there's a nice outdoor dining set that seats six. Plenty of room for mealtime. First floor master has en-suite bathroom with tub/shower/double sinks. It's huge and beautiful, and has a TV. Upstairs Jack and Jill bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower/double sink. There's a little sitting area on the balcony between them. In the basement there are 3 more bedrooms that all share one full bath, but there's another full bath on the first floor in the mudroom, so a basement bedroom could commandeer that space as their own if they get crowded downstairs. Pool table, exercise area in the basement is clean and welcoming. Outside there's a stocked lake, lovely deck, and 4-person hot tub that's super clean. The backyard is huge and feels very private even though the house is in a neighborhood of enormous rural lots and other impressive homes. Little touches are everywhere, from USB bedside lamps to stocked firewood at the fire pit. I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and never seen one as well-appointed as this one. The host is responsive and delightful, and genuinely seems to care about her property and her guests' experience. We can't wait to go back in the fall.
