Renovated holiday home with two sleeping rooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom, terrasse. It is situated at a quite parth of Pula. It´s ideal for family with children. The house have a big closed courtyard where you can enjoy with your children. The parking is also in the courtyard and a covered terrasse with barbeceu.The seais 3 km and a city center 1 km away.Many shops, a bakery and a restaurant are within 500 m away.
The price includes water, electricity, bed linen, towels (one large and one small per person), final cleaning.We recommend coming by car.
Dear guest, we take the current Covid-19 situation very seriously, accordingly our objects are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectants and with strict cleaning measures. Laundry is washed with at least 60ºC / 140ºC hot water, and the keys are handed over with a mask and a distance of 2m.

Tolle Unterkunft

Alles wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns einige Tips über gute Restaurants und zu der Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse von Pula. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss recht gut zu erreichen, Zu den bekannten Badebuchten sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu fahren, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder diese Unterkunft im nächsten Jahr buchen. 5 Sterne+

Top gepflegtes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Eigentümer stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Das Häuschen liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstraße mitten im Wohngebiet, ist aber trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen. Sämtliche Sträde, sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar Pula Zentrum sind in kurzer Zeit zu ereeicjen.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus am Rande von Pula

Im Grunde alles wie beschrieben. Wirklich sehr ruhige Lage an einem kleinen Wäldchen. Wenn man will, kann man zu Fuß durch den Wald zur Arena bzw. ins Zentrum von Pula gehen (ca. halbe Stunde). Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Min. an den diversen Stränden in der Nähe. Auch sonst alles top: Sehr sauber, schöne Terasse mit Grill, kleiner Garten, Bad, Dusche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc. Meine einizigen minimalen Kritikpunkte: - Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über deutsche SMS, die er sich in einer App übersetzt, nicht optimal, aber geht schon - Die Küchenausstattung war auf Allernötigste beschränkt (spielt natürlich nur eine Rolle, wenn man öfter mal was kochen will, Pro-Tipp: immer eigene Messer mitnehmen zum Schneiden/Schälen) - Die Internetverbindung war öfter etwas wackelig (fast wie in Deutschland eigentlich, spielt natürlich nur eine Rolle, wenn man dringend was online erledigen muss)

Wir waren drei Tage und drei Nächte in Pula und haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle Lage - man braucht nicht lange in das historische Zentrum. Ein sehr schönes Haus für einen schönen Aufenthalt

Die Ankunft und das Treffen mit dem Gastgeber am Haus gestaltete sich problemlos durch eine gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen und in das Haus eingewiesen. Zusätzlich erhielten wir noch viele sehr gute Tipps zum Aufenthalt und die Umgebung. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen Lage am Waldrand mit einem kurzen Weg (auch zu Fuß) in das Zentrum von Pula. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden selbst auch noch mal wieder kommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. Sehr nette Gastgeber , ein schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Sauberkeit ist super wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Wenn wir wieder mal in Pula sind, dann gerne wieder in diesem Ferienhaus.
